By comparing PGE patterns of sulfide ores with that of basic-ultrabasic dikes occurring in the Dajing Cu-polymetallic deposit, we discover that there are similar positive slopes between the basic-ultrabasic dikes and the black ores composed mainly of sphalerite and galena, reflecting affinity of their source. The PGE patterns of the yellow ores composed basically of chalcopyrite, arsenopyrite and pyrite are actually different. One is close to the pattern of the mantle 1herzolite, and others resemble the pattern of the basic rocks. However, the concentrations of Ru are higher in the yellow ores, reflecting that sulfur attains or approaches saturation in their parent magma. The PGE characteristics of ores and dikes show that the magmas derived from the deep of crust and the metallogenic elements were supplied mainly by growth material of the crust. In addition, the mantle-derived magma also offered some elements.

Skin wounds are characterized by injury to the skin due to trauma,tearing,cuts,or *** such injuries are common to all human groups,they may at times represent a serious socioeconomic ***,increasing numbers of studies have focused on the role of mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs)in skin wound *** a cell-free therapy,MSC-derived EVs have shown significant application potential in the field of wound repair as a more stable and safer option than conventional cell *** based on MSC-derived EVs can significantly promote the repair of damaged substructures,including the regeneration of vessels,nerves,and hair *** addition,MSC-derived EVs can inhibit scar formation by affecting angiogenesis-related and antifibrotic pathways in promoting macrophage polarization,wound angiogenesis,cell proliferation,and cell migration,and by inhibiting excessive extracellular matrix ***,these structures can serve as a scaffold for components used in wound repair,and they can be developed into bioengineered EVs to support trauma *** the formulation of standardized culture,isolation,purification,and drug delivery strategies,exploration of the detailed mechanism of EVs will allow them to be used as clinical treatments for wound *** conclusion,MSCderived EV-based therapies have important application prospects in wound *** we provide a comprehensive overview of their current status,application potential,and associated drawbacks.

Despite sufficient studies performed in non-primate animal models,there exists scanty information obtained from pilot trials in non-human primate animal models,severely hindering nanomaterials moving from basic research into clinical *** herein present a pioneering demonstration of nanomaterials based optical imaging-guided surgical operation by using macaques as a typical kind of non-human primate-animal ***,taking advantages of strong and stable fluorescence of the small-sized(diameter:~5 nm)silicon-based nanoparticles(SiNPs),lymphatic drainage patterns can be vividly visualized in a real-time manner,and lymph nodes(LN)are able to be sensitively detected and precisely excised from small animal models(e.g.,rats and rabbits)to non-human primate animal models(e.g.,cynomolgus macaque(Macaca fascicularis)and rhesus macaque(Macaca mulatta)).Compared to clinically used invisible near-infrared(NIR)lymphatic tracers(i.e.,indocyanine green(ICG);etc.),we fully indicate that the SiNPs feature unique advantages for naked-eye visible fluorescence-guided surgical operation in long-term *** toxicological analysis in macaque models further provides confirming evidence of favorable biocompatibility of the SiNPs *** expect that our findings would facilitate the translation of nanomaterials from the laboratory to the clinic,especially in the field of cancer treatment.

Influence of preheating treatments on cyanide content， nutritional composition， physicochemical properties， color and oxidative stability of flaxseed meal

This study aimed to investigate the effects of different preheating treatments （steaming， roasting and microwave） of flaxseed on cyanide content， nutritional composition， physicochemical properties， color and oxidative stability of flaxseed meal. The three preheating methods of flaxseed all significantly decreased the hydrocyanic acid （HCN） contents. By contrast， microwave was the most effective detoxification method. After 5 min of microwave treatment， the HCN content in flaxseed was reduced from 94.65 ± 1.68 mg/kg to 7.80 ± 0.57 mg/kg. In addition， the three preheating methods all significantly increased the polyphenol content， thiobarbituric acid reactive substances （TBARS）， peroxide value （POV）， and a*value， and slightly decreased polyunsaturated fatty acid （PUFA） contents， but significantly decreased total amino acid contents as well as L*， W*and b*values. Interestingly， the three preheating methods all improved the oxidative stability and color stability of flaxseed upon accelerated storage under 40 °C. Compared with steaming （12. ℃ for 2. min） and roasting （100 ℃ for 40 min）， microwave （560 W for 4 min） is recommended for decreasing cyanide content， as well as enhancing the flaxseed' stability and qualitative attributes.

Laser probe_inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LP_ICP_MS) was used to determine 2.7 Pb/ 2.6 Pb ratios in single zircon grains. A Nd∶YAG laser operating at 1 064 nm and a Fisons_VG PQII Turbo ICP_MS were employed. For the known zircons, the 2.7 Pb/ 2.6 Pb results of LP_ICP_MS are close to the thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) results. The spatial resolution of this method is 40-50 μm and the sensitivities for lead isotopes are about 3.0-400 cps/ppm. The precision of 2.7 Pb/ 2.6 Pb ratio is 0.3.-4% and depends on the lead concentration of the sampling pits. LP_ICP_MS provides a simple, rapid and economic method for zircon 2.7 Pb/ 2.6 Pb determination.

Sulfide fluid incluision study on mantle xenoliths of Hannouba has been carried out by EPMA analysis. It is indicated that the Ni/Fe ratios of metal sulfides in sulfide-melt inclusions from Hannuoba seem to be related to host rocks. These data of lherzolite （pentlandite） are obviously higher than those of olivine pyroxenite （mainly pentlandite, partly pyrrhotine）. The LRM analysis shows that sulfur （H2./sub>S+SO2./sub>） occupies larger proportion in gas composition of CO2./sub> fluid inclusions, generally more than mol 2. %. This may be related to sulfide inclusions which are frequently found.
