煤与瓦斯突出是一种威胁煤矿安全生产的典型动力灾害.本文在分析搬运过程突出煤颗粒间或与巷道(阻挡物)的碰撞导致的二次破碎的理论过程基础上,建立突出煤颗粒碰撞二次破碎理论模型,开展单次和多次碰撞极限破碎理论计算.结合突出煤颗粒二次破碎试验分析,讨论了煤的结构差异对二次破碎的影响及对突出的作用.结果表明:当抗压强度小于2 MPa时,突出煤颗粒单次碰撞后的极限粉碎率随着抗压强度的降低急剧升高;而抗压强度大于2 MPa时,突出煤碰撞后的粉碎率随着抗压强度的降低而增加的速度较为缓慢,粉碎率低于0.0415%.2次试验0.074 mm以下的破碎煤占突出煤的质量比均低于0.41%,证明了表观结构完整的颗粒煤破碎或粉化是极其困难的.突出煤在搬运过程中的二次破碎是必要的过程,这种二次破碎形成的小颗粒或粉化煤是突出过程中的瓦斯能快速释放的保障.煤的力学强度和表观结构决定了其能否在搬运过程中二次破碎,相对于表观结构完整、强度高的原生煤,由散体煤胶结而成的构造煤更容易由于颗粒碰撞而发生二次破碎或粉化,同样验证了构造煤极易满足突出的条件.研究成果对突出煤的高度破碎或粉化现象成因进行了解释,有助于揭示突出灾变过程与机理.

地应力是控制煤矿瓦斯动力灾害的核心因素,现有地应力模型主要基于弹性煤岩体属性而建立,而对于黏弹性煤层介质不适用,需要建立适合煤层属性的地应力分布模型。煤层尤其是构造煤呈现显著的蠕变和应力松弛特性,基于此,构建了黏弹性煤层分数阶麦克斯韦应力松弛数学模型,对扩展伊顿模型中构造应力项改进为黏弹性煤层的应力松弛项,建立了黏弹性煤层地应力分布模型。结果表明,在地质时间尺度内,煤层黏弹性对差应力有显著影响,煤体蠕变和应力松弛程度随黏性系数和分数阶因子的增加而增加;并随弹性模量下降,泊松比、构造比及瓦斯压力增加,煤层应力特征表现为静水压力状态分布趋势,其中弹性模量和泊松比对垂直主应力与水平应力之间差异贡献较大,构造比对水平应力之间差异贡献较大,瓦斯压力对3个主应力贡献相等,应力松弛效应可改变最大、最小水平主应力相对大小及降低应力各向异性。基于临界应力模型,在不同地应力状态下同样获得了摩擦因数降低及瓦斯压力升高的煤层趋近静水压力分布。构造煤力学属性更有利于在地质时间尺度中趋向于静水压力状态。运用地应力模型验证了现场实测结果,并对构造煤瓦斯富集和渗透率降低提出了新的认识。

The findings were presented from laboratory investigations on the hydrate formation and dissociation processes employed to recover methane from coal mine *** separation process of coal mine methane(CMM) was carried out at 273.15K under 4.00 *** key process variables of gas formation rate,gas volume stored in hydrate and separation concentration were closely investigated in twelve THF-SDS-sponge-gas systems to verify the sponge effect in these hydrate-based separation *** gas volume stored in hydrate is calculated based on the measured gas *** CH4 mole fraction in hydrate phase is measured by gas chromatography to confirm the separation *** close examination of the overall results,it was clearly verified that sponges with volumes of 40,60 and 80 cm 3 significantly increase gas hydrate formation rate and the gas volume stored in hydrate,and have little effect on the CH4 mole fraction in hydrate *** present study provides references for the application of the kinetic effect of porous sponge media in hydrate-based *** will contribute to CMM utilization and to benefit for local and global environment.

急速卸压条件下构造煤体应力释放规律试验研究

为研究构造煤在急速卸压条件下的应力释放规律,开展了不同卸围压速度条件下的型煤试样三轴试验,对比分析了构造煤在不同应力路径下的应力⁃应变曲线和力学特性演化特征,并通过数据拟合分析了急速卸压条件下的应力释放规律。结果表明:卸围压速度越快,构造煤破坏时的变形程度和峰值应力越小。卸围压降低了煤体的内聚力,劣化程度为14.02%~21.95%,卸围压速度越快,劣化作用越强。卸围压降低了煤体变形模量和泊松比,表明卸围压加剧了煤体损伤,降低了煤体抵抗变形的能力。当卸围压速度趋近于急速时,峰值应力的劣化程度为17.84%,内聚力的劣化程度为21.95%,表明急速卸压条件下构造煤更易失稳破坏,应力释放控制瓦斯膨胀能的非稳态释放,从而导致构造煤突出的连续发展。

This research reviewed the mechanics and gas desorption properties of intact coal,and tested the crushing work ratios of different intact coals,and then,studied the stress conditions for the failure or crushing of intact coal and the gas demand for the pulverization of intact coal *** a real-life outburst case is examined,the required minimum stress for intact coal outburst is *** study concludes that the crushing work ratios of three intact coal samples vary from 294.3732 to 945.8048 J/m^(2).For the real-life case,more than 2300 MJ of transport work is needed,and 10062.09,7046.57 and 5895.47 m^(3) of gas is required when the gas pressure is 1,2 and 3 MPa,*** crushing work exceeds the transport work and even reaches 13.96 times of the transport *** to provide such an enormous crushing work is an energy-limiting factor for the outburst in intact *** strain energy is needed for the crushing work,and the required minimum stress is over 54.35 MPa,even reaching 300.44 *** minimum stresses far exceed the in-situ vertical and horizontal stresses that can be provided at the 300–700 m mining depth range.

