The absorption cross section of the Einstein-Maxwell Dilaton Axion (EMDA) black hole for Dirac particlesis *** is shown that the absorption cross section decreases as both the v and the absolute value of the dilatonincrease,but it increases as the mass of the particle *** is also shown that the absorption cross section for themassless Dirac particles is 1/8 of the area of the horizon,which may be an universal property for minimally coupledmassless Dirac particles.

Atmospheric humidity is a sustainable low-value energy widely existing in natural environment,which is a promising candidate to solve the noncontinuous and low efficiency of low-value energy power *** the mono-substituted Dawson-type polyoxometalates are constructed to be highly dispersed organic ammonium-polyoxoanion clusters and are assembled into thin films power generators with micropores,working in atmospheric *** optimal polyoxometalates generator with the thickness of 7.2μm and the area of 0.36 cm^(2) produces a voltage of 0.68 V and a current density of 19.5μA·cm^(-2) under simulated natural environment,and works continuously and stably under almost all-natural environments(humidity 10%–90%).The highly dispersed polyoxometalate nanoclusters can form microporous in polyoxometalate films to effectively absorb atmospheric humidity and spontaneously form distribution gradient of water,which is the structural basis of power *** continuous power generation may be maintained by the effective adsorption and utilization of H_(2)O,the huge electrostatic field of organic ammonium-polyoxoanion clusters,and the reasonably designed polyoxometalates containing inorganic small ions with high *** is the first humidity generator designed with polyoxometalates,which may provide a new research direction for polyoxometalates in sustainable utilization of low-value energy.

＜正＞This report is based on our recent works [1-3]. It mainly consists of three parts. In the first two works [1,2], based on finite temperature Dyson-Schwinger Green function approach, the in-medium resummed nucleon and meson propagators are treated self-consistently, from which we have discussed the meson mean field fluctuation contribution on the equation of state （EOS） and the basic-like S0 pairing correlation（superfluidity） for the toy model （symmetric nuclear matter）. Furthermore [3], inspired by the very uncomfortable S0 pairing strength as recently pointed by us [2], we discussed the effect of the spontaneously broken U（1） electromagnetic gauge symmetry in low temperature superconductivity state through approving a massive photon Proca-like Lagrangian. A sample consisting of 211 narrow line Seyfert 1 galaxies (NLS1s) with high quality spectra from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) is selected to explore where broad line regions are in these objects. We find that the Hβ profile can be fitted well by three (narrow, intermediate and broad) Gaussian components, and the FWHM ratios of the broad to the intermediate components hold a constant of 3.0 roughly for the entire sample. If the broad components originate from the region scaled by the well-determined Hβ reverberation mapping relation, we find that the intermediate components originate from the inner edge of the torus, which is scaled by dust K-band reverberation. We find that the IC and the BC are strongly linked dynamically, but the relation of their covering factors is much more relaxed, implying that both regions are clumpy.

＜正＞The electromagnetic（EM） interactions between charged protons on the correlations of nucleons are discussed by introducing the Anderson-Higgs mechanism of broken U（1） EM symmetry into the relativistic nuclear theory with a Debye/Meissner screening-like photon mass. The non-saturating Coulomb force contribution is emphasized on the equation of state of nuclear matter with charge symmetry breaking at finite temperature and the breached ’So pairing correlations of proton-proton and neutron-neutron. The hybrid characteristic of different pairing strengths in neutral/charged Fermion system would lead to rich phenomena in relevant physics. This mechanism can be extended to the charged strongly interacting Fermions system for the discussion of binding or pairing issues.

＜正＞The So pairing of symmetric nuclear matter is discussed in the frame work of relativistic nuclear theory with Dyson-Schwinger equations（DSEs）. The in-medium nucleon and meson propagators are treated in a more self-consistent way through meson polarizations. The screening effects on mesons due to in-medium nucleon excitation are found to reduce the So pairing gap and shift remarkably the gap peak to low density region.

＜正＞The influence of the in-medium mesons on the effective nucleon mass and in turn on the equation of state of hot/dense nuclear matter is discussed in the Walecka model. Due to the self-consistent treatment of couplings between nucleons and a and ωmesons, the temperature and density dependence of the effective hadron masses approaches more towards the Brown-Rho scaling law, and the compression modulus K is reduced from 550 MeV in mean field theory to an accepted value 318.2 MeV.

Lanthanide-based microlasers have attracted considerable attention owing to their large anti-Stokes shifts, multiple emission bands, and narrow linewidths. Various applications of microlasers, such as optical communication, optical storage, and polarization imaging, require selecting the appropriate laser polarization mode and remote control of the laser properties. Here, we propose a unique plasmon-assisted method for the mode selection and remote control of microlasing using a lanthanide-based microcavity coupled with surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs) that propagate on a silver microplate. With this method, the transverse electrical(TE) mode of microlasers can be easily separated from the transverse magnetic(TM) mode. Because the SPPs excited on the silver microplate only support TM mode propagation, the reserved TE mode is resonance-enhanced in the microcavity and amplified by the local electromagnetic field. Meanwhile, lasingmode splitting can be observed under the near-field excitation of SPPs due to the coherent coupling between the microcavity and mirror microcavity modes. Benefiting from the long-distance propagation characteristics of tens of micrometers of SPPs on a silver microplate, remote excitation and control of upconversion microlasing can also be realized. These plasmon-assisted polarization mode-optional and remote-controllable upconversion microlasers have promising prospects in on-chip optoelectronic devices, encrypted optical information transmission, and high-precision sensors.

We present an XMM-Newton observation of the eclipsing binary Algol which contains an X-ray dark B8V primary and an X-ray bright K2IV secondary. The observation covered the optical secondary eclipse and captured an X-ray flare that was eclipsed by the B star. The XMM-Newton European Photon Imaging Camera and Reflection Grating Spectrometer spectra of Algol in its quiescent state are described by a two-temperature plasma model. The cool component has a temperature around 6.4× 106 K while that of the hot component ranges from 2 to 4.0× 107 K. Coronal abundances of C, N, O, Ne, Mg, Si and Fe were obtained for each component for both the quiescent and the flare phases, generally with upper limits for S and Ar, and upper limits for C, N, and O from the hot component. F-tests show that the abundances do not need to be different between the cool and the hot component and between the quiescent and the flare phase with the exception of Fe. Although the Fe abundance of the cool component remains constant at -0.14, the hot component shows an Fe abundance of -0.28, which increases to -0.44 during the flare. This increase is expected from the chromospheric evaporation model. The absorbing column density NH of the quiescent emission is 2.5 - 1020 cm-2, while that of the flare-only emission is significantly lower and consistent with the column density of the interstellar medium. This observation substantiates earlier suggestions of the presence of X-ray absorbing material in the Algol system.
