Highly toxic phosgene,diethyl chlorophosphate(DCP)and volatile acyl chlorides endanger our life and public *** achieve facile sensing and discrimination of multiple target analytes,herein,we presented a single fluorescent probe(BDP-CHD)for high-throughput screening of phosgene,DCP and volatile acyl *** probe underwent a covalent cascade reaction with phosgene to form boron dipyrromethene(BODIPY)with bright green *** contrast,DCP,diphosgene and acyl chlorides can covalently assembled with the probe,giving rise to strong blue *** probe has demonstrated high-throughput detection capability,high sensitivity,fast response(within 3 s)and parts per trillion(ppt)level detection ***,a portable platform based on BDP-CHD was constructed,which has achieved high-throughput discrimination of 16 analytes through linear discriminant analysis(LDA).Moreover,a smartphone adaptable RGB recognition pattern was established for the quantitative detection of ***,this portable fluorescence sensing platform can serve as a versatile tool for rapid and high-throughput detection of toxic phosgene,DCP and volatile acyl *** proposed“one for more”strategy simplifies multi-target discrimination procedures and holds great promise for various sensing applications.

Natural medicines(NMs) demonstrate distinct advantages in the clinical management of chronic diseases. Recent years have seen growing recognition of the gut microbiota's role in the efficacy and synergy of NMs, providing new impetus for elucidating the material basis and mechanisms of NMs and their path toward modernization. A fundamental question that has emerged is how NM-microbiota interactions integrate into the multi-target holistic mechanisms of NMs, the answer to which may also illuminate new avenues for drug discovery. Metabolic regulation via small-molecule metabolites has been increasingly implicated in host-microbe interaction. This review presents an integral metabolic perspective on NMs-microbiota interaction in host health and disease. It highlights the emerging understanding of gut microbiota-related metabolic signals implicated in NM components' local and systemic actions. Additionally, it discusses key issues and prospects related to drug development and the translational study of NMs.

There is growing evidence that interleukin(IL)-6 plays an important role in neurological and psychiatric *** editorial comments on the study published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Psychiatry,which employed Mendelian randomization to identify a causal relationship between IL-6 receptor blockade and decreased epilepsy *** purpose of this editorial is to highlight the dual effects of IL-6 in epilepsy and its related neuropsychiatric ***-6 plays a critical role in the facilitation of epileptogenesis and maintenance of epileptic seizures and is implicated in neuroinflammatory proce-sses associated with ***,IL-6 significantly influences mood regulation and cognitive dysfunction in patients with epilepsy,highlighting its involvement in neuropsychiatric *** summary,IL-6 is not only a pivotal factor in the pathogenesis of epilepsy but also significantly contributes to the emergence of epilepsy-related neuropsychiatric *** resear-ch should prioritize elucidating the specific mechanisms by which IL-6 operates across different subtypes,stages and neuropsychiatric comorbidities of epilepsy,with the aim of developing more precise and effective ***,the potential of IL-6 as a biomarker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of epile-psy warrants further investigation.

The size and shape effect(SSE) of components has become a critical issue for mechanical properties, application reliability, and processing. In this study, the creep rupture life(CRL) of components with different wall thicknesses and positions in a combustion chamber casing simulator made of K439B superalloy was investigated. The intrinsic mechanisms of the SSE were explored from the dendrite structure, volume fraction and size of the γ' phase, and element segregation, etc. It is shown that this casting exhibits a strong SSE of creep rupture life, characterized by a significant difference in the CRL values up to 60% with the variation of wall thickness and position in the casing. In terms of casting technology, the influence of SSE on CRL is actually determined by the cooling rate. The SSE on the creep rupture life originates from the dendrite structure(such as the secondary dendrite arm spacing), volume fraction size of the γ' phase in the dendrite trunk, and elements segregation rate. This work may have implications for the design and application of engineering components with large sizes and complex structures.

At the present, the cutters used in button bits and rock bits are mainly cobalt tungsten carbide in our country. Because of its low abrasive resistance, the bit service life and drilling efficiency was very low when the hard and extremely hard formations were being drilled. Owing to its high abrasive resistance, the diamond composite material is widely used in drilling operations. However, its toughness against impact is too low to be used in percussion drilling, only can it be used in rotary drilling. In order to solve the problems encountered by DTH hammer in hard rock drilling, make bit life longer, increase rate of penetration and decrease drilling cost, a new type diamond enhanced tungsten carbide composite button with high abrasive resistance and high toughness against impact, which may be used in percussion drilling, has been developed. The key problems to make the button are to improve the thermal stability of diamond, to increase the welding strength between diamond and cemented tungsten carbide, and to lower the sintering temperature of tungsten carbide. All these problems have been solved effectively by pretreatment of diamond, low temperature activation hot-press sintering and high sintering pressure. (1) To plate tungsten on the surface of diamond. Diamond suffers easily from erosion in the environment of high temperature containing oxygen and iron family elements. There is very high energy between the interface of diamond and bonding metal and so the metallurgical bond can’t form at the interface between diamond and bond metal. This will lower greatly the bending strength and the toughness against impact of diamond enhanced tungsten carbide composite button. In order to improve thermal stability of diamond and increase the bonding strength of the interface between diamond and bond metal, to plate tungsten on the surface of diamond by vacuum vapor deposit is adopted. 以团花树形成层组织中大量表达的RNA为材料,通过反转录、保守区域PCR、3′RACE和染色体步移等技术获得了团花树AcXET的全长cDNA序列,共1396bp。核苷酸序列分析表明:该序列含有1个960bp的开放阅读框,编码1个由320个氨基酸组成的蛋白质。该基因编码蛋白与已报道的其他植物的XET蛋白有较高的同源性,且含有XET的活性催化位点EIDFE。

大数据集正在以前所未有的速度产生,研制大数据集的实用压缩全文自索引是目前的挑战问题之一.该文提出了一种高阶熵压缩的全文自索引.对于长为n的文本T以及任意k≤clog_σn-1和c<1,该压缩索引占用2nH_k(T)+n+o(n)位的空间,其中Hk(T)表示文本T的k阶经验熵,σ为字符表的大小.此外,该压缩索引可在线性时间O(n)内构造.在此基础上,该文还给出了上述压缩索引的一种实用改进.这种改进引入了混合编码方法,额外的空间开销为o(n)位.对于Pizza&Chili Corpus上的三类典型数据的实验表明:该文的压缩索引较之主流压缩索引在压缩率和查询时间上具有显著的优势.该文所述的压缩索引软件可在GitHub上访问.
