The transformation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines for integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is crucial to the adoption of medical science and technological findings and is an important way for TCM to be made available to the ***,clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)of TCM and WM integration in recent years was analyzed to clarify the current situation and problems in the existing guidelines according to the following four perspectives:(1)perspective of TCM and WM integration in guidelines,(2)diagnosis Using integrated TCM and WM,(3)integration of TCM and WM treatment,(4)promoting TCM and WM ***,the information and quality evaluation of CPGs for integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 2020–2022 were analyzed to explore the degree and methods of integration of Chinese and Western medicine *** last this study aimed to lay a foundation for the further establishment of Chinese characteristic,repeatable,and calculable clinical practice guidelines of TCM and WM integration.

Interaction of NPK Fertilizers During Their Transformation in Soils: Ⅲ. Transformations of Monocalcium Phosphate

Interactions of N, P and K fertilizers in soil-plant systems are widely recognized. This study focused on the transformations of monocalcium phosphate (Ca(H2PO4)2) (MCP) with co-application of ammonium and potassium fertilizers in three different soils. The results showed that after 1 d incubation a large portion of the MCP applied in the paddy,calcareous and red soils became the water-insoluble form and the recoveries of P applied as Olsen P varied greatly in these three soils. Application of ammonium sulfate ((NH4)2SO4) (AS) or potassium chloride (KC1) reduced WSP significantly in the soils with AS more effective than KC1 in the calcareous soil, while the reverse occurred in the red soil. Meanwhile, in the paddy soil, co-application of the two fertilizers reduced WSP more than when the fertilizers were applied individually. The co-application of AS with MCP in the paddy and calcareous soils significantly reduced Olsen P, but the opposite occurred in the red soil. The experiment on the effect of different accompanying anions showed that the ammonium fertilizers (PNC1 and PNS) reduced WSP more effectively than the corresponding potassium fertilizers (PKC1 and PKS) in the calcareous soil due to the difference of the cations, whereas in the red soil, the chlorides reduced WSP more effectively than the sulfates. Overall, co-application of ammonium or potassium fertilizers with MCP significantly decreased availability of P from MCP during its transformation in soils, especially when MCP was applied in combination with ammonium in the calcareous soil.

目的评价基于增强现实的经皮角度定位系统在提高肝脏穿刺精准度的应用价值。方法在比格犬肝内置入显影环作为穿刺靶点,由有5年以上穿刺经验的熟练医师及穿刺经验不足的初学医师分别采用基于增强现实的经皮角度定位系统(导航)和不使用该系统仅CT引导下(非导航)对预设穿刺靶点进行穿刺获得相应穿刺数据组:非导航熟练组(A组)、非导航不熟练组(B组)、导航熟练组(C组)、导航不熟练组(D组)。对比A组与B组间、C组与D组间,A组与C组间、B组与D组间CT扫描次数、调针次数、手术时间、误差距离等评价指标的差异。结果A组与B组、A组与C组及B组与D组间比较,扫描次数、调针次数、手术时间、误差距离差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论经皮穿刺角度定位器能减少穿刺的CT扫描次数、调针次数并节约手术时间、提高穿刺精度,为由该系统引导的穿刺技术在基层医院的推广提供依据。

含钴萃余液中和除杂及钴回收试验研究

试验以某铜钴矿回收过程的萃铜余液为原料,采用中和除杂-沉钴工艺回收氢氧化钴产品。结果表明,从中和除杂的最佳条件来看,反应温度为80℃,终点pH为5.0~5.5,空气流量为400 L/min,搅拌速度为2200 r/min,反应时间为4 h。最佳条件下,Al、Fe、Mn沉淀率分别为98.66%、98.81%、8.53%,Co沉淀率仅为0.21%。后续对除杂后液进行MgO沉钴,Co沉淀率超过99%,在沉钴过程中,维持惰性气氛对Mn沉淀具有明显抑制效果。

Developing suitable anode materials for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)remains a great challenge owing to the limited theoretical capacity of active materials and large radius of K+ion(1.38?).To solve these obstacles,by integrating the principles of multielectron transfer and rational porous crystal framework,we creatively propose the monoclinic Cu_(3)(OH)_(2)V_(2)O_(7)·2H_(2)O(CVO)as a novel anode for ***,inspired by the metastable nature of CVO under high temperature/pressure,we skillfully design a facile hydrothermal recrystallization strategy without the phase change and surfactants ***,for the first time,the porous composite of Cu_(3)(OH)_(2)V_(2)O_(7)·2H_(2)O nanobelts covered in situ by reduced graphene oxide(CVO NBs/r GO)was assembled,greatly improving the deficiencies of *** used as a novel anode for PIBs,CVO NBs/r GO delivers large specific capacity(up to 551.4 m Ah g^(-1)at 50 m A g^(-1)),high-rate capability(215.3 m Ah g^(-1)at 2.5 A g^(-1))and super durability(203.6 m Ah g^(-1)at 500 m A g^(-1)even after 1000 cycles).The outstanding performance can be ascribed to the synergistic merits of desirable structural features of monoclinic CVO nanobelts and the highly conductive graphene 3D network,thus promoting the composite material stability and electrical/ionic *** work reveals a novel metal vanadate-based anode material for PIBs,would further motivate the subsequent batteries research on M_(3)(OH)_(2)V_(2)O_(7)-n H_(2)O(M;Co,Ni,Cu,Zn),and ultimately expands valuable fundamental understanding on designing other high-performance electrode materials,including the combined strategies of multielectron transfer with rational porous crystal framework,and the composite fabrication of 1D electrode nanostructure with conductive carbon matrix.

