Continuous wave and active Q-switched operation of Watt-level LED-pumped two-rod Nd,Ce:YAG laser

A high-performance LED-side-pumped two-rod Nd,Ce:YAG laser with continuous-wave(CW) and acousto–optical(A-O) Q-switched operation is demonstrated in this work. A symmetrically shaped flat–flat cavity with two identical LEDside-pumped laser modules is employed for power scalability. In the CW regime, the maximum output average power of laser at 1064 nm is 4.41 W, corresponding to a maximum optical conversion efficiency of 5.3% and a slope efficiency is 12.4%. In the active Q-switched regime, the pulse energy of laser reaches as high as 0.89 m J at a repetition rate of 800 Hz with a pulse width of 457.2 ns, the corresponding highest peak output power is 1.94 k W and the M~2 factor is measured to be about 8.8. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first demonstration and the highest performance of a CW LED-side-pumped two-rod laser Nd,Ce:YAG with Watt-level output reported so far.

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is mainly caused by a decrease in the vascular supply to the subchondral bone of the femoral head,leading to the death of bone cells,degeneration and necrosis of the subchondral bone,and eventually collapse of the femoral head.^([1])Early and accurate diagnosis is the key to successful hip-preserving therapy,and the size/location of necrosis is the main determinant for ONFH *** studies have shown that many hip-preserving therapies achieved satisfactory results in ONFH patients with Association Research Circulation Osseous(ARCO)I–*** ONFH progresses to ARCO IV with clinical manifestations of osteoarthrosis,total hip arthroplasty(THA)may be the only option.

位于相山铀矿田西部的河元背地区是铀多金属深部找矿的重要远景地段,但目前该区对深部控矿要素的展布以及深部多金属矿化的产出有利空间仍缺乏足够的认识和可靠约束,因此查明该地区深部控矿要素的空间展布对推动深部找矿突破具有重要意义.本文利用一条8 km长的音频大地电磁剖面,采用相位张量分析方法对数据进行分段阻抗张量旋转后,采用非线性共轭梯度法开展带地形二维反演,构建了研究区精细电性结构模型.结合区域地质、钻孔和重磁资料,得到以下结论:(1)研究区红盆范围呈现出两层电性结构,即低阻的红层上覆在高阻的变质岩基底之上;火山盆地范围则呈三层电性结构特征,分别为高阻的鹅湖岭组、中低阻的打鼓顶组火山岩和高阻的变质岩基底.(2)河元背地区主要控矿断裂为F河-小和F苦-小断裂,其与火山岩组间界面、变质岩基底顶界面的复合变异部位为含矿热液提供了有利容矿空间,控制着铀多金属矿的产出,深部增厚火山岩是下一步多金属找矿突破的有利远景区段.(3)相山铀矿田西部早期富含多金属的热液流体在深部混合下渗的大气降水后交代沉淀形成多金属矿化,在持续伸展拉张环境下,后期含矿热液流体继续沿着深断裂上升运移和分异演化,并不断萃取火山岩中的铀元素沉淀成矿,最终形成了上铀下多金属的垂向分布特征.

【目的】磷是不可再生资源,关系到农业发展与粮食安全。研究磷产品贸易格局的演化特征,有利于认识中国在全球市场中的地位,对保障中国磷安全有重要意义。【方法】本文基于复杂网络分析方法,构建了1990—2020年全球磷产品贸易网络模型,分析其全球化水平、贸易互惠和国家连接模式,考察了贸易大国(地区)的中心性演化,并构建指标评估了中国磷产品贸易安全。【结果】结果表明:(1)随着全球化程度的加深,以磷矿加工产品(包括磷肥与其他化工产品)为主的贸易网络越来越活跃,互惠性增加了30%以上,从而有利于增加国际合作,稳定贸易关系。在不均衡的网络结构下,许多国家(地区)依赖磷产品出口国(地区),因此主要出口国(地区)的政策稳定性对全球磷产品供给十分重要。(2)20世纪90年代,磷矿石、磷矿加工产品贸易的主要贸易国包括具有高磷资源禀赋或生产能力的出口国(摩洛哥、美国)与磷资源禀赋低、需求大的进口国(荷兰、德国、比利时、泰国和马来西亚等),2006年以来随着东欧和中国磷矿石产量增加、磷肥需求扩大,它们对磷产品贸易网络的影响能力不断增强。(3)随着磷化工产业的发展,中国由磷资源净进口国转为净出口国,贸易伙伴的政治风险和市场集中度深刻影响中国的贸易和安全,应进一步提升贸易伙伴的多样性,增强与政治稳定国家之间的贸易联系。【结论】本文认为应积极推进磷资源可持续管理,考虑磷产业的长期可持续发展,有效促进磷矿资源的保护和优化利用,增强与磷资源大国的贸易联系,提升国家长期的磷安全。

