With the Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamics corrections considered, relativistic configuration interaction calculations have been carried out in the extended optimal level scheme using multi-configuration Dirac-Fock wave functions on the 204 energy levels and electric dipole transitions of Ar XIV. The results of electric dipole transitions are in good agreement with experiments. Among the energy levels calculated, the lowest 125 levels are in good agreement with available experimental and other theoretical ones, and the other 79 levels are new ones obtained by the present work. This wide range of atomic energy levels is useful in astrophysics and plasma physics.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3.days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3.kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.3. counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23.yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2–7.5 eV.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93.fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773.GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(13.0)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3.)via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73.㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in china and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 73. participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.3.%±2.49%(Pline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003..No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur

为科学指导新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎,COVID-19)疫情期间集中隔离医学观察场所内感染防控工作,在早期有效识别感染者的同时,有效避免集中隔离医学观察场所内的交叉感染,中华预防医学会医院感染控制分会、中国医院协会医院感染管理专业委员会、中国感染控制杂志编辑部组织有关专家共同制定本共识。本共识适用于确诊病例、疑似病例、无症状感染者的密切接触者、密切接触者的密切接触者,以及入境人员或其他根据防控工作需要“应隔尽隔”人员开展集中隔离医学观察时所设置的集中隔离医学观察场所,指导其工作人员正确做好个人防护及防止感染传播工作,避免发生场所内感染及传播。本共识借鉴医疗机构内新型冠状病毒感染防控的基本原则、文件规范,结合集中隔离医学观察场所的特点与实际工作情况,对不同区域工作人员、工作环节开展新型冠状病毒传播的风险评估,并据此对集中隔离医学观察场所的感染防控组织架构、选址布局、人员防护、人员闭环管理、清洁消毒、环境核酸监测、人员健康监测、职业暴露处理及交叉感染判定原则等感控相关工作给予指导。