China's rapid economic development has increased the demand for *** results in Chinese coal mines being extended to deeper *** eastern Chinese,more economical developed,regions have a long history of coal mining and many coal mines have now started deep mining at a depth from 800 to 1500 *** increase in mining depth,geostresses,pressures,and gas content of the coal seam complicates geologic construction *** permeability and softer coal contribute to increasing numbers of coal and gas outburst,and gas explosion,disasters.A search on effective methods of preventing gas disasters has been provided funds from the Chinese government since *** National Engineering Research Center of Coal Gas Control and the Huainan and Huaibei Mining Group have conducted theoretical and experimental research on a regional gas extraction *** results included two important ***,grouped coal seams allow adoption of a method where a first,key protective layer is mined to protect upper and lower coal seams by increasing permeability from 400 to 3000 *** of gas and gas extraction in the protected coal seam of up to 60%,or more,may be achieved in this ***,a single seam may be protected by using a dense network of extraction boreholes consisting of cross and along-bed *** with this is increased use of water that increases extraction of coal seam gas by up to 50%.Engineering practice showed that regional gas drainage technology eliminates regional coal and gas outburst and also enables mining under low gas *** research results have been adopted into the national safety codes of production *** paper systematically introduces the principles of the technology,the engineering methods and techniques,and the parameters of regional gas *** applications are discussed.

Multiple coal seams widely develop in the deep Chinese coal-bearing strata. Ground in situ stress and coal seam gas pressure increase continuously with the increase of the mining depth, and coal and gas outburst disasters become increasingly severe. When the coal is very deep, the gas content and pressure will elevate and thus coal seams tends to outburst-prone seams. The safety and economics of exploited firstmined coal seams are tremendously restricted. Meanwhile, the multiple seams occurrence conditions resulted in different methane pressure systems in the coal-bearing strata, which made the reservoir reconstruction of coal difficult. Given the characteristics of low saturation, low permeability, strong anisotropy and soft coal of Chinese coal seams, a single hydraulic fracturing surface well for reservoir reconstruction to pre-drain the coalbed methane(CBM) of multiple seams concurrently under the different gas pressure systems has not yet gained any breakthroughs. Based on analyses of the main features of deep CBM reservoirs in China, current gas control methods and the existing challenges in deep and multiple seams, we proposed a new technology for deep CBM reservoir reconstruction to realize simultaneous high-efficiency coal mining and gas extraction. In particular, we determined the first-mined seam according to the principles of effectiveness and economics, and used hydraulic fracturing surface well to reconstruct the first-mined seam which enlarges the selection range of the first-mined seam. During the process of mining first-mined seam, adjacent coal seams could be reconstructed under the mining effect which promoted high-efficiency pressure relief gas extraction by using spatial and comprehensive gas drainage methods(combination of underground and ground CBM extraction methods). In order to master the main characteristics and controlling factors of gas disasters in Huaibei coalfeld,based on data analysis,experimental determination and theoretical research,we analyzed the geological evolution and gas parameters in Huaibei mining *** results show that Huaibei coalfeld is located in Xu-Su arcuate tectonic circle,and the coal seam and gas occurrence took on *** dominant controlling factors of gas outburst were tectonic structures,tectonic stress,magma intrusion and mining *** geological conditions of Huaibei coalfeld were very complicated,and almost all the outburst accidents occurred in tectonic structure *** horizontal tectonic stress played a dominant role in outburst *** thermal evolution and trap effect of magma intrusion controlled the physical characteristics of coal,gas occurrence and *** the increase of mining depth,the possibility of gas outburst accidents increased *** carrying out several effective regional measurements,the gas control effect was obvious and could ensure safety and high effciency mining in outburst coal seams.

Since the capacity of CO2 adsorption of coal is a key factor in coal and CO2 outbursts,an experimental study was carried out on CO2 isothermal adsorption with high-pressure volumetry with dry coal samples from the No.2 coal seam in the Haishiwan *** different equations(Langmuir,BET,D-R and D-A) were used to fit the experimental *** discuss adsorption *** results show that the amount of CO2 adsorption increases rapidly under low relative pressure,i.e.,the ratio of equilibrium pressure and saturated vapor pressure,which indicates that molecular layer adsorption or micropore filling may occur in *** clear equilibrium state was observed on the isothermal adsorption curves under relative pressure(P /P0 ) ranging from 0 to *** fitted results show that the accuracy of the D-A equation is highest with n=*** are more developed in coal by comparing the BET equation with a pressure mercury injection method on the surface *** D-A equation(n=1) provides the best *** comparing the calculated specific surface area of the BET equation and the mercury intrusion method,it is found that micropore adsorption of CO2 occupies a dominant position.
