Numerical Analysis of Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Steel Short Columns with Pitting Corrosion during Bridge Construction

Pitting corrosion is harmful during bridge construction,which will lead to uneven roughness of steel surfaces and reduce the thickness of ***,the effect of pitting corrosion on the mechanical properties of cold-formed thin-walled steel stub columns is studied,and the empirical formulas are established through regression fitting to predict the ultimate load of web and flange under pitting *** detail,the failure modes and load-displacement curves of specimens with different locations,area ratios,and depths are obtained through a large number of non-linear finite element *** for the specimens with pitting corrosion on the web,all the specimens are subject to local buckling failure,and the failure mode will not change with pitting corrosion,but the failure location will change with pitting corrosion location;the size,location,and area ratio of pitting corrosion have little influence on the ultimate load of cold-formed thin-walled steel short columns,but the loss rate of pitting corrosion section area has a greater impact on the ultimate bearing *** for the specimen with flange pitting corrosion,the location and area ratio of pitting corrosion have less influence on the ultimate load of cold-formed thin-walled steel short columns,and the section area loss rate has greater influence on the ultimate bearing capacity;the impact of web pitting corrosion on the ultimate load is greater than that of flange pitting corrosion under the same condition of pitting corrosion section *** prediction formulas of limit load which are suitable for pitting corrosion of web and flange are established,which can provide a reference for performance evaluation of corroded cold-formed thin-walled steel.

Elucidating the genetic basis of natural variation in grain size and weight among rice varieties can help breeders develop high-yielding *** identified a novel gene,GW3a(Grain Weight 3a)(LOC_Os03g27350),that affects rice grain size and ***3a mutants showed higher total starch content and dry matter accumulation than the wild type(WT),Nipponbare,suggesting that GW3a negatively regulates grain size and ***,our study found that GW3a interacted with OsATG8 by cleaving it,suggesting that GW3a may be involved in the assembly of autophagosomes and starch degradation in *** haplotype analysis of GW3a showed functional differences between indica and japonica *** together,we conclude that GW3a is expressed in the autophagosome pathway regulating starch metabolism in rice,affecting yield-related traits,such as grain size,grain weight and thousand grain weight(TGW).Our findings also shed new light on autophagy-mediated yield trait regulation,proposing a possible strategy for the genetic improvement of high-yield germplasm in rice.

KHK-A promotes fructose-dependent colorectal cancer liver metastasis by facilitating the phosphorylation and translocation of PKM2

Excessive fructose diet is closely associated with colorectal cancer(CRC)***,fructose’s specific function and precise mechanism in colorectal cancer liver metastasis(CRLM)is rarely ***,this study reported that the fructose absorbed by primary colorectal cancer could accelerate CRLM,and the expression of KHK-A,not KHK-C,in liver metastasis was higher than in paired primary ***,KHK-A facilitated fructose-dependent CRLM in vitro and in vivo by phosphorylating PKM2 at ***2 phosphorylated by KHK-A inhibited its tetramer formation and pyruvic acid kinase activity but promoted the nuclear accumulation of *** and aerobic glycolysis activated by nuclear PKM2 enhance CRC cells’migration ability and anoikis resistance during CRLM ***-46 treatment,targeting the phosphorylation of PKM2,inhibited the pro-metastatic effect of ***,c-myc activated by nuclear PKM2 promotes alternative splicing of KHK-A,forming a positive feedback loop.

Tooth mineralization is a ubiquitous and tightly regulated process involving complicated interactions between dental epithelium and *** molecules in tooth mineralization remain poorly *** actin cross-linking factor 1(MACF1)is a spectraplakin protein that plays pivotal roles in the brain,muscle,lung,and bone developmental process.1e3 To study the specific functions of MACF1 in bone formation,we established Macf1 conditional knockout mice using the Cre-LoxP system driven by Osxterix promoter(Osx-Cre;Macf1f/f).2 Not surprisingly,Osx-Cre;Macf1f/f mice displayed the phenotypes of delayed ossification and decreased bone ***,the OsxCre;Macf1f/f mice unexpectedly showed a white and opaque appearance of incisors,contrary to the normal yellowbrown and transparent *** Osxterix is expressed in dental mesenchyme during tooth development,the abnormal tooth appearance might imply a new function of MACF1 in odontoblasts,or even ***,the present study aimed to investigate the role of MACF1 during tooth development.

Organic photovoltaic(OPV)cells have demonstrated remarkable performance in small,spin-coated *** significant challenges persist in the form of large efficiency losses due to the fact that the ideal morphology cannot be preserved in the transition of small-area cells to large-scale ***,the ternary strategy of incorporating the third component FTCC-Br into the active layer of PB2:BTP-eC9 is employed to improve absorption response,optimize morphology,and reduce charge recombination,leading to a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.5%(certified as 19.1%by the National Institute of Metrology,China).Moreover,the addition of FTCC-Br can control the aggregation kinetics of the active layer during the film formation process,transferring the optimal morphology to the blade-coated large-area *** on the highly efficient ternary bulk heterojunction,the 50 cm^(2) OPVmodules exhibited a PCE of 15.2%with respect to the active ***,the ternary OPV cells retain 80%of its initial PCE after 4000 h under continuous *** work demonstrates that the addition of a third component has the potential to improve the efficiency and stability of large-area organic solar cells.

