Hypoxia is the common characteristic of almost all solid tumors,which prevents therapeutic drugs from reaching the ***,the development of new targeted agents for the accurate diagnosis of hypoxia tumors is widely *** carbonic anhydrase IX(CA IX)is abundantly distributed on the hypoxia tumor cells,it is considered as a potential tumor biomarker.4-(2-Aminoethyl)benzenesulfonamide(ABS)as a CA IX inhibitor has inherent inhibitory activity and good targeting *** this study,Ag_(2)S quantum dots(QDs)were used as the carrier to prepare a novel diagnostic and therapeutic bioprobe(Ag_(2)S@polyethylene glycol(PEG)-ABS)through ligand exchange and amide condensation ***_(2)S@PEG-ABS can selectively target tumors by surface-modified ABS and achieve accurate tumor imaging by the near infrared-II(NIR-II)fluorescence characteristics of Ag_(2)S *** modification of Ag_(2)S QDs greatly improves its water solubility and stability,and therefore achieves high photothermal stability and high photothermal conversion efficiency(PCE)of 45.17%.Under laser irradiation,Ag_(2)S@PEG-ABS has powerful photothermal and inherent antitumor combinations on colon cancer cells(CT-26)in *** also has been proved that Ag_(2)S@PEG-ABS can realize the effective treatment of hypoxia tumors in vivo and show good ***,it is a new efficient integrated platform for the diagnosis and treatment of hypoxia tumors.

474例遗传相关抽动障碍患儿中西医临床特征研究

目的通过分析遗传因素对抽动障碍患儿临床表现的影响,探索不同遗传印记来源、不同遗传代际下抽动障碍的发病特点及中医证候分布特点。方法 2020年10月—2023年10月,依照纳入及排除标准,纳入474例抽动障碍患儿。首先,收集患儿性别、发病年龄、病程、初始症状、严重程度、合并症、家族史、中医证候等信息,按是否有家族史分为遗传组及非遗传组;其次,以中国抽动障碍发病高峰年龄(6、9岁)作为分割点,探讨遗传对不同年龄段患儿发病特点及中医证候分布的影响;最后,将遗传相关抽动障碍患儿作为先证者开展家系研究,通过调查先证者一、二、三级亲属发病情况,分析不同遗传类型抽动障碍患儿的发病特点及中医证候分布。结果 474例患儿分为遗传组226例(47.7%)、非遗传组248例(52.3%),与非遗传组相比,遗传组发病年龄更小(P=0.013),病程更长(P=0.011),严重程度更高(P<0.01),合并症更多(P=0.016)。发病年龄在6岁以下的遗传组患儿肝亢风动证占比较大,为26.5%,气郁化火证占比较小,为17.1%,与非遗传组患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);遗传组中父系遗传146例(64.6%),母系遗传80例(35.4%),发病特点差异无统计学意义;遗传组中亲子代遗传183例(81.0%),隔代遗传26例(11.5%),三代遗传17例(7.5%),仅初始症状差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论遗传相关抽动障碍患儿发病年龄更小,病情更严重,更易合并其他精神心理疾病,不同年龄段发病的抽动障碍患儿中医证候分布存在差异。

中国作为港口大国,上海港的集装箱吞吐量连续多年世界第一。2019年12月暴发的新冠疫情对世界航运造成了巨大影响,对上海港的影响程度及其集装箱吞吐量的未来走势亦未可知。因此,本文以上海港过去9年的集装箱吞吐量月度数据为原始样本,对上海港2022年11月至2023年10月的集装箱吞吐量进行预测。为排除季节效应,建立SARIMA模型进行时间序列分析,结果表明预测精度良好。另外,为减小疫情对未来预测值的影响,利用异常值替换法改进了基础模型,并选取最优模型对上海港未来集装箱吞吐量进行预测,结果可为行业人员制定作业计划与人员配备提供参考。

Recent advances in screening of enzymes inhibitors based on capillary electrophoresis

Capillary electrophoresis with many advantages plays an important role in pharmaceutical analysis and drug screening. This review gives an overview on the recent advances in the developments and applications of capillary electrophoresis in the field of enzyme inhibitor screening. The period covers 2013 to 2017. Both the pre-capillary enzyme assays and in-capillary enzyme assays which include electrophoretically mediated microanalysis（EMMA） and immobilized enzyme microreactor（IMER） are summarized in this article.

