Because of its excellent dose distribution,proton therapy is becoming increasingly popular in the medical application of cancer treatment.A synchrotron-based proton therapy facility was designed and constructed in *** synchrotron,beam delivery system,and other technical systems were commissioned and reached their expected *** a clinical trial of 47 patients was finished,the proton therapy facility obtained a registration certificate from the National Medical Products *** characteristics of the accelerator and treatment systems are described in this article.

The multi-principal high-entropy alloys (HEAs) are promising new ***,it is a challenge to screen out the suitable composition from the diverse *** to the prototype AuCu 3 with AB 3-L1 2 structure,where it becomes a face-centered cubic (fcc) structure if element A and B are the same element,the site occupying tendencies of the elements and thermodynamic functions are predicted by using the sublattice model supported with first-principles total energy *** considering the Gibbs energy of formation and the configurational entropy,the fcc HEAs in available literatures are examined,and the results of the quinary system with equal-atomic composition CoFeMnNiM and the hexbasic system with equal-atomic composition CoFeMnNiSmM are reported,respectively,where the element M is selected from the rest of the periodical *** M=Cr,Zn,Ru,Rh,Pd,Re,Os,Ir,or Pt in the quinary systems CoFeMnNiM and when M=Ru,Pd,or Pt in the hexbasic systems CoFeMnNiSmM,respectively,the alloys are recommended to be potential fcc *** new approach opens a new way to mine the rich ores of HEAs.

目的评价管电流调制技术降低多层螺旋CT(MSCT)胸部扫描剂量的程度,以及对CT图像质量的影响。方法将100例受检者随机等分成两组(管电流调制组和管电流恒定组)。分别统计CT剂量权重指数(CTDIw)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效毫安秒(mAs)。图像质量分为优、良、差三级进行评判,并记录评价结果。数据资料采用成组t检验和秩和检验进行统计分析。结果管电流调制组有效mAs为(87.69±2.74)mAs,较恒定组(100mAs)降低约12%(P0.05)。结论管电流调制技术可有效降低CT剂量,并不牺牲图像质量,有较好的临床应用前景。

Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.

SUMMARY Objective:To evaluate the mass measles vaccination campaign of 2009 in Guangdong ***. Methods:Data on the campaign implementation,measles surveillance,and serological surveillance were reviewed and analyzed by statistical methods. Results:Rapid coverage surveys showed that 98.09% of children were vaccinated during the campaign. The coverage of migrant children increased significantly from 67.10%to 97.32%(plion migrant children were identified and vaccinated during the ***, notices of information from donors,and television programs were the best methods to inform parents ot the *** of the campaign by residents increased significantly from 91.86%to 97.10% (Plization materials. Conclusions:A massive vaccination campaign approach for controlling measles in a developing region like Guangdong Province wirh a vast migrant imputation has proved *** mobilization,communication with the mass media,and support from government departments were critical to the success of the campaign.

采用liGA(lithographie,Galvanoformung,Abformung)工艺设计加工了一种微型针-柱放电结构芯片,可实现敞开式离子源和微型气泵的系统集成。此微型放电结构由采用电镀铜加工而成的针电极、上圆柱电极和下圆柱电极组成,针-柱间距有1mm、2mm两种规格。在室温、大气压环境、无外界通入气流的条件下,通过在针-柱电极上加载负直流高压,可产生稳定的气体放电。利用风速计testo 405-V1测量芯片气体放电产生的离子风风速,结果表明针-柱间距为2mm时产生的离子风流速最大,可达0.79m/s。对针-柱间距2mm规格的微型芯片进行乙酸进样电离实验,当针-柱之间产生稳定的电晕放电后,可发现位于芯片出口处已被去离子水润湿的PH试纸变红。此时利用微弱电流检测系统采集电离产生的离子,当放电电压为-3300V时,通过微弱电流采集系统检测到的电流信号可达120pA。采用LTQ XL离子阱质谱仪,对芯片电离丙酮、无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯的离子产物进行检测,所得到的主要物质为质子化单体离子和二聚物离子。放电产生离子风风速以及乙酸的进样和电离实验表明,基于liGA的微型针-柱结构芯片可实现大气压环境下敞开式离子源和微型气泵的双重功能。

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

背景:目前已知血管紧张素Ⅱ在糖尿病肾病发病中起重要作用。因此,核因子κB对糖尿病大鼠肾组织血管紧张素系统可能有调节作用。目的:观察抑制核因子κB活性与糖尿病大鼠肾组织血管紧张素Ⅱ及其1型受体mRNA表达的关系。设计:完全随机分组设计,对照实验。材料:实验于2000-03/04在中山医科大学实验动物中心完成。选用51只纯种清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠。方法:①对其中39只大鼠进行造模,采用链脲佐菌素溶于枸橼酸缓冲液穴0.1mmol/L,pH=4.5雪,按60mg/kg腹腔内注射,制备糖尿病模型,空腹血糖维持在13.9mmol/L以上则模型制备成功。随机将造模后39只大鼠分为3组:模型组穴n=17,未给予其他干预措施,正常饲养雪和吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯(核因子κB活性抑制剂)干预组眼n=22,腹腔内注射吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯(剂量20mg/kg),2次/d演。其余12只为正常对照组,未造成糖尿病模型,正常饲养。②各组饲养18周后取出肾脏,电泳迁移率变动分析技术检测核因子κB活性,采用反转录聚合酶链反应法检测血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体mRNA表达,采用放射免疫分析法检测血管紧张素Ⅰ与血管紧张素Ⅱ含量。37℃水浴后的血管紧张素Ⅰ水平减去4℃检测的血管紧张素Ⅰ水平则为肾素活性。③计量资料差异性比较采用单因素方差分析,非正态分布资料经正态转换后再作统计学处理。主要观察指标:各组大鼠肾组织血管紧张素Ⅰ,Ⅱ含量和肾素、核因子κB活性及血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体mRNA表达比较。结果:正常对照组、模型组、吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯干预组大鼠各脱失1,6,13只,进入结果分析11,11,9只。①核因子κB活性:模型组明显高于正常对照组和吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯干预组(P<0.01),正常对照组与吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯干预组相近。②肾组织肾素活性:3组相近。③肾组织血管紧张素Ⅰ含量:模型组明显高于正常对照组和吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯组(P<0.01)。④肾组织血管紧张素Ⅱ含量:模型组与正常对照组相近,吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯组明显低于模型组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体mRNA表达:模型组明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);吡咯烷二硫基甲酸酯组明显低于模型组和正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病大鼠肾组织核因子κB活性增加,抑制核因子κB活性后可导致糖尿病大鼠肾组织血管紧张素Ⅱ水平及血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体mRNA表达下降。
