Herein, the Cu(Ⅲ) synthesized from copper plating effluent was developed for the first time to evaluate the onsite degradation performance of heavy metal complexes in the wastewater, thus achieving the purpose of “treating waste with waste”. The results indicated that synthetic Cu(Ⅲ) presented the excellent decomplexation performance for Cu(Ⅱ)/Ni(Ⅱ)-organic complexes. The removal efficiency of Cu(Ⅱ)/Ni(Ⅱ)-EDTA significantly increased with increasing Cu(Ⅲ) dosage, and the degradation of Cu(Ⅱ)/Ni(Ⅱ)-EDTA by synthetic Cu(Ⅲ) system displayed highly p H-dependent reactivity. The radical quencher experiments confirmed that Cu(Ⅲ) direct oxidation were mainly involved in the degradation of Cu(Ⅱ)-EDTA. Additionally,the continuous decarboxylation process was proven to be the main degradation pathway of Cu(Ⅱ)-EDTA in Cu(Ⅲ) system. The coexisting substances (SO42-, Cl-and fulvic acids) showed little impacts at low level for the removal of Cu(Ⅱ)/Ni(Ⅱ)-EDTA, while retarded the degradation of Cu(Ⅱ)-EDTA slightly at high level, which features high selective oxidation. Encouragingly, it was also effective to remove Cu(Ⅱ)/Ni(Ⅱ)-EDTA from in treating actual Cu/Ni-containing wastewater through synthetic Cu(Ⅲ) treatment.

目前常用的弹性阻抗反演方法对不同角度数据体独立进行反演,没有考虑不同角度弹性阻抗间的关系。对于信噪比较低的角度数据体,反演结果质量变差。针对这一问题,从不同角度弹性阻抗均描述地下同一地质结构而应具有结构相似性这一观点出发,采用交叉梯度度量不同角度弹性阻抗间的结构相似性。然后,将交叉梯度作为正则化约束项加入到弹性阻抗反演目标泛函中,研究交叉梯度约束下的弹性阻抗反演方法,同时反演多个部分角度叠加数据。模型数据试算与实际数据应用结果显示,交叉梯度约束反演得到的不同角度弹性阻抗间具有地质结构一致性,无论是小角度弹性阻抗,还是中、大角度弹性阻抗,地质体均得到清晰显示,地层横向展布特征自然。因此,交叉梯度约束弹性阻抗反演可提高不同角度数据体反演的稳定性,并提升反演结果的质量。

Recent technical breakthroughs in cryo-electron microscopy（cryo-EM） revolutionized structural biology, which led to the 2017 Nobel Prize in chemistry being awarded to three scientists, Jacques Dubochet, Joachim Frank, and Richard Henderson, who made groundbreaking contributions to the development of cryo-EM. In this review, I will give a comprehensive review of the developmental history of cryo-EM, the technical aspects of the breakthrough in cryo-EM leading to the structural biology revolution, including electron microscopy, image recording devices and image processing algorithms,and the major scientific achievements by Chinese researchers employing cryo-EM, covering protein complexes involved in or related to gene expression and regulation, protein synthesis and degradation, membrane proteins, immunity, and ***, I will give a perspective outlook on the development of cryo-EM in the future.

For a class of three-dimensional quasilinear wave equations with small initial data, we give a complete asymptotic expansion of the lifespan of classical solutions, that is, we solve a conjecture posed by John and H rmander. As an application of our result, we show that the solution of three- dimensional isentropic compressible Euler equations with irrotational initial data which are a small perturbation from a constant state will develop singularity in the first-order derivatives in finite time while the solution itself is continuous. Furthermore, for this special case, we also solve a conjecture of Alinhac.