长沙市老年人痴呆恐惧现状及其相关因素分析

目的了解长沙市老年人痴呆恐惧现状及其相关因素,为改善老年人痴呆恐惧水平、制定有效策略提供参考依据。方法采取随机抽样的方法于2022年7—9月对长沙市300例社区老年人进行调查,采用一般资料调查表、痴呆恐惧量表、社会支持评定量表以及广泛性焦虑自评量表进行调查,多元线性回归分析老年人痴呆恐惧的相关因素。结果长沙市老年人痴呆恐惧得分46.00(33.25,59.00)分,社会支持得分40.00(34.00,44.75)分,广泛性焦虑得分3.00(2.00,4.00)分。Spearman相关性分析显示长沙市老年人痴呆恐惧水平与广泛性焦虑程度呈正相关(r=0.232,P<0.01),与社会支持水平呈负相关(r=-0.226,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度(β=-2.385,t=-3.201,P=0.002)、痴呆家族史(β=10.801,t=4.151,P<0.001)、体检频率(β=-2.601,t=-3.497,P=0.001)及社会支持水平(β=-0.347,t=-3.093,P=0.002)是长沙市老年人痴呆恐惧的相关因素。结论长沙市老年人痴呆恐惧处于中等水平,整体未存在焦虑情绪,痴呆家族史、文化程度、体检频率、社会支持水平是痴呆恐惧水平的相关因素,应根据相关因素有针对性地制定干预措施,以降低其痴呆恐惧水平。

Capillary electrochromatography (CEC) is a micro-scale separation technique which is a hybrid between capillary electrophoresis (CE) and liquid chromatography (LC). CEC can be performed in packed, monolithic and open-tubular columns. In recent three years (from 2016 to 2018), enormous attention for CEC has been the development of novel stationary phases. This review mainly covers the development of novel stationary phases for open-tubular and monolithic columns. In particular, some biomaterials attracted increasing interest. There are no significant breakthroughs in technology and principles in CEC. The typical CEC applications, especially chiral separations are described.

Separation of small molecular peptides with the same amino acid composition but different sequences by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry

Peptidomics has emerged as a new discipline in recent years. Mass spectrometry (MS) is the most universal and efficient tool for structure identification of proteins and peptides. However,there is a limitation for the identification of peptides with the same amino acid composition but different se-quences because these peptides have identical mass spectra of molecular ions. This paper presents a high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS) method for the separation of small molecular peptides with the same amino acid composition but dif-ferent sequences. Two tripeptides of Gly-Ser-Phe and Gly-Phe-Ser were used as a model sample. The separation behavior has been investigated and the separation conditions have been optimized. Under the optimum conditions,good repeatability was achieved. The developed method could provide a helpful reference for the separation of other peptides with the same amino acid composition but different sequences in the study of proteomics and peptidomics.

The fruits of leguminous plants Cercis Chinensis Bunge are still overlooked although they have been reported to be antioxidative because of the limited information on the phytochemicals of *** fruits.A simple,rapid and sensitive HPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the identification and quantitation of the major bioactive components in *** *** polyphenols were identified,which are first reported in *** ***,ten components were simultaneously *** validated quantitative method was proved to be sensitive,reproducible and ***,it was applied to analyze batches of *** fruits from different phytomorph and *** principal components analysis(PCA)realized visualization and reduction of data set dimension while the hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)indicated that the content of phenolic acids or all ten components might be used to differentiate *** fruits of different phytomorph.

Identification and quantification of the bioactive components in Osmanthus fragrans roots by HPLC-MS/MS

The roots of O. fragrans are also a valuable resource in addition to its flowers and fruits. In this study, the HPLC-MS/MS method used for analyzing the chemical constituents in O. fragrans roots extract was developed, which showed high sensitivity for both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Thirty-two compounds were first discovered in O. fragrans roots, one compound of which was reported for the first time. The simultaneous determination method for acteoside, isoacteoside, oleuropein and phillyrin was validated to be sensitive and accurate. Then it was applied to determine the content of bioactive components in O. fragrans roots from different cultivars. The content of oleuropein and phillyrin in the twelve batches was relatively stable, while the content of acteoside and isoacteoside varied ***, the therapeutic material basis and mechanism of O. fragrans roots exerting its traditional pharmacodynamics were analyzed by network pharmacology. The results showed that O. fragrans roots might be effective for the treatment of inflammation, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis, which is consistent with the traditional pharmacodynamics of O. fragrans roots. This work can provide an analytical method for the comprehensive development of O. fragrans roots.

The organization of the 2nd International Symposium on Advances in Pharmaceutical Analysis in the capital city of Flanders, Lille, was both an exciting and challenging project because the idea of an annual meeting between our two long cooperating Schools of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Wuhan and Lille, stood to reason.