Cathode interlayer(CIL) materials play an important role in improving the power conversion efficiency(PCE) of organic photovoltaic(OPV) cells. However, the current understanding of the structure-property relationship in CIL materials is limited, and systematic studies in this regard are scarce. Here, two new CIL materials, NDI-PhC 4 and NDI-PhC 6 were synthesized by varying the alkylamine chain length on the NDI-Ph core. Our investigation reveals a systematic variation in the physical and chemical properties of these materials with increasing alkylamine chain length. Specifically, we observe a sequential decrease in melting point and self-doping effect, accompanied by an enhancement in crystallinity. Among these CIL materials, NDI-PhC 4 has a notable balance across various performance metrics. It also exhibits excellent surface modification capabilities, leading to a low surface roughness. Consequently, OPV cells based on NDI-PhC 4 achieve a PCE of 20.2%, which is one of the highest reported efficiencies for OPV cells. In addition, the appropriate melting point of NDI-PhC 4 contributes to the excellent stability of OPV cells.

高斯混合模型与文本图卷积网络结合的虚假评论识别算法

针对文本图卷积网络(Text GCN)窗口边权阈值策略不足的问题,为了更精准地挖掘相关的词关联结构、提高预测精度,提出一种高斯混合模型(GMM)与Text GCN结合的虚假评论识别算法F-Text GCN。首先,利用GMM分离噪声边权分布的特性,提高虚假评论在训练数据上相对正常评论数不足的边信号强度;然后,考虑到信源的多样性,综合文档、词汇和评论以及非文本特征构造邻接矩阵;最后,通过Text GCN的谱分解提取邻接矩阵的虚假评论关联结构实施预测。根据国内某大型电商平台采集的126086条实际中文评论数据开展实证研究,实验结果表明,F-Text GCN识别虚假评论的F1值达到82.92%,与预训练表征模型BERT和文本卷积神经网络相比分别提升了10.46%和11.60%,相较于只使用评论文本信源的Text GCN模型F1值提升了2.94%;研究了高仿虚假评论的预测错误率,在支持向量机(SVM)作用后难识别的评论样本上尝试二次识别,F-Text GCN整体预测准确率可达94.71%,相较于Text GCN和SVM,在识别准确率上分别提升了2.91%和14.54%。研究发现,虚假评论的二阶图邻居结构显示出较强的干预消费者决策的词汇,这表明所提算法特别适用于提取用于虚假评论检测的长程词语搭配结构和全局句子特征模式变化的场景。

目的:分析城乡居民大病保险补偿的精准性,为有力缓解因病致贫、因病返贫问题以及有效提升重特大疾病保障水平提供参考。方法:以需求为导向对城乡居民大病保险的补偿方案进行设计,构建灾难性医疗支出发生率测算模型以及灾难性医疗支出平均差距和相对差距测算模型,较为全面地反映灾难性医疗支出的发生情况和严重程度,以河南省为例对模型进行应用。结果:(1)由于人口和政策因素,现有补偿方案下河南省城乡居民大病保险难以精准地满足低收入群体需求,其灾难性医疗支出发生率、平均差距和相对差距远高于其它收入群体。(2)根据年龄与住院史结合调整的城乡居民大病保险方案测算分析结果显示,所有收入群体的灾难性医疗支出平均差距和相对差距均有小幅下降;根据个人年收入分层制定的城乡居民大病保险方案分析结果显示,低收入群体的平均差距和相对差距大幅下降,其他各收入群体有所上升。(3)将年龄、住院史与收入结合形成新的方案测算结果显示,所有收入群体的灾难性医疗支出平均差距和相对差距均有明显下降,低收入群体下降幅度最大,新方案能够综合前两种方案的效果。结论:基于年龄、住院史与收入结合的新方案能够有效降低低收入群体的灾难性医疗支出风险,在调整补偿方案时采取渐进式的方法,首先从报销比例入手,根据年龄与住院史制定差异化的报销比例,后期根据实施效果进一步采取年龄、住院史与收入结合的方案,较好地实现大病保险补偿的精准性。

质子交换膜燃料电池可以通过扩大电堆的活性区域反应面积来获得更高的功率,但电堆反应面积扩大后,容易导致膜电极应力分布的不均匀性增加,从而引起燃料电池电化学性能的下降.为此,本研究设计了4种不同结构尺寸的燃料电池电堆,结合等效刚度模型法和有限元软件,分析了扩大反应面积的电堆结构对膜电极应力分布均匀性的影响,并进一步优化电堆内钢带的安装位置,以提升电堆内部接触压力分布均匀性.研究结果表明,膜电极接触压力分布的均匀性对反应区域宽度的变化较为敏感,当活性区域尺寸加宽,电堆内部活性区域的平均应力标准差增加了23.2%.而当活性区域加长,或同时加长和加宽时,相应增加一根捆扎钢带使电堆内部活性区域的平均应力标准差分别减小了8.6%和8.7%,表明适当增加捆扎钢带的数量可以提高电堆内部接触压力分布的均匀性.此外,钢带位置优化结果显示,电堆外侧钢带越靠近端板侧面时,电堆内部活性区域的应力分布越均匀.
