An unprecedented 4f-5d material(La6Hg5Br26)[4(HgBr2)](2Br)(1)was syn-thesized by hydrothermal reactions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** 1 crystallizes in the Pbam space group of orthorhombic system with a=13.0980(10),b=13.6650(9),c=28.010(2)?,V=5013.4(6)?^3,Br36Hg9La6,Mr=5515.53,Z=2,Dc=3.613 g/cm^3,μ(MoKα)=29.457 mm^–1 and F(000)=*** 1 is characteristic of a two-dimensional(2D)layered *** photoluminescent measurements with solid-state samples reveal that compound 1 has a strong emission in the green region of light *** has remarkable CIE chromaticity coordinates of(0.2499,0.3589).A wide optical band gap of 3.41 eV is discovered by the solid-state UV/vis diffuse reflectance *** variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility obeys the Curie-Weiss law(cm=c/(T–q))with C=2.48 K and a negative Weiss constantθ=–169.07 K as revealed by the magnetic measurements,indicating the existence of an antiferromagnetic interaction in compound 1.

目的通过生物信息学方法建立基于双硫死亡相关基因表达量预测结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)预后和药物敏感性的评分模型,并结合CRC患者来源类器官(CRC patient-derived organoids,CRC-PDOs)验证。方法利用NMF(non-negative Matrix Factorization)算法、Cox和LASSO回归分析明确对CRC预后有预测价值的双硫死亡相关基因,构建双硫死亡相关风险评分公式,结合GO(Gene Ontology)和KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)分析不同集群之间的差异基因及富集通路。通过GDSC数据库预测不同分组CRC患者对化疗药物的敏感性,并利用CRC-PDOs进行验证。结果NMF算法结果显示基于双硫死亡相关基因可建立CRC患者分群,COX回归分析显示LRPPRC和SLC7A11是能够预测CRC患者预后的潜在基因(P=0.047、0.033),CRC患者肿瘤中的SLC7A11低表达或LRPPRC高表达与总生存率(overall survival,OS)显著相关(P=0.004、0.003)。基于LASSO回归分析,双硫死亡风险评分公式为:Risk score=LRPPRC×(-0.6705)+SLC7A11×0.3112,且能将GSE161158数据集分群为高风险和低风险组。双硫死亡高低危群集间有125个差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes,DEGs),结合GO和KEGG结果,高危群集患者的上调基因主要富集于免疫调节,如白细胞趋化性、粒细胞迁移和Toll样受体结合。低风险集群的特征是与硫化物代谢和运输相关的途径,如硫化物跨膜转运蛋白活性。基于GDSC数据库,双硫死亡相关的双基因表达水平可预测化疗药物敏感性,化疗药物(伊立替康)对于CRC-PDOs的生长抑制结果提示患者的结直肠癌组织中SLC7A11和LRPPRC的相对表达量与其类器官映射疗效呈线性相关(P=0.007、0.040)。结论根据生物信息学分析和CRC-PDOs实验结果,双硫死亡相关评分能够预测结直肠癌患者预后和药物敏感性,具有潜在的临床应用前景。

A new heterometallic 4f-3d complex [Y（C6NO2H5）3（H2O）2]n（1.5nZnCl4）·nH2O（1）, was synthesized via a hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized. Complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c： a=0.94847（9） nm, b=2.0947（2） nm, c=1.6001（2） nm, β=104.467（2）°, V=3.0781（5） nm3, Mr=823.04, Dc=1.776 g/cm3, S=1.009, μ（Mo Kα）=3.603 mm-1, F（000）=1632, R=0.0787, and wR=0.2273. Complex 1, with four formula units in a cell, was characteristic of a one-dimensional polycationic chain-like structure. Photoluminescent investigation showed that the title complex displayed a strong emission in the blue region, which was attributed to the intraligand π-π＊ transition of the nicotinic ligands. Optical absorption spectrum of complex 1 revealed the presence of a wide optical bandgap of 4.17 eV.

