不同酯化程度的硬脂酸对其油凝胶性质的影响

油凝胶是一种特殊的凝胶系统,被认为是食品工业中塑性脂肪的有效替代品。不同凝胶因子结晶行为的特异性导致了油凝胶的结构存在差异。该文选择4种不同酯化程度的硬脂酸[硬脂酸(stearic acid,SA)、单硬脂酸甘油酯(glyceryl monostearate,GMS)、二硬脂酸甘油酯(glyceryl distearate,GDS)和三硬脂酸甘油酯(glycerol tristearate,GTS)]研究其作为凝胶因子的结晶行为。通过流变、差示扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimeter,DSC)、X-射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和偏振光显微镜(polarized light microscope,PLM)等方法,探究酯化程度和浓度对凝胶因子结晶行为的影响。研究发现,4种油凝胶都具有类固体行为且形成强凝胶,特别是GMS基油凝胶具有较高的油结合能力。热力学性能结果显示,GMS基油凝胶更具热稳定性能,存在最稳定的β多晶型结构,表现出小针状结晶。傅立叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)显示GMS基油凝胶中存在氢键,而在SA基、GDS基、GTS基油凝胶的光谱图谱中没有发现。综上,GMS额外的2个游离羟基端基与脂肪酸羰基基团之间的氢键促进了GMS网络的形成,使GMS基油凝胶更具致密的网络结构,更能有效束缚液油。这些发现为油凝胶在塑性脂肪替代中的应用提供了强有力的理论支持。

Experimental study on ice monitoring method for 10 kV transmission line with tangent tower in alpine landform

Ice monitoring methods were applied for 110 kV and above transmission lines with tangent ***,the change in the vertical span is not considered,and a significant difference lies in the tower-conductor structure of 10 kV transmission *** this reason,a proposal is made about the ice monitoring method for the 10 kV transmission line with tangent tower in alpine landform,which includes the ice monitoring system based on pressure measurement and corresponding equivalent ice thickness calculating *** methods calculate the vertical span under different height difference coefficients.A finite element simulation model and a simulated ice load experiment system are established based on real conductors and *** and simulations under four simulated terrains are conducted within 2.5–20 mm ice thickness *** comparison is made between this method and the method without considering the change in vertical *** results show that the two methods are consistent and the relative errors are lower than�4%in simulation and�10%in experiment when the height difference coefficient is *** it is not 0,the relative errors of this method fall between t0.38%and t6.78%in simulation and−6.40%to t6.60%in experiment,while the relative errors of the method without considering the change in vertical span ranges between−11.13%and−20.23%in simulation and−11.65%to−23.20%in experiment.

All-inorganic CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite has attracted widespread attention in photovoltaic and other optoelectronic devices because of its superior thermal ***,the deposition of high-quality solutionprocessed CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite films with large thicknesses remains ***,we develop a triple-component precursor(TCP) by employing lead bromide,lead iodide,and cesium bromide,to replace the most commonly used double-component precursor(DCP) consisting of lead bromide and cesium ***,the TCP system significantly increases the solution concentration to 1.3 M,leading to a larger film thickness(~390 nm) and enhanced light *** resultant CsPbIBr_(2) films were evaluated in planar n-i-p structured solar cells,which exhibit a considerably higher optimal photocurrent density of 11.50 mA cm^(-2) in comparison to that of DCP-based devices(10.69 mA cm^(-2)).By adopting an organic surface passivator,the maximum device efficiency using TCP is further boosted to a record efficiency of 12.8% for CsPbIBr_(2) perovskite solar cells.

Soil phosphorus (P) plays a vital role in both ecological and agricultural ecosystems, where total P (TP) in soil serves as a crucial indicator of soil fertility and quality. Most of the studies covered in the literature employ a single or narrow range of soil databases, which largely overlooks the impact of utilizing multiple mapping scales in estimating soil TP, especially in hilly topographies. In this study, Fujian Province, a subtropical hilly region along China’s southeast coast covered by a complex topographic environment, was taken as a case study. The influence of the mapping scale on soil TP storage (TPS)estimation was analyzed using six digital soil databases that were derived from 3 082 unique soil profiles at different mapping scales, i.e., 1:50 000 (S5),1:200 000 (S20), 1:500 000 (S50), 1:1 000 000 (S100), 1:4 000 000 (S400), and 1:10 000 000 (S1000). The regional TPS in the surface soil (0–20 cm) based on the S5, S20, S50, S100, S400, and S1000 soil maps was 20.72, 22.17, 23.06, 23.05, 22.04, and 23.48 Tg, respectively, and the corresponding TPS at0–100 cm soil depth was 80.98, 80.71, 85.00, 84.03, 82.96, and 86.72 Tg, respectively. By comparing soil TPS in the S20 to S1000 maps to that in the S5map, the relative deviations were 6.37%–13.32%for 0–20 cm and 0.33%–7.09%for 0–100 cm. Moreover, since the S20 map had the lowest relative deviation among different mapping scales as compared to S5, it could provide additional soil information and a richer soil environment than other smaller mapping scales. Our results also revealed that many uncertainties in soil TPS estimation originated from the lack of detailed soil information, i.e., representation and spatial variations among different soil types. From the time and labor perspectives, our work provides useful guidelines to identify the appropriate mapping scale for estimating regional soil TPS in areas like Fujian Province in subtropical China or other places with similar complex topographies. Inspired by the function of crucial components in photosystemⅡ(PSⅡ),electrochemical and dyesensitized photoelectrochemical(DSPEC)water oxidation devices were constructed by the selfassembly of well-designed amphipathic Ru(bda)-based catalysts(bda=2,2'-bipyrdine-6,6'-dicarbonoxyl acid)and aliphatic chain decorated electrode surfaces,forming lipid bilayer membrane(LBM)-like *** Ru(bda)catalysts on electrode-supported LBM films demonstrated remarkable water oxidation performance with different O-O formation ***,compared to the slow charge transfer process,the O-O formation pathways did not determine the PEC water oxidation efficiency of the dyesensitized photoanodes,and the different reaction rates for similar catalysts with different catalytic paths did not determine the PEC performance of the ***,charge transfer plays a decisive role in the PEC water oxidation *** an indolo[3,2-b]carbazole derivative was introduced between the Ru(bda)catalysts and aliphatic chain-modified photosensitizer in LBM films,serving as a charge transfer mediator for the tyrosine-histidine pair in PSⅡ,the PEC water oxidation performance of the corresponding photoanodes was dramatically enhanced.

为解决煤与瓦斯突出事故数据集少,数据缺失严重的问题,提出将多重插补(MI)和随机森林填补(MF)应用于填补缺失参数,并将填补前和填补后的数据输入SVM,ELM,RF 3种机器学习算法进行训练,构建9种耦合模型。采用总体准确率、局部准确率、运行时间这3种指标评价模型性能。研究结果表明:采用数据填补算法后,由于训练样本增大,煤与瓦斯突出事故预测的总体准确率提高,运行时间增长;MF-RF模型的总体准确率与事故预测准确率最高,分别为97.90%和98.93%;RD-ELM模型的运行时间最短,为0.24 s;多重插补使得煤与瓦斯突出预测的总体准确率提高0.98%~1.11%,随机森林填补总体准确率提高5.13%~7.50%,随机森林填补的效果好于多重插补。