目的评价柔性减影(CE-Boost)技术在CT增强扫描中对大根髓动脉的显示及图像质量的影响。方法回顾性选取行胸腹部CT常规增强扫描的109例患者,将平扫及动脉期图像通过CE-Boost技术对其进行处理而获得CE-Boost图像。观察动脉期图像(A组)与CE-Boost图像(B组)上大根髓动脉的显影率,并对图像质量进行客观评价[降主动脉CT值和标准差(SD)值、信号噪声比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)]和主观评价(AKA可视化效果评分)。结果B组图像上降主动脉CT值、SNR值、CNR值均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组图像噪声SD值低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组有82例大根髓动脉显影,显影率为75.2%(82/109);B组有97例大根髓动脉显影,显影率为88.9%(97/109)。两组图像的显影率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=36.54,P<0.05)。A组和B组主观评分均值的中位数分别为2(1.5)分和3(2)分,差异有统计学意义(Z值为-7.12,P<0.05)。结论CE-Boost技术可提高CT增强大根髓动脉的显示及图像质量。

小颗粒石灰石代替石灰炼钢造渣及CO_(2)资源化利用

采用转炉喷吹石灰石粉造渣炼钢技术,可以提高铁水脱磷效率、对二氧化碳进行资源化利用。基于小颗粒石灰石与石灰化渣脱磷基础试验,对比分析小颗粒石灰石与石灰在相同条件下的化渣脱磷效果,计算了采用小颗粒石灰石造渣炼钢过程炉气的收益。研究表明,采用小颗粒石灰石冶炼前期脱磷速度快,冶炼5 min脱磷率可以达到49.2%,脱磷速率达到0.011 8%/min,而采用小颗粒石灰冶炼5 min脱磷率为41.2%,脱磷速率为0.009 8%/min;小颗粒石灰石与石灰冶炼脱磷效果相当,反应终点脱磷率分别为87.50%和89.08%,冶炼终点脱磷率均可以达到85%以上。小颗粒石灰与石灰石均可以实现均匀化渣,渣中元素分布均匀,石灰石脱磷渣P元素质量分数为9%,石灰脱磷渣P元素质量分数为8%,采用石灰石炼钢造渣时前期炉渣中P元素含量更高。采用小颗粒石灰石造渣炼钢时,石灰石分解产生的二氧化碳可以与铁水中多种元素反应,其利用率可以达到40%;石灰石分解产生的二氧化碳替代部分氧气参与氧化反应并生成一氧化碳,吨钢炉气中一氧化碳增加量约6.5 m^(3)。研究结果为开展转炉喷吹石灰石粉造渣炼钢的工业应用提供理论基础,可推动绿色冶金进一步发展。

Enhancement of catalytic and anti-carbon deposition performance of SAPO-34/ZSM-5/quartz films in MTA reaction by Si/Al ratio regulation

In order to further improve the catalytic performance of zeolite catalyst for methanol to aromatics(MTA)technology, the double-tier SAPO-34/ZSM-5/quartz composite zeolite films were successfully synthesized via hydrothermal crystallization. The Si/Al ratio of SAPO-34 film was used as the only variable to study this material. The composite zeolite material with 0.6Si/Al ratio of SAPO-34 has the largest mesoporous specific surface area and the most suitable acid distribution. The catalytic performance for the MTA process showed that 0.6-SAPO-34/ZSM-5/quartz film has as high as 50.3% benzene-toluenexylene selectivity and 670 min lifetime. The MTA reaction is carried out through the path we designed to effectively avoid the hydrocarbon pool circulation of ZSM-5 zeolite, so as to improve the aromatics selectivity and inhibit the occurrence of deep side reactions to a great extent. The coke deposition behavior was monitored by thermogravimetric analysis and gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer, it is found that with the increase of Si/Al ratio, the active intermediates changed from low-substituted methylbenzene to high-substituted methylbenzene, which led to the rapid deactivation of the catalyst. This work provides a possibility to employ the synergy effect of composite zeolite film synthesizing anti-carbon deposition catalyst in MTA reaction.
