目的:探讨采取人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗创伤性膝关节炎对关节功能恢复、预后影响。方法:纳入在2020年3月~2023年5月收治的创伤性膝关节炎患者85例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=42)。对照组应用保守药物治疗方式,观察组应用TKA手术治疗方式。对比患者膝关节优良率,对比疼痛程度(VAS)变化,对比治疗前后膝关节HSS评分变化。结果:观察组关节优良率88.37%高于对照组的61.90%(P<0.05);观察组经治疗,14d以及30d的疼痛VAS得分均相较对照组得分低(P<0.05);膝关节HSS得分均提高,经治疗30d得分对比,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:采取TKA治疗创伤性膝关节炎具有良好的应用效果,可以缓解患者疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能。

使用内聚力模型及有限元分析方法,在含实际形貌SiC_(p)颗粒增强AZ91D镁基复合材料有限元模型中引入孔隙缺陷。分析不同孔隙率对SiC_(p)/AZ91D复合材料在单轴压缩情况下的裂纹萌生及扩展的影响。结果表明:无孔隙的SiC_(p)/AZ91D复合材料裂纹萌生在颗粒尖角与基体交界处,含孔隙的复合材料在基体孔隙以及颗粒尖角与基体交界处均会萌生裂纹,复合材料的孔隙率越高,其抗压强度和屈服强度越低,断裂裂纹长度越长,孔隙率的增加使得复合材料的裂纹萌生和断裂的时间提前,加速了复合材料裂纹萌生扩展直至断裂。

软土地基路基失稳治理是公路工程中的难点问题,针对某高速公路软土区路堤滑移现象,根据现场工程资料,分析了路基滑移产生的原因,采用有限元强度折减法反演复杂条件下路基模型计算参数,估算临界滑裂面,提出了有效的治理措施,并对不同工况下治理后的路基稳定性进行分析。结果表明:软土地区应注意考虑气候及地下水因素,下雨及地下水丰富的地区更易发生路基失稳现象;公路工程范围内旧河道地形及后期淤积土体性质对路基的稳定性有较大的影响;抗滑桩加固可以减小土的侧向力传递,有效降低路基对抗滑桩外侧土体的影响,提高地基稳定性;用高压旋喷桩、抗滑桩及反压护道等措施相结合治理软土路段路基是可行的,可为类似软土地基治理提供参考。

Arsenic(As) fate in paddy fields has been one of the most significant current issues due to the strong As accumulation potential of rice plants under fooded conditions. However,no attempt was done to explore As methylation and volatilization under non-fooded conditions. Herein, we investigated the effects of water management on As methylation and volatilization in three arsenic-contaminated soils enhanced by biostimulation with strawderived organic matter and bioaugmentation with genetic engineered Pseudomonas putida KT2440(GE P. putida). Under fooded conditions, the application of biochar(BC), rice straw(RS)and their combination(BC+RS) increased total As in porewater. However, these effects were greatly attenuated under non-fooded conditions. Compared with RS amendment alone, the combination of GE P. putida and RS further promoted the As methylation and volatilization,and the promotion percentage under non-fooded conditions were significantly higher than that under fooded conditions. The combined GE P. putida and RS showed the highest efficiency in As methylation(88 μg/L) and volatilization(415.4 μg/(kg·year)) in the non-fooded soil with moderate As contamination. Finally, stepwise multiple linear regression analysis presented that methylated As, DOC and p H in porewater were the most important factors contributing to As volatilization. Overall, our findings suggest that combination of bioaugmentation with GE P. putida and biostimulation with RS/BC+RS is a potential strategy for bioremediation of arsenic-contaminated soils by enhancing As methylation and volatilization under non-fooded conditions.

