A flat neural network is designed for the on line state prediction of engine. To reduce the computational cost of weight matrix, a fast recursive algorithm is derived according to the pseudoinverse formula of a partition matrix. Furthermore, the forgetting factor approach is introduced to improve predictive accuracy and robustness of the model. The experiment results indicate that the improved neural network is of good accuracy and strong robustness in prediction, and can apply for the on line prediction of nonlinear multi input multi output systems like vehicle engines.

An investigation is made to the friction chutch engagement control of automotive AMT systems based on a nonlinear dynamic model with double inputs. According to friction torque transmission characteristics during clutch engagement, an equivalent, fully controllable and linearized model and the feedback linearization control are derived from the original system with nonlinearities via homomorphic transforms. By the resulting mathematical modeling, computer simulations are made both for the original nonlinear and feedback linearized systems with incorporation of ordinary PID controllers to follow ideal vehicle dynamic responses. It has been shown by comparison between the two sets of numerical results that the feedback linearization control designed for the nonlinear system is of fine accuracy and robustness in model tracking behaviors of clutch engagements.

The solar X-ray detector(SXD)onboard the Macao Science Satellite-1B was designed to monitor solar flare bursts and to study the solar activity in the 25th solar *** SXD includes two parts:a soft X-ray detection unit and a hard X-ray detection *** the soft X-ray detection unit and the hard X-ray detection unit include two collimators,two X-ray detectors(a silicon drift detector and a cadmium-zinc-telluride detector),and a processing *** with similar instruments,the energy range of the SXD is wider(1–600 ke V)and the energy resolution is better(150 e V at 5.9 ke V,12%at 59.5 ke V,and 3%at 662 keV).

Solution-processed organic‒inorganic halide perovskite(OIHP)single crystals(SCs)have demonstrated great potential in ionizing radiation detection due to their outstanding charge transport properties and low-cost ***,the energy resolution(ER)and stability of OIHP detectors still lag far behind those of melt-grown inorganic perovskite and commercial CdZnTe counterparts due to the absence of detector-grade high-quality OIHP ***,we reveal that the crystallinity and uniformity of OIHP SCs are drastically improved by relieving interfacial stress with a facial gel-confined solution growth strategy,thus enabling the direct preparation of large-area detector-grade SC wafers up to 4 cm with drastically suppressed electronic and ionic *** resultant radiation detectors show both a small dark current below 1 nA and excellent baseline stability of 4.0×10^(-8) nA cm^(-1) s^(-1) V^(-1),which are rarely realized in OIHP ***,a record high ER of 4.9% at 59.5 keV is achieved under a standard 241Am gamma-ray source with an ultralow operating bias of 5 V,representing the best gamma-ray spectroscopy performance among all solution-processed semiconductor radiation detectors ever reported.

Deformation Patterns and Shortening Rates in the East Part of the Kalpin Thrust System in the Southwest Tianshan Mountains During the Late Quaternary

Deformation patterns, shortening amounts and rates in the late Quaternary across the Kalpin thrust system have received tittle attention in the past. This paper attempts to discuss them, mainly in the eastern part of the thrust system by doing field investigation along the faults and folds, measuring geomorphic deformation, excavating trenches in several important sites where young alluvial fans were obviously displaced and dating young deposits of alluvial terraces. There are two types of deformation in the surface and near surface for the Kalpin thrust system in the late Quaternary. They are movement of thrust faults on lower angles and bending of young folds. Both kinds of deformation are shown by shortening and uplifting of young geomorphic surfaces. The surface ages of 3 stages are calculated by dating 20 examples using the TL method in the study area and comparing the results of our predecessors on the deposition and incision times of alluvial terraces in the Tianshan mountain which are 100ka B. P., 33 - 18ka B.P. and 6.6 - 8.2ka B.P. respectively for the large-scale deformed alluvial surfaces： T3, T2 and T1 in the Kalpin region. Then, 19 sets of shortening amounts and rates are obtained in 13 sites along 4 rows of anticlines in front of the Kalpin thrust system and Piqiang fold. The shortening amounts and rates show that there are two sections where deformation is stronger than others. The two sections consist of two arcs that are towards the south. The shortening rates near the top of arcs are 1.32mm/a in the west and 1.39mm/a in the east across the thrust system, respectively. In addition, deformation is stronger in the front rows than the rear ones for bifurcate folds.

Primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL)is a rare and frequently fatal lymphoma *** programmed death-1(PD-1)pathway has emerged as a potential therapeutic target,but the effectiveness of PD-1 antibody sintilimab in combination with immunochemotherapy as a frontline treatment for PCNSL remains to be *** this phase 2 trial(ChiCTR1900027433)with a safety run-in,we included patients aged 18–70 with newly diagnosed *** underwent six 21-day cycles of a SMTR regimen,which includes sintilimab(200 mg,Day 0),rituximab(375 mg/m2,Day 0),methotrexate(3.0 g/m2,Day 1 or 1.0 g/m2 for patients aged≥65 years),and temozolomide(150 mg/m2/d,Days 1–5).Among 27 evaluable patients,the overall response rate(ORR)was 96.3%(95%confidence interval:81–99.9%),with 25 complete *** a median follow-up of 24.4 months,the medians for duration of response,progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival were not *** most common grade 3–4 treatment-related toxicities were increased levels of alanine aminotransferase(17.9%)and aspartate aminotransferase(14.3%).Additionally,baseline levels of interferon-αand the IL10/IL6 ratio in cerebrospinal fluid emerged as potential predictors of PFS,achieving areas under the curve of 0.88 and 0.84,respectively,at 2 ***-exome sequencing revealed a higher prevalence of RTK-RAS and PI3K pathway mutations in the durable clinical benefit group,while a greater frequency of Notch and Hippo pathway mutations in the no durable benefit *** findings suggest the SMTR regimen is highly efficacious and tolerable for newly diagnosed PCNSL,warranting further investigation.

On May 21,2023,the Macao Science Satellite-1B(MSS-1B),a low-inclination,low-latitude,and high-precision scientific exploration satellite for geomagnetic fields and space environments,was successfully *** solar X-ray detector(SXD),one of the two major scientific payloads onboard the MSS-1B,has obtained a large amount of solar X-ray radiation data,which reveals the distribution law of the magnetic field in the low Earth orbit,as well as the coupling law of the Earth's magnetic field and the solar radiation and energy particle ***,the overall design of the multi-detection-unit,broad-energy-range,small-volume,and low-power SXD was implemented to achieve the scientific objectives of the ***,the technical indicators of the instrument were decomposed into various components,and the key technologies,such as collimator,processing circuit,thermal,and payload dataset designs,were ***,the backgrounds,including electronic noise,cosmic diffuse X-ray background,and high-energy background in the Earth's radiation belts in and out of the field of view,were analyzed for the ***,the ground calibrations of the energy response,detection efficiency,and temperature-dependent peak drift of the SXD flight model were ***,the in-orbit temperature,energy spectrum data,background,and solar flare process observation of the instrument in the in-orbit test stage are presented,verifying the instrument design,analysis,and ground calibration,providing a foundation for obtaining accurate solar X-ray radiation data,and achieving the scientific objectives of the satellite.
