Background:Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) through transradial approach (TRA) has shown to be safe and effective as transfemoral approach (TFA) among unselected ***,very few studies have compared the outcomes between TRA and TFA specifically in patients with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery (CABG).Methods:A total of 404 post-CABG patients who had undergone angiography or PCI were included in the *** primary endpoint was defined as angiographic success and procedure *** secondary endpoint was defined as in-hospital net adverse clinical events (NACEs),which included all cause of death,myocardial infarction (MI),stroke,repeat revascularization,and major *** were followed-up for *** adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs),which included death,MI,and repeat revascularization,at 1-year follow-up were also ***:The angiographic success was reached by 97.4％ in the TRA group compared with 100％ in the TFA group (P =0.02).The procedure success was achieved in 99.1％ in the TRA group and 97.9％ in the TFA group (P =0.68).The incidence rates of in-hospital NACE (2.7％ vs.2.7％,P =1.00) and 1-year MACE (11.5％ vs.12.0％,P =0.88) were similar between TRA and ***,TRA was associated with a lower rate of Bleeding Academic Research Consortium ≥2 bleeding (P =0.02).In patients undergoing graft PCI,the procedure success was similar between TRA and TFA (100.0％ vs.98.7％,P =1.00).The procedure time (25.0 min vs.27.5 min,P =0.53) was also *** significant difference was detected between TRA and TFA in terms of in-hospital NACE (0 vs.0,P =1.00)and 1-year MACE (21.4％ vs.10.3％,P =0.19).Conclusions:Compared with TFA,TRA had lower angiographic success but had a similar procedure success in post-CABG *** was also associated with decreased bleeding and shortened hospital stay.

Background Coronary artery disease （CAD） is generally considered as a disease of middle-aged men. It is widely accepted that the risk for CAD of premenopausal women is low because of hormone protection. Based on our clinical experience, more and more premenopausal women suffer from angina and myocardial infarction without adequate concern. Even now, there are still limited detailed data to describe the characteristics, mechanism and prognosis of premenopausal CAD patients. This article aimed to analyze the clinical and angiographic characteristics of premenopausal women with CAD. Methods A total of 565 premenopausal women and 721 postmenopausal women （56-60 years old） who underwent coronary angiography for the first time from April 2004 to December 2007 were enrolled. The clinical data and coronary angiographic characteristics （presence, localization, length and severity） were compared between the premenopausal and postmenopausal CAD groups. Results Premenopausal CAD patients presented less frequently with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia compared with postmenopausal CAD patients （55.0% vs 66.0%, 15.0% vs 31.5%, 23.9% vs 37.4%, respectively; all P 〈0.05）. Although we found more frequent involvement of single vessel in premenopausal CAD （43.2% vs 26.9%, P=0）, and triple vessels in postmenopausal （56-60 years old） CAD patients （33.8% vs 20.4%, P=0）, much more severe lesions （z90%） at left main （2.9% vs 1.1%, P=0.048） and proximal left anterior descending artery （LAD）（28.2% vs 16.6%, P=0） in the premenopausal CAD group were found. Conclusion Premenopausal women with chest discomfort are always found to have obvious atherosclerosis, more .inclined to be located at the left main and proximal LAD, which is a strong predictor of an adverse clinical outcome.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in june 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in june 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.