The multi-point dynamic aggregation(MPDA)problem is a challenging real-world *** the MPDA problem,the demands of tasks keep changing with their inherent incremental rates,while a heterogeneous robot fleet is required to travel between these tasks to change the time-varying state of each *** robots are allowed to collaborate on the same task or work separately until all tasks are *** is challenging to generate an effective task execution plan due to the tight coupling between robots abilities and tasks'incremental rates,and the complexity of robot *** effectiveness consideration,we use the variable length encoding to avoid redundancy in the solution *** creatively use the adaptive large neighborhood search(ALNS)framework to solve the MPDA *** the proposed algorithm,high-quality initial solutions are generated through multiple problem-specific solution construction *** heuristics are also used to fix the broken solution in the novel integrated decoding-construction repair process of the ALNS *** results of statistical analysis by the Wilcoxon rank-sum test demonstrate that the proposed ALNS can obtain better task execution plans than some state-of-the-art algorithms in most MPDA instances.

BACKGROUND The Alcian blue(AB)and periodic acid Schiff(PAS)stains are representative mucus markers in gastric signet ring cell carcinoma(SRCC).They are low-cost special staining methods used to detect acidic mucus and neutral mucus,***,the clinical importance of the special combined AB and PAS stain is *** To investigate AB expression,PAS expression and the AB-to-PAS(A/P)ratio in gastric SRCC patients and to assess patient *** Paraffin-embedded sections from 83 patients with gastric SRCC were stained with AB and PAS,and signet ring cell positivity was assessed ***-histochemical staining for Ki67,protein 53(P53)and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)was performed *** cancer-specific survival(CSS)rate was estimated via Kaplan-Meier *** proportional hazards models were used for univariate and multivariate survival *** Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed that the 3-year CSS rate was significantly greater in the high-PAS-expression subgroup than in the low-PAS-expression subgroup(P0.5 group(P=0.042).Univariate Cox regression analysis revealed that the factors affecting prognosis included tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,vessel carcinoma embolus,tumor stage,the A/P ratio and the expression of Ki67,P53 and the *** multivariate regression analysis confirmed that low PAS expression[hazard ratio(HR)=3.809,95%confidence interval(CI):1.563-9.283,P=0.003]and large tumor diameter(HR=2.761,95%CI:1.086-7.020,P=0.033)were independent risk factors for poor *** A/P>0.5 is potentially a risk factor for prognosis,and low PAS expression is an independent risk factor in the prognosis of gastric *** expression and the A/P ratio could help in predicting the clinical prognosis of patients with SRCC.

The great potentials of massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO)in Frequency Division Duplex(FDD)mode can be fully exploited when the downlink Channel State Information(CSI)is available at base ***,the accurate CsI is difficult to obtain due to the large amount of feedback overhead caused by massive *** this paper,we propose a deep learning based joint channel estimation and feedback framework,which comprehensively realizes the estimation,compression,and reconstruction of downlink channels in FDD massive MIMO *** networks are constructed to perform estimation and feedback explicitly and *** explicit network adopts a multi-Signal-to-Noise-Ratios(SNRs)technique to obtain a single trained channel estimation subnet that works well with different SNRs and employs a deep residual network to reconstruct the channels,while the implicit network directly compresses pilots and sends them back to reduce network *** module is also designed to generate data-bearing *** results show that the two proposed networks exhibit excellent performance of reconstruction and are robust to different environments and quantization errors.

With the increase in the number of stroke patients,there is a growing demand for rehabilitation ***-assisted training is expected to play a crucial role in meeting this *** ensure the safety and comfort of patients during rehabilitation training,it is important to have a patient-cooperative compliant control system for rehabilitation *** order to enhance the motion compliance of patients during rehabilitation training,a hierarchical adaptive patient-cooperative compliant control strategy that includes patient-passive exercise and patient-cooperative exercise is proposed.A low-level adaptive backstepping position controller is selected to ensure accurate tracking of the desired *** the high-level,an adaptive admittance controller is employed to plan the desired trajectory based on the interaction force between the patient and the *** results of the patient-robot cooperation experiment on a rehabilitation robot show a significant improvement in tracking trajectory,with a decrease of 76.45%in the dimensionless squared jerk(DSJ)and a decrease of 15.38%in the normalized root mean square deviation(NRMSD)when using the adaptive admittance *** proposed adaptive patient-cooperative control strategy effectively enhances the compliance of robot movements,thereby ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during rehabilitation training.