作为ⅣA族碲化物,SnTe具有与PbTe相同的晶体结构和相似的双价带结构,是一种非常有前途的热电材料,但高温软化和低温热电性能差等问题阻碍了其进一步推广应用。因此,提升SnTe的平均热电优值,拓宽服役区间,有重要的研究意义。能带工程和晶格工程可同时优化功率因子和晶格热导率,提升SnTe的热电性能。本研究采用MgSe合金化策略,通过熔炼和放电等离子烧结(SPS)的方法制备了一系列Sn1-yPbyTe-x%MgSe(0.01≤y≤0.05,0≤x≤6)样品。研究发现,合金化MgSe可增大能带带隙,有效抑制本征SnTe在高温段的双极扩散,使高温Seebeck系数得到提升,同时声子散射降低了体系晶格热导率,使高温热电性能(873 K)提升了100%;掺杂Pb元素可有效调制载流子浓度抑制电子热导率,从而提升SnTe平均热电性能。其中,Sn0.96Pb0.04Te-4%MgSe样品在873 K的ZT为1.5,423~873 K的平均ZT达到0.8,得到了比文献更优异的结果。

【目的】皂苷是苦瓜果实苦味的主要来源，具有降血糖、抗癌等多种药用价值。鉴定和挖掘参与调控苦瓜皂苷生物合成的代谢通路及基因，为进一步深入解析苦瓜皂苷形成的分子机制提供参考。【方法】以苦瓜高代自交系GK24为试验材料，分别在子房期（T1）、幼果期（T2）、商品果期（T3）和完全成熟期（T4）取果实组织，通过香草醛-冰醋酸法测定不同时期的苦瓜皂苷含量，利用转录组测序的方法鉴定差异表达基因。【结果】从T1到T4，苦瓜内源皂苷含量随着果实发育而呈现显著下降的趋势。转录组测序共鉴定到17 504个基因，在T1-vs-T2、T2-vs-T3和T3-vs-T4三组比较中，下调表达基因数量均高于上调表达基因数量。GO富集分析表明含磷复合物代谢过程、驱动蛋白复合体和2-琥珀酰-6-羟基-环己二烯-1-羧酸合成酶活性分别是生物过程、细胞组分及分子功能模块最显著富集的条目。KEGG分析显示全局与概述图谱、碳水化合物代谢和氨基酸代谢是3组比较中共同的最显著富集的代谢通路。根据表达模式可将基因划分为20个模块，其中profile 0中基因的表达量从T1到T4逐渐降低，与苦瓜果实发育过程中皂苷含量变化规律一致。从profile 0中鉴定出与苦瓜皂苷生物合成相关的基因14个，包括萜类骨架生物合成通路上的基因AAT1、HMG1、MVK、PMK、MVD2和FPS1，倍半萜与三萜生物合成途径中的基因SS12、SQE1和CPQ及后修饰酶基因CYP97A3、CYP71AN24、UGT94E5及UGT73C6。实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)结果与RNA-seq结果一致。【结论】苦瓜果实中皂苷含量随着果实不断成熟而逐渐降低。苦瓜皂苷生物合成首先通过上游的萜类骨架生物合成（ko00900）代谢途径完成萜类皂苷骨架的积累，随后通过倍半萜与三萜生物合成（ko00909）代谢途径以及下游的氧化还原酶、糖基转移酶的修饰最终生成皂苷，本研究通过转录组测序共鉴定到14个与苦瓜皂苷生物合成相关的基因。
