An adaptive dwell scheduling algorithm for phased array radar(PAR)is proposed in this *** concept of online dynamic template is introduced,based on which a general pulse interleaving technique for PAR is put *** pulse interleaving condition of the novel pulse interleaving is more intuitive and *** traditional adaptive dwell scheduling algorithm combined with the general novel pulse interleaving technique results in the online adaptive dwell scheduling based on dynamic template for PAR is *** proposed algorithm is suitable for radar tasks with multiple pulse repetition intervals(PRIs),which can be utilized in the actual radar *** the purpose of further improving the scheduling efficiency,an efficient version is *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and the efficient *** proposed efficient algorithm can improve the time utilization ratio(TUR)by 9%,the hit value ratio(HVR)by 3.5%,and reduce the task drop ratio(TDR)by 6%in comparison with existing dwell scheduling algorithms considering pulse interleaving in PAR and the proposed efficient one.

教育协作作为粤黔协作的重要组成部分,对促进两地教育高质量发展有巨大的助推作用。通过透视粤黔两省前期的“组团式”教育帮扶实践得知,随着协作的纵深推进,两地教育队伍的互动交流不断加强,受帮扶地区教师能力持续提高,教育理念和教学体系不断完善,教学条件与教学需求更加适配,学生学习能力不断提升,教育帮扶正向教育协作高质量发展推进。通过分析发现,当前粤黔教育协作高质量发展在制度、技术、内容和主体四个层面仍面临巨大挑战,表现为教育协作存在制度壁垒、教育协作数字化技术应用受限、教育协作体系设置不完善、教育协作参与主体利益协调机制不完善。要推进粤黔教育协作高质量发展,还需创新教育协作制度、技术赋能协作过程、深化教育协作内容、完善主体利益协调机制。

Coherent jets are widely used in electric are furnace （EAF） steelmaking to increase the oxygen utilization and chemical reaction rates. However, the influence of fuel gas combustion on jet behavior is not fully understood yet. The flow and combustion characteristics of a coherent jet were thus investigated at steelmaking temperature using Fluent software, and a detailed chemical kinetic reaction mecha- nism was used in the combustion reaction model. The axial velocity and total temperature of the supersonic jet were measured via hot state experiments. The simulation results were compared with the experimental data and the empirical jet model proposed by Ito and Muchi and good consistency was obtained. The research results indicated that the potential core length of the coherent jet can be prolonged by optimizing the combustion effect of the fuel gas. Besides, the behavior of the supersonic jet in the subsonic section was also investigated, as it is an important factor for controlling the position of the oxygen lance. The investigation indicated that the attenuation of the coherent jet is more notable than that of the conventional jet in the subsonic section.

According to the signal processing characteristic of MIMO radars,an adaptive dwell scheduling algorithm is *** is based on a novel pulse interleaving technique,which makes full use of transmitting,waiting and receiving durations of radar *** utilization of transmitting duration is unique for MIMO radars and is realized through transmitting duration *** results show that,compared with the conventional scheduling algorithm,the scheduling performance of MIMO radars can be improved effectively by the proposed algorithm,and the scheduling rule can be chosen arbitrarily when using the proposed algorithm.

为分析挖掘海缆敷设监测数据中对施工质量的有益成果,研究影响海缆敷设张力因素权重量化问题,本文基于某海缆敷设工程施工数据,利用随机森林方法,分析研究海缆敷设施工对海缆张力的有关影响因素。以张力作为因变量,根据地理位置信息和作业时间计算得出实际航行速度,以航行速度、水深、侧向力和埋深作为自变量,在对施工数据进行清洗挖掘的基础上,利用随机森林方法分析各因素对张力的影响权重,得出特征重要性排序。结果表明:海缆张力的影响,航行速度在所有特征中的特征重要性最高,权重占比0.57,其次是埋深和水深,权重分别占比为0.23和0.18。研究所得结果与已有文献分析进行了对比,体现了所得结果的有效性和优势,为海上风电工程施工和海缆敷设施工质量安全提供帮助和参考。

For the Li + I2 →Li+ + I2- system, theoretical study has been performed on the QCISD(T) level by using the ab initio method. The collision complex in ion-pair formation process was found and optimized. These results show that the crossed molecule beam (CMB) experimental phenomenon is verified and the detailed geometry is given for the first time. A mechanism for ion-pair formation was proposed in detail. The position where the collision complex occurs affects the reaction path. Specifically, the process has threshold when the collision complex appeared before the crossing point between the covalent and ionic state potential energy surfaces. On the contrary, the process has no threshold after the crossing point. Theoretically, the title system belongs to the former case.

Collocated multiple input multiple output(MIMO)radar,which has agile multi-beam working mode,can offer enhanced multiple targets tracking(MTT)*** detail,it can illuminate different targets simultaneously with multi-beam or one wide beam among multi-beam,providing greater degree of freedom in system resource *** adaptive time-space resource and waveform control optimization model for the collocated MIMO radar with simultaneous multi-beam is proposed in this *** aim of the proposed scheme is to improve the overall tracking accuracy and meanwhile minimize the resource consumption under the guarantee of effective targets detection.A resource and waveform control algorithm which integrates the genetic algorithm(GA)is proposed to solve the optimization *** optimal transmitting waveform parameters,system sampling period,sub-array number,binary radar tracking parameterχ_i(t_k),transmitting energy and multi-beam direction vector combination are chosen adaptively,where the first one realizes the waveform control and the latter five realize the timespace resource *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
