The title compound, 1-（N,N-di-（p-toluenesulfonyl））-amino-2-（N＇-p-toluenesulfonyl）- amino-3,5-dinitrobenzene, was synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 13.723（2）, b = 25.354（4）, c = 8.6565（12） A, V= 3011.9（8） A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 660.68, F（000） = 1368, Dc = 1.457 g/cm^3, μ = 0.309, the final R = 0.0609 and wR = 0.1042. The H atom of N2-H group, which is the unique recognition site to anion, is enveloped by two oxygen atoms and one benzene from two and one p-toluenesulfonyl moieties, respectively.

超声辅助酶法制备小基围虾调味料的研究

小基围虾常被当成下脚料丢弃或用于饲养家禽,造成环境污染及其营养价值的流失,为解决这一问题,文章以小基围虾为实验原料,采用响应面法优化超声辅助碱性蛋白酶水解工艺,在此基础上研发虾调味料。结果表明,小基围虾是一种高蛋白低脂肪的海虾,具有较高的营养价值。超声辅助碱性蛋白酶对小基围虾酶解效果的影响为超声功率>超声时间>酶解时间,其最佳酶解条件为超声功率326 W、超声时间38 min、酶解时间4 h,在此条件下水解度可达(24.84±0.52)%,比未超声处理增加了9.48%。在此基础上所制得的调味料的干燥失重为(4.12±0.29)g/100 g,氯化物含量为(7.86±0.62)g/100 g,总氮含量为(3.50±0.37)g/100 g,符合相关调味料理化指标标准,可为小基围虾的深加工和综合利用提供理论参考,也可为调味料新产品的开发提供理论参考。

新生儿感染性黄疸的临床特征及预后影响因素

目的分析新生儿感染性黄疸的临床特征及预后。方法选择2018年1月-2021年1月在苏州市吴江区儿童医院住院的76例感染性黄疸患儿为研究组,另选同期70例非感染性黄疸患儿为对照组,对比两组患儿临床资料,根据治疗后黄疸消退时间将研究组患儿分为预后良好组(n=51)和预后不良组(n=25)。分析研究组患儿的临床特征,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析新生儿感染性黄疸预后的影响因素。结果细菌培养共检出76株病原菌,革兰阳性菌以金黄色葡萄球菌感染为主,革兰阴性菌以大肠埃希菌感染为主;研究组患儿血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、经皮胆红素值(TcB)水平、肝功能损害、多脏器功能损害(MODS)和病情重度占比高于对照组,黄疸出现日龄早于对照组,病情轻度占比和新生儿行为神经评估(NBNA)评分低于对照组(P5d占比高于对照组(P<0.05);预后良好患儿血清CRP、PCT、TcB水平、肝功能损害、病情重度占比及NBNA评分低于预后不良组(P<0.05);Logistic分析显示,CRP、PCT、TcB、合并肝功能损害、病情严重程度及NBNA评分均是感染性黄疸患儿预后不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论与非感染性黄疸患儿相比,感染性黄疸患儿机体炎症反应明显,病情更重,预后更差。血清CRP、PCT、TcB高表达、合并肝功能损害等可能与感染性黄疸患儿不良预后有关,临床应重视。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Radix Cynanchum bungei extract(RCBE) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) and acute cerebral ischemia induced impairment in *** I/R model was induced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion(BCAO)-reperfusion method and Y-maze learning and memory performance was assessed after reperfusion. Na^+-K^+-ATPase,Ca^(2+)-ATPase and SOD activity,as well as MDA content in mouse brain tissue were measured. Numbers of mouth-opening breaths of the isolated mouse head were observed in acute cerebral ischemia *** Learning and memory ability in mice with RCBE were improved significantly compared with model group. The activity of SOD,Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^(2+)-ATPase were increased,while MDA contents decreased after RCBE(0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g·kg^(-1)) and piracetam(0.5 g·kg^(-1)) treatment compared with the model group. RCBE at all concentrations significantly prolonged the number of mouth-opening breaths of the isolated mouse head. CONCLUSION RCBE preconditioning exerts a marked neuroprotective effect on the ischemia brain,which is related to improve the learning and memory via regulating energy metabolism and anti-oxidation.

