粳稻“龙锦1号／香软米1578”F3家系群糙米矿质元素含量变异及相关性分析

利用粳稻品种间杂交组合"龙锦1号/香软米1578"的196份F3家系,对糙米中Fe、Se、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ca、Mg、K、Na和P等10种矿质元素含量的变异及其相关性进行了分析。10种矿质元素在F3家系间均有较大的变异,其中Na含量变异最大,Zn含量变异最小,变异系数分别为77.69%和12.04%。各矿质元素含量的变异系数大小顺序为Na>Se>Cu>Fe>Mg>Mn>Ca>P>K>Zn。不同矿质元素含量也有较大的差异,F3家系群各矿质元素含量平均值高低排序为P>K>Mg>Ca>Fe>Mn>Zn>Na>Cu>Se。糙米中10种矿质元素含量在F3家系群中均表现为正态分布,为由多基因控制的数量性状。Zn与Fe、Cu,Mn与Mg、Ca、K、P,Ca与Mg、K、Na、P,Mg与K、P,P与K、Na含量呈显著或极显著正相关,而Fe与Se、Mn与Na、Mg与Na含量呈显著或极显著负相关。Mn、Ca、Mg、K、P含量与其他矿质元素含量间的相关关系较Fe、Se、Cu、Zn含量与其他矿质元素含量间的相关关系更为密切。

Rationale Haematoma growth is common early after intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH),and is a key determinant of *** acid,a widely available antifibrinolytic agent with an excellent safety profile,may reduce haematoma *** and design Stopping intracerebral haemorrhage with tranexamic acid for hyperacute onset presentation including mobile stroke units(STOP-MSU)is a phase Ⅱ double-blind,randomised,placebo-controlled,multicentre,international investigator-led clinical trial,conducted within the estimand statistical *** In patients with spontaneous ICH,treatment with tranexamic acid within 2 hours of onset will reduce haematoma expansion compared with *** size estimates A sample size of 180 patients(90 in each arm)would be required to detect an absolute difference in the primary outcome of 20%(placebo 39%vs treatment 19%)under a two-tailed significance level of *** adaptive sample size re-estimation based on the outcomes of 144 patients will allow a possible increase to a prespecified maximum of 326 *** Participants will receive 1 g intravenous tranexamic acid over 10 min,followed by 1 g intravenous tranexamic acid over 8 hours;or matching *** efficacy measure The primary efficacy measure is the proportion of patients with haematoma growth by 24±6 hours,defined as either≥33%relative increase or≥6 mL absolute increase in haematoma volume between baseline and follow-up CT *** We describe the rationale and protocol of STOP-MSU,a phase Ⅱ trial of tranexamic acid in patients with ICH within 2 hours from onset,based in participating mobile stroke units and emergency departments.

Background: Because the cause and etiology of chronic headache is not yet fully explained, the treatment of this symptom is not simple. This study compares the effects of aroma acupuncture and normal acupuncture applied on chronic headache patients, in order to establish a primary data for further studies of new treatments and developments of new practical acupuncture. Methods: 38 clinical experiment participants were gathered and through a questionnaire patients who experienced headache for more than 4 hours a day and more than 15 days per month were qualified as chronic headache patients. The qualified patients were classified into two groups, aroma acupuncture group (Aroma AT group, n=23) and normal acupuncture group (AT group, n=15).

我们目前正在构建的大白菜遗传连锁图是国际白菜基因组测序项目作为骨架图,将用来序列重叠群的锚定工作。图谱是基于以遗传差异大的两个中国大白菜品种---“Chiifu”和”Kenshin”杂交得到的F1经花药培养而得到78个DH系构建的。目前,图谱上一共定位了556个标记,其中包括278个AFLP、235个SSR、25个RAPD和18个ESTP、STS、CAPS标记。对本遗传图谱和甘蓝型油菜遗传图谱中的通用SSR标记进行了位置和方向比较,从而把确定的10个连锁群分别记为R1-R10,并与甘蓝型油菜的N1-N10相对应。同时,通过定位的235个通用SSR标记,我们还可以对来自白菜的A基因组和来自甘蓝型油菜的A基因组进行比较分析。通过与拟南芥基因组序列进行比较,选出了500个BAC克隆,作为部分最小跨度克隆。对这些BAC的测序工作已完成,并成为设计和发展SSR引物的一个重要序列来源。用这些BAC序列发展而来的SSR标记已被定位到了参考遗传图上——CKDH图谱。这些做为锚定用的SSR标记,将在遗传图和物理图的整合中起重要作用,同时也为随后BAC-BY-BAC的测序策略中构建重叠群提供种子BAC。这样一个参考图谱的成功构建将对国际社会中改良白菜以及其它芸薹属作物起重要作用。

患者男性,36歲,因"腹痛10天"於2015年10月13日入院,患者10天前無明顯誘因出現上腹及右中下腹陣發性隱痛,無伴放射痛、發熱、黑便、血便、腹瀉、腰痛、尿頻、尿急、尿痛等,曾在門診予解痙處理但症狀仍反複。既往史曾因右輸尿管結石行碎石治療,有吸煙史30年,半包/日,家族史無特殊。體格檢查T37℃,P 72bpm,R 16bpm,BP 107/65mmHg,心肺查體無異常,腹平軟,未見胃腸型、蠕動波,劍突下及右中下腹輕壓痛,無反跳痛,腸鳴音4次/分。
