A dent is a common type of defects for submarine *** submarine pipelines,high hydrostatic pressure and internal pressure are the main *** pipelines bend due to complex subsea conditions,the compression strain capacity may be *** into the local buckling failure and accurate prediction of the compressive strain capacity are important.A finite element model of a pipeline with a dent is *** buckling failure under a bending moment is investigated,and the compressive strain capacity is *** effects of different parameters on pipeline local buckling are *** results show that the dent depth,external pressure and internal pressure lead to different local buckling failure modes of the pipeline.A higher internal pressure indicates a larger compressive strain capacity,and the opposite is true for external *** the ratio of external pressure to collapse pressure of intact pipeline is greater than 0.1,the deeper the dent,the greater the compressive strain capacity of the *** as the ratio is less than 0.1,the opposite is *** the basis of these results,a regression equation for predicting the compressive strain capacity of a dented submarine pipeline is proposed,which can be referred to during the integrity assessment of a submarine pipeline.

目的评估对重度宫腔粘连术后予以阿司匹林、雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装(商品名:芬吗通)联合治疗的有效性和安全性。方法60例重度宫腔粘连手术患者,采用抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组术后给予芬吗通治疗,治疗组术后给予阿司匹林联合芬吗通治疗。对比两组临床疗效、月经恢复效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后经血量、子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉血流参数[血流指数(FI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)、血管化指数(VI)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)]、生活质量。结果与对照组对比,治疗组临床总有效率较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组对比,治疗组月经恢复总有效率较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后经血量(57.10±4.45)ml多于对照组的(46.13±4.40)ml,子宫内膜厚度(9.79±1.36)mm大于对照组的(8.26±1.18)mm(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后FI(28.20±1.70)、VFI(1.23±0.11)、VI(4.39±0.45)%明显高于对照组的(23.53±3.70)、(0.90±0.08)、(3.23±0.36)%,PI(1.28±0.15)、RI(1.03±0.10)明显低于对照组的(1.86±0.25)、(1.24±0.15)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后物质生活状态、心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分分别为(82.75±10.24)、(81.32±10.32)、(82.48±11.10)、(83.10±12.35)分,明显高于对照组的(74.16±11.18)、(75.68±10.28)、(73.78±11.28)、(73.57±12.20)分(P<0.05)。结论对重度宫腔粘连术后予以阿司匹林、芬吗通联合治疗具有较高的有效性和安全性,利于患者子宫内膜修复,促进月经恢复,改善生活质量,值得推广。

为解决无资料地区通江湖泊水量交互规律,以涨渡湖为例,将江湖水量交互原理同遥感解译理论相耦合,提出一种无资料地区闸站调度下江湖水量交互规律研究方法,基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)平台分析湖泊面积变化,结合同期降水、蒸发和湖泊特性,计算江湖交互水量。结果表明,湖泊多年月平均面积总体变化趋势一致,呈规律性变化,2~6月呈下降趋势,7~11月呈上升趋势,变化范围在40~47 km^(2)之间;每年2~6、11~12月湖水入江,7~10月、12月~次年1月江水倒灌入湖。结果可为其他无资料地区闸站调度下江湖水量交互规律研究提供参考。

为了改善海上原油管输流动效果,以甲基全氟烷基乙基羧酸酯(GMA)和马来酸酐(MA)为单体、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成聚(甲基全氟烷基乙基羧酸酯-马来酸酐)(GM),以其为主剂与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)复配形成含氟羧酸酯-马来酸酐原油降凝剂,并对GM合成条件、降凝剂降凝效果影响因素、加剂前后原油流变性和微观形态进行评价分析。结果表明,GM合成优化工艺条件为:GMA与MA摩尔比为5∶1、引发剂质量分数为0.6%、反应温度为75℃、反应时间为8 h;GM与EVA间存在协同作用,当w(GM)∶w(EVA)=6∶4、加剂量为400 mg/L时,原油凝点为5.5℃,降凝幅度为13℃;在温度为10℃时,加剂前后原油黏度从562.9 mPa·s降至93.1 mPa·s,降黏率达83.5%,原油屈服值从986.6 Pa降低至68.02 Pa,屈服值下降率达93.1%;加剂前后蜡晶形态由棒针状大聚集体堆叠变为小聚集体分散,加剂对改善原油低温流动状态具有明显效果。

为满足机制砂混凝土的超高强与超高泵送性能需求,开展超高泵送超高强机制砂自密实混凝土制备技术研究,研制的C120机制砂自密实混凝土坍落度达270 mm、扩展度达730 mm、倒置坍落度筒时间为3.2 s,水化温升峰值温度小于80℃,28 d抗压强度高达127.3 MPa、电通量小于500 C,最大收缩低于4×10^(-8) m。研制的C120机制砂自密实混凝土在贵阳国际金融中心成功应用,一次性垂直泵送401 m,在泵送过程中未发生堵管等事故,钻取的芯样完整。另外,现场留样的混凝土和钻取的芯样28 d抗压强度均满足大于120 MPa的性能要求。

