Plate subduction leads to complex exhumation processes on *** Huangling Massif lies at the northern margin of the South china *** the Huangling Massif was exhumed as a watershed of the middle reaches of the Paleo-Yangtze River during the Mesozoic remains under *** examined the exhumation history of the Huangling Massif based on six granite bedrock samples,using apatite fission track(AFT)and apatite and zircon(U-Th)/He(AHe and zhe)*** samples yielded ages of 157–13.2}Ma(zhe),119–106 Ma(AFT),and 114–72.Ma(AHe),*** modeling revealed that three phases of rapid cooling occurred during the Late Jurassic–Early Cretaceous,late Early Cretaceous,and Late *** exhumation processes led to the high topographic relief responsible for the emergence of the Huangling *** integrated of our new data with published sedimentological records suggests that the Huangling Massif might have been the watershed of the middle reaches of the Paleo-Yangtze River since the *** that time,the rivers flowed westward into the Sichuan Basin and eastward into the Jianghan *** subduction of the Pacific Plate beneath the Asian continent in the Mesozoic deeply influenced the geomorphic evolution of the South china Block.

Gaoligong Mountain(hereafter,GLGM)is located at the intersection of Myanmar and china’s Yunnan Province and Xizang Zizhiqu,and spans three globally significant biodiversity hotspots:the Himalayas,Indo-Burma,and the Mountains of Southwest *** surveys of mammals in this ecologically important region have a long history,there is no comprehensive systematic checklist and distribution account of the mammals of ***,we compiled a mammal species checklist of GLGM based on thorough field investigations and literature *** also examined specimen collections and applied camera trapping surveys to explore the region’s mammal diversity and distribution *** recorded 2.2.mammal species in nine orders,3. families,and 119 genera,which accounts for 3..5%of china’s mammal species,and a {2. proportion of nationally protected(50)and globally threatened(2.)*** species richness showed a symmetrical unimodal curve along the elevation gradient,peaking at intermediate elevations(2.00 to 2.00 m above sea level(asl)),and increasing generally from south to north,slightly {2.er in the east slope than in the *** analysis and non-metric multidimensional scaling revealed three distinct elevational assemblages(3.00 m asl.,and>3.00 m asl)and significant south-to-north variation,but no substantial differences between the east and west *** GLGM present a unique conservation value due to the {2. proportions of rare and endangered mammal species,complex faunal composition,{2. endemism,and being the distribution boundary for many *** study is an important phased account of mammal diversity in GLGM and makes a prospect for future research.

Aims Bee-pollinated flowers are rarely red,presumably because bees(which lack red receptors)have difficulty detecting red *** the response of bees to red colour has been investigated in lab experiments,most stimuli have been pure red,while the subtle diversity of red as perceived by humans(human-red)has received very limited *** we test the hypothesis that ultraviolet(UV)reflected from human-red flowers enhances their attractiveness to bees,through increased chromatic *** Using Onosma confertum(Boraginaceae),a plant with UV-reflecting red flowers that are pollinated by bumblebees,we investigated the effects of UV reflection on pollinator responses by conducting phenotypic manipulation experiments in the *** preferences of flower-naïve bumblebees were also *** perception by bumblebees was estimated in terms of chromatic and achromatic contrast,based on two different colour perception *** Findings We found that both natural and flower-naïve bumblebees strongly preferred visiting UV-reflecting targets compared with UV-absorbing *** models show that the UV-reflecting flowers exhibit higher spectral purity and higher chromatic contrast against the foliage background,whereas they have similar achromatic contrast in terms of green receptor *** results indicate that the component of UV reflection increases chromatic contrast in ***,enhancing the visual attractiveness of these red flowers to *** further infer that the secondary reflectance might be a necessary component in human-red flowers that are primarily pollinated by animals without red receptors,such as bees.

建立了藏茶中88种农药残留的改进QuEChERS/超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(QuEChERS/UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。藏茶样品以1%乙酸乙腈提取和2.g NaCl盐析处理,经交联聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVPP)、十八烷基键合硅胶(C18)、石墨化炭黑(GCB)净化后,以0.01%甲酸水溶液(含2.mmol/L甲酸铵)和0.01%甲酸甲醇为流动相,采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7µm)色谱柱在15 min内实现分离。在电喷雾正离子模式下,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质匹配标准曲线外标法定量。结果表明,藏茶中88种农药在相应质量浓度范围内线性良好(相关系数r≥0.9990),检出限(LOD)和定量下限(LOQ)分别为0.15~3.g/kg和0.5~10µg/kg。在1、2.10倍LOQ 3.加标水平下,平均回收率分别为73.2.~108%、73.2.109%、72.5%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均不大于12.。将该方法应用于12.实际样品检测,所有样品均检出农药,其中有4批次样品中吡虫啉超限量值。该方法灵敏度高、简便快捷,能够满足藏茶中88种农药的快速检测要求。

