Heterogeneous information phase space reconstruction and stability prediction of filling body–surrounding rock combination

Traditional research believes that the filling body can effectively control stress concentration while ignoring the problems of unknown stability and the complex and changeable stress distribution of the filling body–surrounding rock combination under high-stress *** monitoring data processing methods cannot fully consider the complexity of monitoring objects,the diversity of monitoring methods,and the dynamics of monitoring *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a phase space reconstruction and stability prediction method to process heterogeneous information of backfill–surrounding rock *** three-dimensional monitoring system of a large-area filling body–surrounding rock combination in longshou Mine was constructed by using drilling stress,multipoint displacement meter,and *** information,such as the stress and displacement of the filling body–surrounding rock combination,was continuously *** with the average mutual information method and the false nearest neighbor point method,the phase space of the heterogeneous information of the filling body–surrounding rock combination was then *** this paper,the distance between the phase point and its nearest point was used as the index evaluation distance to evaluate the stability of the filling body–surrounding rock *** evaluated distances(ED)revealed a high sensitivity to the stability of the filling body–surrounding rock *** new method was then applied to calculate the time series of historically ED for 12 measuring points located at longshou *** moments of mutation in these time series were at least 3 months ahead of the roadway return *** the ED prediction experiments,the autoregressive integrated moving average model showed a higher prediction accuracy than the deep learning models(long short-term memory and Transformer).Furthermore,the root-mean-square error distribution of the prediction results peaked at 0

Surrogate-assisted differential evolution using manifold learning-based sampling for highdimensional expensive constrained optimization problems

To address the challenges of high-dimensional constrained optimization problems with expensive simulation models,a Surrogate-Assisted Differential Evolution using Manifold Learning-based Sampling(SADE-MLS)is *** SADE-MLS,differential evolution operators are executed to generate numerous high-dimensional candidate *** alleviate the curse of dimensionality,a Manifold Learning-based Sampling(MLS)mechanism is developed to explore the high-dimensional design space *** MLS,the intrinsic dimensionality of the candidate points is determined by a maximum likelihood ***,the candidate points are mapped into a low-dimensional space using the dimensionality reduction technique,which can avoid significant information loss during dimensionality ***,Kriging surrogates are constructed in the low-dimensional space to predict the responses of the mapped candidate *** candidate points with high constrained expected improvement values are selected for global ***,the local search process assisted by radial basis function and differential evolution is performed to exploit the design space *** numerical benchmarks are tested to compare SADE-MLS with other ***,SADE-MLS is successfully applied to a solid rocket motor multidisciplinary optimization problem and a re-entry vehicle aerodynamic optimization problem,with the total impulse and lift to drag ratio being increased by 32.7%and 35.5%,*** optimization results demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method in real engineering practices.

An Environment‑Tolerant Ion‑Conducting Double‑Network Composite Hydrogel for High‑Performance Flexible Electronic Devices

High-performance ion-conducting hydrogels(ICHs)are vital for developing flexible electronic ***,the robustness and ion-conducting behavior of ICHs deteriorate at extreme tempera-tures,hampering their use in soft *** resolve these issues,a method involving freeze–thawing and ionizing radiation technology is reported herein for synthesizing a novel double-network(DN)ICH based on a poly(ionic liquid)/MXene/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PMP DN ICH)*** well-designed ICH exhibits outstanding ionic conductivity(63.89 mS cm^(-1) at 25℃),excellent temperature resistance(-60–80℃),prolonged stability(30 d at ambient temperature),high oxidation resist-ance,remarkable antibacterial activity,decent mechanical performance,and ***,the ICH performs effectively in a flexible wireless strain sensor,thermal sensor,all-solid-state supercapacitor,and single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator,thereby highlighting its viability in constructing soft electronic *** highly integrated gel structure endows these flexible electronic devices with stable,reliable signal output *** particular,the all-solid-state supercapacitor containing the PMP DN ICH electrolyte exhibits a high areal specific capacitance of 253.38 mF cm^(-2)(current density,1 mA cm^(-2))and excellent environmental *** study paves the way for the design and fabrication of high-performance mul-tifunctional/flexible ICHs for wearable sensing,energy-storage,and energy-harvesting applications.

China’s Proactive Fiscal Policy

In contrast to the traditional Western approach to macro-fiscal management,China’s proactive fiscal policy is founded on a people-centered development philosophy and,with distinctive Chinese characteristics,is a significant policy innovation of macroeconomic management in the Chinese *** there are notable distinctions between the Western“Keynesian”and the“nonKeynesian”schools of thought,both of these approaches’core policy goals and methodological roots are the same,composing the traditional Western macro-fiscal *** approach faces increasing real ***’s proactive fiscal policy,however,places greater emphasis on future potential growth rates in addition to equilibrium between supply and demand,achieving a fiscal policy transformation with a new *** this paper we argue that with such a new approach,China should reconsider the nature and reasonable level of the fiscal deficit,the function and risk assessment criteria of government debt,the scope and effects of reductions in taxes and fees,its approach and focus of demand management,and the costs and resulting efficiencies of policies in order to develop a new fiscal policy paradigm that is more in line with its stated goals.

Sensing Matrix Optimization for Random Stepped-Frequency Signal Based on Two-Dimensional Ambiguity Function

Compressive sensing technique has been widely applied to achieve range-Doppler reconstruction of high frequency radar by utilizing sparse random stepped-frequency(SRSF) signal, which can suppress the complex electromagnetic interference and greatly reduce the coherent processing interval. An important way to improve the performance of sparse signal reconstruction is to optimize the sensing matrix(SM). However, the existing research on the SM optimization needs to design a measurement matrix with superior performance, which needs a large amount of computation and does not consider the influence of the waveform parameters design. In order to improve the superior reconstruction performance, a novel SM optimization approach for SRSF signal is proposed by using two-dimensional ambiguity function(TDAF) in this paper. Firstly, based on the two-dimensional sparse reconstruction model of the SRSFs, the internal relationship between the waveform parameters and the SM was derived. Secondly, the SM optimization problem was directly transformed into the waveform design of SRSFs. Furthermore, on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the mutual coherence matrix of SM and the TDAF matrix of SRSFs, the purpose of optimizing the SM can be achieved by designing the TDAF of the SRSFs. Based on this analysis, a sparse waveform optimization method with joint constraints of maximum and mean sidelobes of the TDAF by using the genetic algorithm was derived. Compared with the traditional SM optimization method, our method not only avoids generating a new measurement matrix, but also further reduces the complexity of the waveform optimization. Simulation experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
