We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP2.0408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2.2.,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2.-1in 0.5-4 keV,300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 keV,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for4d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-2. d is found for EP2.0408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP2.0408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP2.0408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP2.0408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

We report on a 95 GHz（80-71A＋） methanol（CH3OH） emission survey with the Purple Mountain observatory Delingha 13.7 m telescope. Eight supernova remnants（SNRs） with angular size〈10′ were observed, but emission was only detected in three SNRs near the Galactic center（Sgr A East,G 0.1–0.1 and G 359.92.0.09）. CH3OH emission mainly surrounds the SNRs and can be decomposed into nine spatial peaks with the velocity range of eight peaks being（-30, 70） km s-1, and the other is（70, 12.） km s-1. They are probably excited by interaction with these SNRs and adjacent molecular gas in the central molecular zone（CMZ）, although star formation may play an important role in exciting CH3OH emission in some regions of CMZ. We infer that tidal action is unlikely to be an excitation source for CH3OH emission.

系外地球科学卫星(ET)将通过采用空间大视场超高精度测光这一关键技术在国际上率先突破生命起源中的系外地球存在及其演化这一重大前沿科学问题. ET卫星将在日地拉格朗日L2.晕(Halo)轨道部署由6台广角凌星望远镜和1台微引力透镜望远镜构成的空间天文台,结合凌星法和微引力透镜法,利用空间超大视场和超高精度的光学测光观测,首次发现富有重要意义、被广泛关注的系外地球,并确定其发生率,对目前了解甚少的类地行星和流浪行星进行国际上第一次大规模的种群普查,首次发现流浪地球,并确定其发生率,揭示类地行星和流浪行星起源,为地外生命探寻提供候选者和新方向. ET卫星的观测结果、统计研究以及和对理论的检验将回答系外地球在宇宙中有多普遍,类地行星是如何形成和演化的,流浪行星又是如何起源的这些亟待解决的前沿科学问题.对ET卫星发现的系外地球样本的后随观测,将精确测量其质量、密度和大气成分,有助于深入分析宜居性特征.此外,对ET新发现的大量各种系外行星样本的研究,以及对理论的检验将推动这些种类的行星形成和演化规律的更深入认识, ET的大量高精度、高频次和长基线测光数据将推动星震学、银河系考古学、时域天文学、双星和双星黑洞等领域的研究.

The Solar Upper Transition Region Imager(SUTRI)onboard the Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite(SATech-01),which was launched to a Sun-synchronous orbit at a height of~500 km in 2.2. July,aims to test the on-orbit performance of our newly developed Sc/Si multi-layer reflecting mirror and the 2.×2. EUV CMOS imaging camera and to take full-disk solar images at the Ne VII 46.5 nm spectral line with a filter width of~3 *** employs a Ritchey-Chrétien optical system with an aperture of 18 *** on-orbit observations show that SUTRI images have a field of view of~416×416 and a moderate spatial resolution of~8″without an image stabilization *** normal cadence of SUTRI images is 30 s and the solar observation time is about16 hr each day because the earth eclipse time accounts for about 1/3 of SATech-01's orbit ***15 GB data is acquired each day and made available online after *** images are valuable as the Ne VII 46.5 nm line is formed at a temperature regime of~0.5 MK in the solar atmosphere,which has rarely been sampled by existing solar *** observations will establish connections between structures in the lower solar atmosphere and corona,and advance our understanding of various types of solar activity such as flares,filament eruptions,coronal jets and coronal mass ejections.

We report the radio observations of the eclipsing black widow pulsar J172.-0534, a 3.2. ms pulsar in orbit with a low mass companion of mass 0.02. to 0.034 M⊙. We obtain the phase-connected timing ephemeris and polarization profile of this millisecond pulsar(MSP) using the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST), the Green Bank Telescope(GBT), and the Parkes Telescope. For the first time from such a system, an oscillatory polarization angle change was observed from a particular eclipse egress with partial depolarization, indicating 10-milliGauss-level reciprocating magnetic fields oscillating in a length scale of 5 ×10^(3)km(assuming an orbital inclination angle of 90°) outside the companion's magnetosphere. The dispersion measure variation observed during the ingresses and egresses shows the rapid raising of the electron density in the shock boundary between the companion's magnetosphere and the surrounding pulsar wind. We suggest that the observed oscillatory magnetic fields originate from the pulsar wind outside the companion's magnetosphere.

目的了解上海地区临床分离念珠菌的菌株分布以及对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性和耐药性。方法对上海地区2.所医院临床分离念珠菌采用微量液基稀释法按统一方案进行抗真菌药物敏感性试验。按CLSI M60(2.1.年)判断结果。结果收集2.1.年8月1日-2.1.年4月30日上述医院临床分离念珠菌共354株,其中白念珠菌占41.81%(148/354),近平滑念珠菌占2..73%(84/354),热带念珠菌占15.54%(55/354),光滑念珠菌占9.32.(33/354),其他念珠菌占9.60%(34/354)。白念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、光滑念珠菌耐药率与以往报道比较偏低或基本持平,无增长趋势,主要是对唑类抗真菌药物具有一定的耐药性。白念珠菌对氟康唑耐药率为1.45%、剂量依赖性敏感(SDD)率为4.35%,对伏立康唑耐药率和中介率均为2.1.%;近平滑念珠菌对氟康唑呈现1.2.%的SDD率,对伏立康唑呈现1.2.%的中介率;光滑念珠菌对氟康唑表现出6.06%的耐药率和93.94%的SDD率;热带念珠菌耐药率呈增长趋势,对氟康唑表现出41.82.的耐药率和12.73%的SDD率,对伏立康唑表现出40.00%的耐药率和12.73%的中介率。白念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌对棘白菌素类药物尚未出现耐药菌株,仅1株光滑念珠菌对卡泊芬净耐药。结论上海地区临床念珠菌的分离率及菌株分布与国内外报道基本一致,临床分离菌株对常用抗菌药物的耐药率基本稳定,热带念珠菌对唑类抗真菌药物的耐药率呈上升趋势,应该引起临床医师重视。同时应进一步加强医院感染防控措施,继续做好真菌耐药性监测工作。