The geothermal resources in the southwest section of the Mid-Spine Belt of Beautiful china are abundant,but the quantitative prediction and evaluation of geothermal resources are very difficult. Based on geographic information system (GIS) and remote sensing (RS) platforms,six impact factors,namely land surface temperature,fault density,Gutenberg–Liszt B value,formation combination entropy,distance to river and aeromagnetic anomaly were selected. Through the establishment of the certainty factor model (CF),weights of the information entropy certainty factor model (ICF) and weights of the evidence certainty factor model (ECF),the geothermal potential in the study area were predicted quantitatively. Based on the ECF results,the six main geothermal resource areas were delineated. The results show that (1) ECF had high prediction accuracy (success index is 0.00405%,area ratio is 0.867);(2. The geothermal resource areas obtained were Ganzi–Ya’an–Liangshan,Panzhihua–Liangshan,Dali–Chuxiong,Nujiang–Baoshan,Diqing–Dali,and Lijiang–Diqing. The results provide a basis for the effective development and utilization of geothermal resources in the southwest section of the mid-ridge belt.

Objective: Anthraquinone(AQ), a major bioactive component of the traditional chinese medicine He ShouW u, has widespread applications in industry and medicine. The objective of the current study is to explore the differences in the bioavailability of anthraquinones in vivo and the metabolism in liver microsomes. Materials and Methods: In vivo, we used a reliable UPLC?ESI?Qq Q?MS/MS method to measure seven AQ compounds in the jugular vein plasma of rats following oral administration of He Shou Wu. Furthermore, in order to quantify the bioavailability of AQs in vivo and to further understand the metabolism of these compounds, we compared the in vitro metabolism of AQ in different species with respect to metabolic profiles, the enzymes involved, and catalytic efficiency using liver microsomes from human(HLM), mouse(MLM), rat(RLM), and beagle dog(DLM). Results: We identified two metabolic pathways, including the hydroxylation and glucuronidation of AQ, in the liver microsomes of humans and other species using UPLC?ESI?Q?TOF. We found that substitutions on the AQ ring were crucial to the activity and regioselectivity of its hydroxylation. In general, hydroxylation activity decreased greatly with β?COOH(rhein) and enhanced dramatically with β?OH(emodin). We also found that glucuronidation of the compound emodin?8?O?β?D?glucoside acts as the main isoform in AQ hydroxylation in HLM and DLM. Total microsomal intrinsic clearance values for AQ were greatest in mouse microsomes, followed by those in dog, human, and rat microsomes. Conclusion: The absorption of different anthrquinone compounds varied based on the compound structure, the metabolism types and products of anthraquinones in liver microsomes were different in different species. These findings provide vital information for a deeper unuunderstanding of the metabolism of AQs.

Remote sensing and deep learning are being widely combined in tasks such as urban planning and disaster ***,due to interference occasioned by density,overlap,and coverage,the tiny object detection in remote sensing images has always been a difficult ***,we propose a novel TO–YOLOX(Tiny Object–You Only Look Once)***–YOLOX possesses a MiSo(Multiple-in-Singleout)feature fusion structure,which exhibits a spatial-shift structure,and the model balances positive and negative samples and enhances the information interaction pertaining to the local patch of remote sensing ***–YOLOX utilizes an adaptive IOU-T(Intersection Over Uni-Tiny)loss to enhance the localization accuracy of tiny objects,and it applies attention mechanism Group-CBAM(group-convolutional block attention module)to enhance the perception of tiny objects in remote sensing *** verify the effectiveness and efficiency of TO–YOLOX,we utilized three aerial-photography tiny object detection datasets,namely VisDrone2.2.,Tiny Person,and DOTA–HBB,and the following mean average precision(mAP)values were recorded,respectively:45.3.%(+10.03.),2..9%(+9.3.%),and 63.02.(+9.62.).With respect to recognizing tiny objects,TO–YOLOX exhibits a stronger ability compared with Faster R-CNN,RetinaNet,YOLOv5,YOLOv6,YOLOv7,and YOLOX,and the proposed model exhibits fast computation.

Background: Sepsis involves life-threatening organ dysfunction and is caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. No specific therapies against sepsis have been reported. Celastrol(Cel) is a natural anti-inflammatory compound that shows potential against systemic inflammatory diseases. This study aimed to investigate the pharmacological activity and molecular mechanism of Cel in models of endotoxemia and ***: We evaluated the anti-inflammatory efficacy of Cel against endotoxemia and sepsis in mice and macrophage cultures treated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS). We screened for potential protein targets of Cel using activity-based protein profiling(ABPP). Potential targets were validated using biophysical methods such as cellular thermal shift assays(CETSA) and surface plasmon resonance(SPR). Residues involved in Cel binding to target proteins were identified through point mutagenesis, and the functional effects of such binding were explored through gene ***: Cel protected mice from lethal endotoxemia and improved their survival with sepsis, and it significantly decreased the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in mice and macrophages treated with LPS(P 2. of pyruvate kinase M2.PKM2., inhibiting the enzyme and thereby suppressing aerobic glycolysis(Warburg effect). Cel also bound to Cys106 in {3. mobility group box 1(HMGB1) protein, reducing the secretion of inflammatory cytokine interleukin(IL)-1β. Cel bound to the Cys residues in lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA).Conclusions: Cel inhibits inflammation and the Warburg effect in sepsis via targeting PKM2.and HMGB1 protein.
