Ferroelectric ceramics have the potential to be widely applied in the modern industry and military power systems due to their ultrafast charging/discharging speed and high energy *** the structural design and electrical properties of ferroelectric capacitor,it is still a challenge to ffnd out the optimal energy storage of ferroelectric ceramics during the phase-transition process of amorphous/nanocrystalline and *** this work,a ffnite element model suitable for the multiphase ceramic system is constructed based on the phase ffeld breakdown *** nonlinear coupling relationship of multiple physical ffelds between multiphase ceramics was taken into account in this *** basic structures of multiphase ceramics are generated by using the Voronoi diagram construction *** speciffed structure of multiphase ceramics in the phase-transition process of amorphous/nanocrystalline and polycrystalline was further obtained through the grain boundary diffusion *** simulation results show that the multiphase ceramics have an optimal energy storage in the process of amorphous polycrystalline transformation,and the energy storage density reaches the maximum when the crystallinity is 13.96%and the volume fraction of grain is 2.08%.It provides a research plan and idea for revealing the correlation between microstructure and breakdown characteristics of multiphase *** simulation model realizes the nonlinear coupling of the multiphase ceramic mesoscopic structure and the phase ffeld *** provides a reference scheme for the structural design and performance optimization of ferroelectric ceramics.

为了明确织物膜材从拉伸到破坏整个过程的双轴拉伸性能,以典型PVDF涂层聚酯织物为研究对象,通过七个应力比下的双轴单调拉伸试验,利用编写的MATLAB程序获得了涂层织物复杂的变形性能和精确的弹性参数,并对其变形和力学参数进行响应面分析,揭示了涂层织物在不同应力水平和应力比下弹性模量、泊松比和正交各向异性的演化规律。结果表明,全域应力范围内材料的弹性参数和正交各向异性特征随着应力比和应力水平的改变而显著变化。此外,基于单、双轴拉伸应力-应变的关系,引入了表示双轴单调拉伸试验中拉伸与收缩比例的刚度耦合系数,推导出了弹性模量公式,其计算值与试验值吻合较好。研究所得结论可为膜结构工程中织物膜材的拉伸力学性能以及膜面破坏分析提供有益参考。

为提高针对织物复合膜材撕裂力学响应数值分析的精确性,本文基于连续损伤力学理论,建立了PVDF涂层织物膜材的非线性损伤本构模型。结合梯度为15°的偏轴拉伸试验,验证了非线性本构模型的精确性;并将非线性本构模型纳入数值分析,与传统三折线本构模型及梯度为15°的梯形撕裂试验结果进行对比,验证非线性本构在撕裂力学响应方面的精确性。结果表明:非线性本构模型可有效跟踪膜材实际应力-应变曲线。在撕裂力学响应方面,两种模型均能体现系列参数变化对撕裂性能的影响规律及相应撕裂机理,但非线性本构模型在破坏形态上能更好地体现膜材撕裂过程中拉剪耦合复杂应力影响。

北黄海盆地东部坳陷下白垩统是一套有利的油气勘探储集层,对其精细的地层划分及沉积演化的研究薄弱,制约了对东部坳陷油气勘探前景的深入认识。本文通过对东部坳陷钻井的岩芯观察,测井、录井分析及地震层序的井震标定,认为北黄海盆地东部坳陷下白垩统发育典型的陆相层序,可划分为3个三级层序,从底部向上依次为K_(1)SQ_(1)、K_(1)SQ_(2)和K_(1)SQ_(3)。在钻井上仅可见K_(1)SQ_(1)和K_(1)SQ_(2)两个三级层序,且K_(1)SQ_(2)层序的下降半旋回不完整,只残留该层序的上升半旋回。K_(1)SQ_(1)时期为湖盆断陷伸展期,发育一个完整的湖进—湖退旋回。早期盆地边缘发育河流相,南部主控断裂带发育扇三角洲相,北部缓坡带发育辫状河三角洲相;中后期由于湖平面上升,发育泥岩为主的湖泊沉积;晚期北部缓坡带见小规模辫状河三角洲沉积。K_(1)SQ_(2)时期为湖盆稳定裂陷期,继承了K_(1)SQ_(1)时期的沉积特征并略有收缩。K_(1)SQ_(3)时期为湖盆断陷萎缩期,以发育大范围的河流相沉积为特征。

Based on the cognitive radar concept and the basic connotation of cognitive skywave over-the-horizon radar（SWOTHR）, the system structure and information processingmechanism about cognitive SWOTHR are researched. Amongthem, the hybrid network system architecture which is thedistributed configuration combining with the centralized cognition and its soft/hardware framework with the sense-detectionintegration are proposed, and the information processing framebased on the lens principle and its information processing flowwith receive-transmit joint adaption are designed, which buildand parse the work law for cognition and its self feedback adjustment with the lens focus model and five stages informationprocessing sequence. After that, the system simulation andthe performance analysis and comparison are provided, whichinitially proves the rationality and advantages of the proposedideas. Finally, four important development ideas of futureSWOTHR toward ＂high frequency intelligence information processing system＂ are discussed, which are scene information fusion, dynamic reconfigurable system, hierarchical and modulardesign, and sustainable development. Then the conclusion thatthe cognitive SWOTHR can cause the performance improvement is gotten.

Geological structure of the yellow sea area from regional gravity and magnetic interpretation

Regional gravity and aeromagnetic data covering the area of 32°- 38° N, 118°-127° E at the scale of 1：1,000,000 are coordinated and integrated in a synthetic study of the South China Yellow Sea and adjacent areas. Depth to magnetic crystalline basement and its structure are determined by magnetic anomaly inversion. Depth to and thickness of the Paleozoic rock are also revealed by gravity anomaly inversion with constrains of the basement and known seismic information from several profiles. Structure units, main faults, basin boundaries, and sub-suppressions are outlined on the basis of gravity data interpretation.

针对某燃煤电厂使用聚苯硫醚(PPS)滤袋不足一年时间即发生大面积破损的问题,制备面层不同PPS和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维质量比的PPS+PTFE混纺针刺滤袋,对其进行挂袋试验,并从面密度、透气性、拉伸性能、粉尘渗透情况、材质变化及微观形貌等方面分析使用前后PPS+PTFE混纺针刺滤袋的性能。根据试验数据进行PPS+PTFE混纺针刺滤袋使用寿命的预估分析,推算其剩余使用寿命。研究结果显示,制备的PPS+PTFE混纺针刺滤袋满足粉尘排放质量浓度长期低于10 mg/m3的要求;面层PPS和PTFE纤维质量比为50∶50时,制备的PPS+PTFE混纺针刺滤袋的整体使用寿命可达74个月。研究为燃煤电厂滤袋除尘器的超低排放及滤袋选型提供参考。

Viterbi decoding is widely used in many radio systems. Because of the large computation complexity, it is usually implemented with ASIC chips, FPGA chips, or optimized hardware accelerators. With the rapid development of the multicore technology, multicore platforms become a reasonable choice for software radio (SR) systems. The Cell Broadband Engine processor is a state-of-art multi-core processor designed by Sony, Toshiba, and IBM. In this paper, we present a 64-state soft input Viterbi decoder for WiMAX SR Baseband system based on the Cell processor. With one Synergistic Processor Element (SPE) of a Cell Processor running at 3.2GHz, our Viterbi decoder can achieve the throughput up to 30Mb/s to decode the tail-biting convolutional code. The performance demonstrates that the proposed Viterbi decoding implementation is very efficient. Moreover, the Viterbi decoder can be easily integrated to the SR system and can provide a highly integrated SR solution. The optimization methodology in this module design can be extended to other modules on Cell platform.