Passive daytime radiative cooling(PDRC) is environment-friendly without energy input by enhancing the coating's solar reflectance(R_(solar)) and thermal emittance(ε_(LWIR)) in the atmosphere's long-wave infrared transmission ***,high R_(solar) is usually achieved by increasing the coating's thickness,which not only increases materials' cost but also impairs heat ***,the desired high R_(solar) is vulnerable to dust pollution in the *** this work,a thin paint was designed by mixing hBN plates,PFOTS,and IPA. R_(solar)=0.963 and ε_(LWIR)=0.927 was achieved at a thickness of 150 μm due to the high backscattering ability of scatters.A high through-plane thermal conductivity(~1.82 W m^(-1) K^(-1)) also can be *** addition,the porous structure coupled with the binder PFOTS resulted in a contact angle of 154°,demonstrating excellent durability under dust *** experiments showed that the thin paint can obtain a 2.3℃ lower temperature for sub-ambient cooling than the reference PDRC coating in the ***,the above-ambient heat dissipation performance can be enhanced by spraying the thin paint on a 3D heat sink,which was 15.7℃ lower than the reference 1D structure,demonstrating excellent performance for durable and scalable PDRC applications.

为建立检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒(Bovine viral diarrhea virus,BVDV)抗体的间接ELISA方法,利用昆虫细胞真核表达系统成功表达E2蛋白,将纯化后的E2蛋白作为包被抗原,用方阵滴定方法对影响ELISA的各个因素进行优化,并进行特异性、敏感性和重复性试验。结果表明,在昆虫细胞中表达了BVDV E2蛋白,Western blot证实目的蛋白可与BVDV阳性血清发生特异性反应。ELISA优化结果显示,E2蛋白最佳包被浓度为0.5μg/mL,最佳封闭液为1%明胶,最佳血清稀释度为1∶400,最佳血清作用方式为37℃作用30 min,酶标抗体的最佳作用方式为1∶2000稀释、37℃作用30 min,最佳底物作用时间为室温20 min,阳性临界值为OD 450≥0.423。与血清中和试验法进行比较,总符合率为97.8%,板内和板间重复性试验的变异系数均小于10%。该方法与牛常见病毒阳性血清均无交叉反应。说明建立的间接ELISA抗体检测方法特异性、敏感性和重复性良好,可用于大批量样本的临床检测和流行病学研究。

Ferroelectric thin films based on HfO2 have garnered increasing attention worldwide,primarily due to their remarkable compatibility with silicon and scalability,in contrast to traditional perovskite-structured ferroelectric ***,significant challenges remain in their widespread commercial utilization,particularly concerning their notable wake-up effect and limited *** address these challenges,we propose a novel strategy involving the inhomogeneous distribution of Hf/Zr elements within thin films and explore its effects on the ferroelectricity and endurance of Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) thin *** techniques such as grazing incidence X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,and piezoresponse force microscopy,we investigated the structural characteristics and domain switching behaviors of these *** experimental results indicate that the inhomogeneous distribution of Hf/Zr contributes to improving the frequency stability and endurance while maintaining a large remnant polarization in Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) ferroelectric thin *** adjusting the distribution of Zr/Hf within the Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) thin films,significant enhancements in the remnant polarization(2Pr>35μC/cm2)and endurance(>109)along with a reduced coercive voltage can be ***,the fabricated ferroelectric thin films also exhibit high dielectric tunability(≥26%)under a low operating voltage of 2.5 V,whether in the wake-up state or *** study offers a promising approach to optimize both the ferroelectricity and endurance of HfO_(2)-based thin films.

Sulfide oxidation under aerobic conditions can produce active oxygen for the transformation of organic pollutants in aquatic ***,the catalytic performance of transition metal-supported carbon material on this process is poor *** study found that Co-loaded carbon nanotubes(CNTs)was able to realize the efficient aerobic transformation of antibiotic ciprofloxacin(CIP)by sulfide,with the pseudo-first order reaction rate constant improved from 0.013 h^(-1)without catalyst to 0.44–0.71 h^(-1)with 100 mg/L Co-loaded *** oxygen(^(1)O_(2))was the main active specie playing key roles in the process of CIP aerobic transformation with presence of Co-loaded *** studies indicated that the excellent electron transfer ability of Co-loaded CNTs might play an important role to promote the electron transfer and facilitate the formation of intermediate H_(2)O_(2)and^(1)O_(2).Additionally,the Co-loaded CNTs/sulfide system effectively reduced the acute toxicity of organic pollutant,and Co-loaded CNTs showed remarkable cycling stability and negligible *** study gives a better understanding for the Co-loaded CNTs mediated aerobic antibiotics transformation by sulfide,and provide a reference for the application of Co-loaded carbon materials on organics aerobic transformation by sulfide.