By hydrothermal synthesis, a manganese（H） tetracarboxylate [Mn（2,2′-bipyridi- ne）（btec）0.5（HEO）]En （H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid） was obtained and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 7.721（4）, b = 8.905（5）, c = 10.712（6）A, a = 80.899（8）, β = 70.371（8）, y = 78.201（8）°, Z = 2, V= 675.8（7）A3, Mr= 354.20, De= 1.741 g/cm^3,μ = 1.007 mm^-1, F（000） = 360, S = 0.956, （△/σ）max = 0.000, the final R = 0.0490 and wR = 0.1262. This compound presents an infinite 1D polymer featuring a double-chain structure. The Mn（Ⅱ） ion is five-coordinated. The four carboxylate groups of btec4- are all deprotonated and coordinated to four Mn atoms in a monodentate fashion, forming a 1D double chain structure with a cavity. Such chains are interconnected by π-π stacking interactions into 2D layers which are further interlinked into a supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds.

A novel terbium-mercury complex [Tb(IA)3(H3 O)2]2 n(2 n HgCl4)(n Hg2 Cl5)·n H3 O· 3 n H2 O(1, HIA = isonicotinic acid) has been synthesized through hydrothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the C2/c space group of monoclinic system with a = 24.2347(5), b = 20.8342(6), c = 15.3206(3) ?, β = 128.257(2)°, V = 6074.3(2) ?3, C36H41Cl13Hg4N6O20Tb2, Mr = 2458.80, Z = 4, Dc = 2.689 g/cm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 13.014 mm–1 and F(000) = 4520. The crystal structure of 1 is characterized by a one-dimensional(1-D) chain-like structure. Solid-state UV/Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum reveals the existence of a wide optical band gap of 3.36 eV. Solid-state photoluminescence experiment uncovers that it shows reddish brown upconversion emission. The emission bands are originated from the characteristic emission of the 4 f electrons intrashell transition of the 5D4 → 7 FJ(J = 6, 5, 4) of the Tb3+ ions. Energy transfer mechanism is explained by the energy level diagram of the Tb3+ ion and the isonicotinic acid ligand. It shows a remarkable CIE chromaticity coordinates(0.4158, 0.4005).

A novel holmium complex [Ho(HIA)_2(H_2O)_4(NO_3)](NO_3)_2(1, HIA = isonicotinic acid) has been synthesized through hydrothermal reactions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the C2/c space group of monoclinic system: a = 14.4797(7), b = 12.4768(2), c = 13.3471(5) ?, β = 118.690(4)°, V = 2115.26(13) ?~3, C_(12)H_(16)HoN_5O_(17), Mr = 667.23, Z = 4, Dc = 2.095 g/cm^3, μ(Mo Kα) = 3.838 mm^(–1) and F(000) = 1304. The crystal structure of 1 is characterized by an isolated structure. Solid-state photoluminescence experiment uncovers that it shows yellow light emission. The emission bands are originated from the characteristic emission of the 4 f electrons intrashell transition of the ~5S_2 → ~5I_8 and ~5F_5 → ~5I_8 of the Ho^(3+) ions. Energy transfer mechanism is explained by the energy level diagram of the Ho3+ ion and the isonicotinic acid ligand. It has remarkable CIE chromaticity coordinates of(0.4929, 0.4632), so it may be a promising color converter for lighting and displays.

A new ternary alkali metal chalcogenide halide, K3SI, has been synthesized by solid state reaction method and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal belongs to hexagonal, space group P63cm with a = 11.699（I ）, c = 5.8279（9） A°, Mr = 276.26, V = 690.8（1 ）A°^ 3, Z = 6, D, = 3.985 g/cm^3, F（000） = 756, μ = 9.913 mm^-1, S = 1.004, R = 0.0719 and wR = 0.2204. The title compound is the first example containing S anion in the ternary alkali metal chalcogenide halides family M3QX （M = alkali metal, Q = chalcogenide, X - halide）, which crystallizes in the hexagonal anti-perovskite structure type.

Currently, the 3-D cross-point structure has been successfully applied in phase change memory(PCM) to achieve scalable and stackable memory arrays [1]. The ovonic threshold switching(OTS) selector consists of a memory element that is used to suppress the parasitic current in the 3-D cross-point arrays due to its highly nonlinear currentvoltage(I-V)characteristics which are significant for largescale memory arrays [2].
