从双差模糊度的定义出发 ,分析了双差模糊度组合的几种常用方式 ;接着给出了判断模糊度方差协方差阵结构好坏的标准 ;最后用一个实例具体比较了不同双差模糊度组合时模糊度方差协方差阵的相关性及其对模糊度搜索效率的影响。

研究了2.01.1.月1.日昆仑山MS8.1.地震前新疆地区宽频带地震仪记录到的异常扰动事件.新疆地震台网在发生强震的前三天记录到了强烈的扰动信号.由于新疆地震台距离昆仑山大地震的震中很近,因此该震前扰动的成因备受关注,一直被认为可能是与大地震相关的慢地震事件,可能是大地震的某种前兆现象.本研究扩大了观测异常扰动事件的范围,分析了欧亚大陆1.7个宽频带地震仪在2.01.1.月的观测记录,发现这些地震仪在1.月1.—1.日期间都记录到了时频特征类似的强扰动信号,其中最强的扰动信号出现在挪威台站KONO.调查研究发现挪威海域在1.月1.—1.日期间出现了一次超强北极风暴,我们对扰动源位置初步定位后发现大地震前欧亚大陆各台站记录的最大扰动信号主要来源于挪威西南海岸.本文的研究结果确认昆仑山大地震前新疆台网记录到的强烈震前扰动信号不是与大地震相关的慢地震事件,而是挪威海域北极风暴激发的微地震(地脉动).本文进一步研究表明北极风暴激发的地脉动可显著影响中国大陆的地震和重力观测.在分析中国大陆地震台网记录的强扰动信号时,北极风暴的影响不能忽视.

为合理开发利用绿鳍马面鲀肝脏的营养价值,采用高效气相色谱、高效液相色谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱等仪器分析方法,分析体质量(335.1.±1..82.g绿鳍马面鲀肝脏营养成分和重金属含量。试验结果显示:绿鳍马面鲀肝脏水分含量55.1.%、粗蛋白含量5.09%、粗脂肪含量39.37%、灰分含量0.42.;肝脏检出1.种氨基酸,总氨基酸含量为3.74 g/1.0 g,其中必需氨基酸占43.2.%、非必需氨基酸占56.78%,必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸比值为0.76,符合联合国粮食及农业组织/世界卫生组织规定的优质蛋白质标准;呈味氨基酸占44.02.,其中谷氨酸在肝脏氨基酸中含量最高、天冬氨酸次之;必需氨基酸评分较高,苯丙氨酸和异亮氨酸分别为第一和第二限制氨基酸,氨基酸组成合理;检出2.种脂肪酸,总量为36.81.g/1.0 g,饱和脂肪酸占2..570%,单不饱和脂肪酸占35.970%,多不饱和脂肪酸占34.460%,其中二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸占比分别高达1..760%和1..990%;维生素A、D、E含量分别为434.03、1.76、2..32.mg/kg;重金属铅、汞、铬、镉含量均符合国家食品标准要求。综上,绿鳍马面鲀肝脏是优质的鱼肝油原材料和营养丰富、味道鲜美的优良水产品。

The Antarctic Ice Sheet（AIS） has been losing ice mass and contributing to global sea level rise（GSLR）. Given its mass that is enough to cause ～58 m of GSLR, accurate estimation of mass balance trend is critical for AIS mass loss monitoring and sea level rise forecasting. Here, we present an improved approach to reconciled solutions of mass balance in AIS and its regions from multiple contributing solutions using the input-out, altimetric, and gravimetric methods. In comparison to previous methods, such as IMBIE 2.1., this approach utilizes an adaptive data aggregation window to handle the heterogeneity of the contributing solutions, including the number of solutions, temporal distributions, uncertainties, and estimation techniques. We improved the regression-based method by using a two-step procedure that establishes ensembled solutions within each method（input-output, altimetry, or gravimetry） and then estimates the method-independent reconciled solutions. For the first time, 1.contributing solutions from 8 {2. institutions are used to estimate the reconciled mass balance of AIS and its regions from1.96 to 2.2.0} Our results show that AIS has lost a total ice mass of ～32.0}±2.3 Gt during the period, an equivalent of～8.9±0.7 mm of GSLR. There is a sustained mass loss acceleration since 2.06, from 88.1.3.6 Gt yr-1.uring 1.96–2.05 to 1.0.7 ±8.4 Gt yr-1.uring 2.06–2.1. and further to 1.7.0±9.0 Gt yr-1.uring 2.1.–2.2.0} The mass loss signal in the West Antarctica and Antarctic Peninsula is dominant and clearly presented in the reconciled estimation and contributing solutions, regardless of estimation methods used and fluctuation of surface mass balance. Uncertainty and challenges remain in mass balance estimation in East Antarctica. This reconciled estimation approach can be extended and applied for improved mass balance estimation in the Greenland Ice Sheet and mountain glacier regions.

This paper reviews recent progress made by chinese scientists on the pathways of influence of the Northern Hemisphere mid-high latitudes on East Asian climate within the framework of a“coupled oceanic-atmospheric(land-atmospheric or seaice-atmospheric)bridge”and“chain coupled bridge”.Four major categories of pathways are concentrated upon,as follows:Pathway A—from North Atlantic to East Asia;Pathway B—from the North Pacific to East Asia;Pathway C—from the Arctic to East Asia;and Pathway D—the synergistic effects of the mid-high latitudes and *** addition,definitions of the terms“combined effect”,“synergistic effect”and“antagonistic effect”of two or more factors of influence or processes and their criteria are introduced,so as to objectively investigate those effects in future research.

Prolonged activation of nuclear factor(NF)-кB signaling significantly contributes to the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).New therapeutic opportunities are emerging from targeting this distorted cell signaling ***,we discovered the critical role of RING finger 1.8(RNF1.8)in CRC tumorigenesis through regulating the NF-кB signaling,which is independent of its Ubiquitin-E3 ligase activity involved in DNA damage ***1.8^(−/−) mice were hyper-susceptible to the switch from colitis to aggressive malignancy,which coincided with sustained aberrant NF-кB signaling in the colonic ***,RNF1.8 suppresses the activation of NF-кB signaling pathway through preventing the translocation of NIK and IKK-Beta Binding Protein(NIBP)to the cytoplasm,which requires the ubiquitin interaction motif(UIM)*** importantly,we uncovered a significant correlation between poor prognosis and the downregulation of RNF1.8 associated with reinforced NF-кB signaling in clinical settings,raising the possibility of RNF1.8 dysregulation as an indicator for the therapeutic intervention targeting NF-кB *** the xenograft models built upon either RNF1.8-dificient CRC cells or the cells derived from the RNF1.8-dysregulated CRC patients,we demonstrated that the inhibition of NF-кB signaling effectively hampered tumor ***,our work defined the pathogenic role of aberrant NF-кB signaling due to RNF1.8 downregulation in the cascade events from the colitis switch to colonic neoplastic transformation and progression,and also highlights the possibility of targeting the NF-кB signaling in treating specific subtypes of CRC indicated by RNF1.8-ablation.