The load rejection imposes a danger in the pumped storage hydropower plants(PSPs),especially when two or more pump turbines reject their loads *** this paper,the simultaneous load rejection scenarios in the PSPs are simulated and analyzed by using a 1-D,3-D coupling *** PSP pipe system is modeled by using the 1-D method of characteristics(MOC)and one pump turbine is modeled by using the 3-D computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The simulated flow and head are transmitted between the 1-D,3-D regions through the interfaces between these two *** assuming that the installed pump turbines are of the same type and the corresponding branch pipes have the same properties,the variations of the transient pressures and the flowrates in different pump turbines will be ***,only one pump turbine is modeled by the CFD in this study.A new branching junction boundary is proposed to assign the simulated dynamic pressures and flowrates obtained by the 3-D model to other pump *** 1-D-3-D coupling method is validated by experiments with only one pump turbine rejecting its *** simultaneous load rejection of two pump turbines is then simulated and validated by comparing the results with those of the 1-D *** building only one pump turbine 3-D model,a large amount of computational resources can be *** simultaneous load rejection scenario is then analyzed and compared with the single load rejection *** water hammer pressures and a larger rotational speed occur in the simultaneous load rejection scenario,which leads to larger pressure pulsations in the pump *** larger pressure pulsations can be further explained by the flow patterns in the runner channels,in which heavier flow separations and vortexes can be observed in the simultaneous load rejection scenario.

麻黄升麻汤是《伤寒论》中颇具争议的一方,历代医家对其方证、条文病机、组方思路、临床应用等众说纷纭。该文以麻黄升麻汤的药物剂量为线索明确药物主次,以药证为基础剖析组方原则,归纳其方证总结治则治法,进而揭示条文背后的潜在病机为热毒郁闭,邪气阻滞气机于内,阳气不达四末则见手足厥逆;邪无出路则充斥上下,上攻咽喉则见咳唾脓血;下行大肠,耗伤阴液则见下利不止。在此病机基础上对本方的适应证及适用人群做了进一步的宏观刻画,增加了原条文未记载的方证应用范畴,以此为临床用方提供一定参考。同时,该文也对几个争议问题做了初步探讨,认为条文中“下部脉”应为下肢动脉搏动,条文所述的症状和体征与感染性休克类似,麻黄升麻汤应属治温病方,并非仲景原方。本文应用从药物剂量、配伍原则、药证相应等方面归纳经方方证、内在病机、临床应用的方法,从新的角度解读了麻黄升麻汤的内涵,为理解其临床应用提供了更为全面的视角和新的思路。

Study of Nonpolaritons in a Kerr Nonlinear Optical Resonator

We find that in a Kerr nonlinear optical resonator, the photon system possesses a new kind of quasiparticle, the nonpolariton. The existence of nonpolaritons should be testified by observing the energy density dependence of the velocity and squeezing of nonpolaritons. As we have investigated, the transition energy density of a Kerr nonlinear optical resonator is larger than that of a normal state.

为实现西兰花钵苗全自动移栽,提出一种基于精确位姿和轨迹控制的非圆齿轮行星轮系回转式取苗机构。根据取苗、投苗、入穴、出穴的位姿要求,确定约束栽植轨迹的4个精确位姿点,基于Burmester混合四位置直线轨迹生成平面四杆机构综合方法,以西兰花钵苗为作业对象,建立机构运动学模型,设定优化目标,运用MATLAB开发栽植机构计算机辅助设计优化软件,通过优化得到满足要求的“鹰嘴”型理论轨迹的移栽机构参数,避免“甩苗”现象,建立三维模型,并运用ADAMS软件进行虚拟仿真,形成仿真轨迹,测试可得理论求解与实际试验的姿态和轨迹具有一致性,验证移栽机构设计的合理性。基于高速摄像技术对取苗机构进行轨迹测试试验,得到取苗试验轨迹,对比理论轨迹和仿真轨迹,这三者基本一致,验证西兰花移栽取苗机构设计的可行性。田间取苗栽植试验表明:平均取苗合格率为95.002%,平均栽植成功率为92.97%,验证移栽机构设计的实用性。
