Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2.2. December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger {3. which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3.days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3.kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2.89 keV for this work)with a factor of 2..A background level of 0.3. counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2.^(0ν)>1.0×10^(2.)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2.7.5 eV.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 3. Major gaps in understanding the molecular mechanisms of colorectal cancer(CRC)progression and intestinal mucosal repair have hampered therapeutic development for gastrointestinal *** factor 3.TFF3.has been reported to be involved in CRC progression and intestinal mucosal repair;however,how TFF3.drives tumors to become more aggressive or metastatic and how TFF3.promotes intestinal mucosal repair are still poorly ***,we found that the upregulated TFF3.in CRC predicted a worse overall survival ***3.deficiency impaired mucosal restitution and ***147,a membrane protein,was identified as a binding partner for *** binding to CD147,TFF3.enhanced CD147-CD44s interaction,resulting in signal transducer and activator of transcription 3.STAT3.activation and prostaglandin G/H synthase 2.PTGS2.expression,which were indispensable for TFF3.induced migration,proliferation,and ***2.derived PGE2.bound to prostaglandin E2.receptor EP4 subtype(PTGER4)and contributed to TFF3.stimulated CRC *** NMR studies of the TFF3.CD147 interaction revealed the key residues critical for TFF3.binding and the induction of PTGS2.*** ability of TFF3.to enhance mucosal restitution was weakened by a PTGS2.*** of TFF3.CD147 signaling using competitive inhibitory antibodies or a PTGS2.inhibitor reduced CRC lung metastasis in *** findings bring strong evidence that CD147 is a novel receptor for TFF3.and PTGS2.signaling is critical for TFF3.induced mucosal restitution and CRC progression,which widens and deepens the understanding of the molecular function of trefoil factors.

Due to increasing morbidity worldwide,fractures are becoming an emerging public health *** study aimed to investigate the effect of metformin on the healing of osteoporotic as well as normal *** H vessels have recently been identified as a bone-specific vascular subtype that supports ***,we show that metformin accelerated fracture healing in both osteoporotic and normal ***,metformin promoted angiogenesis in vitro under hypoxia as well as type H vessel formation throughout fracture ***,metformin increased the expression of HIF-1α,an important positive regulator of type H vessel formation,by inhibiting the expression of YAP1/TAZ in calluses and hypoxia-cultured human microvascular endothelial cells(HMECs).The results of HIF-1αor YAP1/TAZ interference in hypoxia-cultured HMECs using si RNA further suggested that the enhancement of HIF-1αand its target genes by metformin is primarily through YAP1/TAZ ***,overexpression of YAP1/TAZ partially counteracted the effect of metformin in promoting type H vessel-induced angiogenesis-osteogenesis coupling during fracture *** summary,our findings suggest that metformin has the potential to be a therapeutic agent for fractures by promoting type H vessel formation through YAP1/TAZ inhibition.

In this paper,the implantation-decay method is introduced to study the β-delayed charged particle decay.A silicon detector array was used for the implantation of the incident beams and for the detection of the emitted *** experimental measurement on the β-delayed particle emission from ^(2.)Al was used to demonstrate the *** half-life value,charged particle spectroscopy,γ ray spectrum,and γ particle coincidence for the decay process were obtained and compared with previous experimental results for ^(2.)*** results show that the implantation-decay method,using a silicon detector array,is a suitable experimental method to study the β-delayed charged particle decay for proton-rich nuclei.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 3.9 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

The Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)(Fig.1)is located at ***(4410 m a.s.l.,600 g/cm^(2.,2.°2.'2..56"N,100°08'19.66"E)in Daocheng,Sichuan province,*** consists of 1.3.km^(2. array(KM2.)of electromagnetic particle detectors(ED)and muon detectors(MD),a water Cherenkov detector array(WCDA)with a total active area of 78,000 m^(2.,18 wide field-of-view air Cherenkov telescopes(WFCTA)and a newly proposed electron-neutron detector array(ENDA)covering 10,000 m^(2..Each detector is synchronized with all the other through a clock synchronization network based on the White Rabbit *** observatory includes an IT center which comprises the data acquisition system and trigger system,the data analysis *** this Chapter,all the above-mentioned components of LHAASO as well as infrastructure are described.

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2.′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 3.–12. s and 1–12. s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to2. s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(12..6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attain2.5 R⊙.SDI and WST are solar disk imagers working in the Lyαline and 3.0.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2.R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.
