BACKGROUND The efficacy of Vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy(VAT)in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(***)is *** To evaluate the efficacy of VAT in the Chinese *** This prospective,multicenter,randomized,open-label,and two-stage study was conducted at 23 centers in Fujian,china(May 2021-April 2022).***-infected patients were randomized to bismuth quadruple therapy(BQT),BQT-Vonoprazan(BQT-V),seven-day VAT(VAT-7),ten-day VAT(VAT-10),and fourteen-day VAT(VAT-14)*** primary endpoint was the *** eradication *** secondary endpoint was the frequency of adverse *** study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,*** In the first stage,VAT-7 and BQT-V groups were selected for early termination because less than 23 among 28 cases were *** the second stage,the eradication rates for BQT,VAT-10,and VA-14 were 80.2%[95%confidence interval(95%CI):71.4%-86.8%],93.2%(86.6%-96.7%),92.2%(85.3%-96.0%)in the intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis,and 80.9%(95%CI:71.7%-87.5%),94.0%(87.5%-97.2%),and 93.9%(87.4%-97.2%)in the per-protocol *** ITT analysis showed a higher eradication rate in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups than in the BQT group(P=0.022 and P=0.046,respectively).The incidence of adverse events in the VAT-10 and VAT-14 groups was lower than in the BQT group(25.27%and 13.73%vs 37.62%,respectively;P<0.001).CONCLUSION VAT with a duration of 10 or 14 days achieves a higher eradication rate than the BQT,with a more tolerable safety profile in ***-infected patients in *** XP et *** for *** eradication.

In this paper, we show that every infinite dimensional Banach space admits a homogenous measure of non-compactness not equivalent to the Hausdorff measure. Therefore, it resolves a long-standing question.

Let X and Y be two Banach spaces,and f:X→Y be a standard ε-isometry for some ε >= *** this paper,by using a recent theorem established by cheng et al.(2013–2015),we show a sufficient condition guaranteeing the following sharp stability inequality of f:There is a surjective linear operator T:Y→X of norm one so that ||T f(x)-x||<= 2ε,for all x∈*** its application,we prove the following statements are equivalent for a standard ε-isometry f:X→Y:(i)lim inf_(t→∞) dist(ty,f(X))/|t|<1/2,for all y∈S_Y;(ii)τ(f)≡sup_(y∈S_Y) lim inf_(t→∞) dist(ty,f(X))/|t|=0;(iii)there is a surjective linear isometry U:X→Y so that || f(x)-Ux||<= 2ε,for all x∈*** gives an affirmative answer to a question proposed by Vestfrid(2004,2015).

矿物对黑臭水体氮磷释放抑制及流场仿真模拟

利用片状闽东南麦饭石作为覆盖材料,对受污染底泥进行覆盖并研究其对氮磷缓释的影响,探究不同覆盖量与流速对底泥氮磷污染物的抑制效果.结果表明,当麦饭石的覆盖量达到8 kg·m-2以上,流速不超过0.1 m·s-1时,对底泥原位覆盖488 h后上覆水满足Ⅳ类水质标准.研究结果表明麦饭石对氮和磷的吸附过程分别符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温模型;吸附类型分别为单分子层化学吸附和多分子层物理吸附.最后根据污染物的扩散迁移规律建立一种流场-浓度场耦合模型,模型预测的氮磷释放量与实验数据的平均相对误差分别为0.235和0.010,表明该模型对氮磷释放的计算与预测是准确可靠的.

Abstract In this paper, we show that a closed convex subset C of a Banach space is strongly proximinal （proximinal, resp.） in every Banach space isometrically containing it if and only if C is locally （weakly, resp.） compact. As a consequence, it is proved that local compactness of C is also equivalent to that for every Banach space Y isometrically containing it, the metric projection from Y to C is nonempty set-valued and upper semi-continuous.

Developing highly-active,earth-abundant non-precious-metal catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline solution would be beneficial to sustainable energy *** oxides are generally regarded as low-active HER catalysts,due to their inapposite hydrogen adsorption and water ***,we report a detailed study on perovskite LaCoO_(3)epitaxial thin films as a model catalyst to significantly enhance the HER performance via an electrochemical activation *** a result,the overpotential for the activation films to achieve a current density of 0.36 m A/cm^(2)is 238 m V,reduced by more than 200 m V in comparison with that of original *** characterization revealed the activation process dramatically increases the concentration of oxygen vacancies(Vo)on the surface of LaCoO_(3).We established the relationship between the electronic structure induced by Vo and the enhanced HER *** theoretical calculations revealed that the Vo optimizes the hydrogen adsorption and dissociation of water on the surface of LaCoO_(3)thin films,thus improving the HER catalytic *** work may promote a deepened understanding of perovskite oxides for HER mechanism by Vo adjusting and a new avenue for designing highly active electrochemical catalysts in alkaline solution.

在基质灭菌条件下接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌能促进植物生长发育,但在未灭菌条件下接种AM真菌鲜有报道。因此,在温室盆栽条件下,以香橙砧木(Citrus Junossieb ex Tanaka)为材料,研究了不同处理基质(灭菌和未灭菌)及接种AM真菌对香橙砧木的根系菌根侵染率、株高、茎径、叶片数、生物量及根系性状的影响。探讨在模拟自然条件(基质未灭菌)下接种AM真菌其接种效应是否仍然有效。研究结果表明:在基质灭菌条件下,接种黄雷克囊霉(Redeckera fulvum)(R.f)处理的株高、叶片数、地上干重、生物量和根系性状显著优于未接种菌根处理,而接种凹坑无梗囊霉(Acaulospora excavata)(A.e)处理的株高、茎径、叶片数、生物量低于未接种处理,但无显著差异。而根系性状显著优于对照;在基质未灭菌条件下,除了接种R.f处理的总根长显著高于未接种处理外,其他指标均与未接种处理无显著差异。这表明在盆栽试验中基质灭菌条件下,接种R.f处理能提高香橙砧木生长,接种A.e处理能抑制其生长,但在基质未灭菌条件下,接种两种AM真菌的香橙砧木生长与对照无显著影响,没有表现出在基质灭菌条件下同等的接种效应。