Background The mechanism of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid haemorrhage （SAH） is not understood. Here, we hypothesized that apoptosis of endothelial cells induced by p53 and its target gene em dash p53 upregulated modulator of apoptosis （PUMA） played an important role in development of cerebral vasospasm. We also observed the effects of a p53 inhibitor, pifithrin-α （PFT-α）, on reducing the expression of p53 and PUMA, consequently decreasing the apoptosis of endothelial cells and alleviating cerebral vasospasm. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 300-350 g were randomly divided into five groups： a control group （sham surgery）, a SAH group, a SAH＋dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO） group, a SAH＋PFT-α （0.2 mg/kg） group and a SAH＋PFT-α （2.0 mg/kg） group. PFT-α was injected intraperitoneally immediately after SAH. Rats were sacnficed 24 hours after SAH. Western blot and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the levels of p53, PUMA and caspase-3 protein. In addition, mortality and neurological scores were assessed for each group. Statistical significance was assured by analysis of variance performed in one way ANOVA followed by the Tukey test. The neurological and mortality scores were analyzed by Dunn＇s method and Fisher exact test, respectively. Results After SAH, Western blot and immunohistochemical staining showed the levels of p53, PUMA and caspase-3 in the endothelial cells and the numbers of TdT mediated dUTP nick end labelling （TUNEL） positive endothelial cells were all significantly increased in the basilar arteries （P 〈0.05）, but significantly reduced by PFT-a （P 〈0.05）. These changes were accompanied by increasing diameters and declining wall thickness of basilar arteries （P〈O.05）, as well as reduced mortality and neurological deficits of the rats （P〈O.05）. PCRs based on different genes of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae have been developed for detecting and identifying A. pleuropneumoniae. Some of them could amplify positive fragments from the phylogenetically closely related species bacteria. To improve veracity and specificity of PCR, a species-specific multiplex PCR assay was developed to identify and detect A. pleuropneumoniae, based on the 3＇-terminus of the species-specific apxlVA gene and the already existing species-specific primers in the omlA gene. Both 346-bp and 950-bp fragments could be simultaneously amplified from all A. pleuropneumoniae reference strains and isolates, and the species specificity of the assay was evaluated with a collection of ten strains representing eight different species bacteria including species normally found in the respiratory tracts of swine. All of these strains turned out negative in the multiplex PCR. All sequences of products of multiplex PCR randomly sampled were also correct. The sensitivity of the multiplex PCR was determined to be 10 pg of A. pleuropneumoniae DNA. The multiplex PCR and bacterial isolation were compared to determine their sensitivities by using experimentally infected pigs and clinical disease pigs. The multiplex PCR was more sensitive than bacterial isolation. The multiplex PCR was also evaluated on mixed bacterial cultures from clinical healthy pigs. 26/100 （26%） of the subclinically infected pigs were detected from clinical healthy pigs. The results indicate that the multiplex PCR assay is a sensitive, highly specific, and effective diagnostic tool for identification and detection of A. pleuropneumoniae.

采用辽宁瓦房店及山东蒙阴产天然金刚石、俄罗斯高温高压(HPHT)金刚石以及美国Element Six公司CVD金刚石作为种晶,进行红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱、光致发光光谱、XRD摇摆曲线以及原子力显微形貌测试,并选取三类样品各一颗,在相同条件下进行生长实验。测试结果表明,天然金刚石种晶均为Ia AB型,定向性好,其内应力及结晶质量差异较大;而HPHT以及CVD金刚石种晶分别为Ib型和IIa型,其生长面与(100)晶向均存在1~2.5度偏差,但晶体结构较天然金刚石好,且内应力及结晶质量差异较小,更加适合作为MPCVD法合成金刚石单晶的种晶。对生长后样品进行了高分辨率激光拉曼光谱测试,并使用光学显微镜及原子力显微镜对样品表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明,在碳氢氮生长体系中,辽宁瓦房店或山东蒙阴产Ia AB型天然金刚石种晶由于晶格匹配性较差,容易沉积多晶金刚石,且伴随有微晶石墨和非晶质碳成分;而使用俄罗斯产Ib型HPHT种晶以及美国Element Six产IIa型CVD种晶均能得到优质的CVD金刚石生长层;与HPHT种晶相比,使用CVD种晶得到金刚石生长层的拉曼位移半高宽更窄,非金刚石碳杂质含量更低,结晶质量更好。
