BACKGROUND Hypertension is the most modifiable factor associated with cardiovascular events and *** conventional blood pressure(BP) meter method is simple but is limited in terms of real-time monitoring abnormal ***,the development of a multifunction smartwatch(HUAwei WATCH D) sphygmomanometer could significantly improve integrated BP *** We enrolled 361 subjects from Chinese PL A General Hospital,Beijing,China to validate the accuracy of the smartwatch versatile sphygmomanometer using ISO 81060-2:*** and ambulatory BP accuracy of the smartwatch were compared with gold standard clinical sphygmomanometers using ISO 81060-2:2018 guidelines,the accuracy of 24 h systolic blood pressure(SBP) circadian rhythm monitoring,and diurnal high SBP alert for this smartwatch were assessed using a confusion matrix ***,we analyzed online users of different ages for *** Eighty-five subjects underwent resting BP measurements;the mean resting BP differences between two devices were-0.683±6.203 mmHg(SBP)(P=0.723) and 1.628±5.028 mmHg(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)(P=0.183).In 35 subjects’ ambulatory BP measurements,the mean differences of ambulatory BP were-1.943±5.475 mmHg(SBP)(P=0.923) and 3.195±5.862 mmHg(DBP)(P=0.065).All data complied with ISO 81060-2:2018 guidelines(mean ≤±5 mmHg and standard deviation ≤±8 mmHg) with no significant *** predictive values(PPV) of resting SBP and DBP were 0.635 and 0.671,*** PPV of ambulatory SBP and DBP were ***,24 h SBP circadian rhythm monitoring was performed in 107 subjects:accuracy=0.850,specificity=0.864,precision/PPV=0.833,sensitivity=0.833,and F1-measure(F1)=*** accuracy,specificity,precision,sensitivity,and F1 values in 85 subjects undergoing diurnal high SBP alerting were 0.858,0.876,0.706,0.809,and 0.754,*** When compared with the gold standard clinical sphygmomanometer,smartwatch results were cons

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

The solar X-ray and Extreme Ultraviolet Imager(X-EUVI),developed by the Changchun Institute of Optics,Fine Mechanics and Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences(CIOMP),is the first space-based solar X-ray and Extreme ultraviolet(EUV)imager of China loaded on the Fengyun-3E(FY-3E)satellite supported by the China Meteorological Administration(CMA)for solar *** started work on July 11,2021,X-EUVI has obtained many solar *** instrument employs an innovative dual-band design to monitor a much larger temperature range on the Sun,which covers 0.6-8.0 nm in the X-ray region with six channels and 19.5 nm in the EUV region.X-EUVI has a field of view of 42′,an angular resolution of 2.5″per pixel in the EUV band and an angular resolution of 4.1″per pixel in the X-ray *** instrument also includes an X-ray and EUV irradiance sensor(X-EUVS)with the same bands as its imaging optics,which measures the solar irradiance and regularly calibrates the solar *** radiometric calibration of X-EUVS on the ground has been completed,with a calibration accuracy of 12%.X-EUVI is loaded on the FY-3E satellite and rotates relative to the Sun at a uniform ***-field calibration is conducted by utilizing successive rotation solar *** agreement between preliminarily processed X-EUVI images and SDO/AIA and Hinode/XRT images indicates that X-EUVI and the data processing algorithm operate properly and that the data from X-EUVI can be applied to the space weather forecast system of CMA and scientific investigations on solar activity.

DEAR EDITOR,Big cats,such as Amur tigers(Panthera tigris altaica)and Amur leopards(*** orientalis),are apex predator and have evolved specialized traits for hunting and carnivory(Moya et al.,2022),thus playing a crucial role in maintaining biodiversity and ecosystem integrity by regulating prey-predator ***,human-induced pressures,habitat fragmentation,and environmental alterations have restricted these species in small and isolated ***,all extant big cats are categorized as endangered or threatened according to their conservation *** tigers and Amur leopards share overlapping geographic ranges,habitats,and certain prey species in the forests of Northeast Asia(jiang et al.,2015).To reduce interspecies conflict,these carnivores exhibit differentiated dietary and temporal *** tigers predominantly prey on large ungulates,while Amur leopards hunt small to medium-sized animals(Sugimoto et al.,2016).Additionally,they occupy different temporal niches,with tigers being active at night and leopards more active during the *** spatial and temporal niche partitioning,interspecific competition between these two species is ***,benefiting from their greater size,have a competitive advantage over leopards,which can manifest in occasional leopard predation by tigers and declines in leopard populations with increasing tiger density(jiang et al.,2015).Tigers also displace leopards from marginal habitats in nature reserves where they coexist.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. 粉垄耕作对黏性红壤团聚体稳定性的影响评估

粉垄耕作是一种新型土壤横向切割、垂直深旋耕技术。为系统评估粉垄耕作对黏性红壤耕层土壤团聚体形成及结构性碳稳定性的影响,本研究在粉垄耕作发源地亚热带南方典型水旱红壤区,开展粉垄耕作对稻田、旱地蔗地耕层土壤结构影响的定位试验,分析粉垄耕作对不同类型农田土壤团聚体含量、团聚体有机碳、团聚体有机碳贡献率的影响。结果表明:粉垄耕作促进了农田黏性红壤机械性微团聚体形成,增加了更多的水田耕层土壤机械性微团聚体含量,降低了农田耕层土壤机械性大团聚体含量;粉垄耕作提高了黏性红壤旱地土壤水稳性团聚体稳定性和抗侵蚀能力,增加了水田耕层土壤团聚体破坏率。粉垄深旋耕了降低旱地耕层土壤水稳性中小、微团聚体含量,有利于旱地水稳性大团聚体含量提高24.3%,但粉垄深旋耕不利于水田耕层土壤水稳性大团聚体的形成。粉垄深旋耕能有效提高旱地耕层土壤总有机碳含量,不利于水田耕层土壤总有机碳的积累。粉垄深旋耕分别降低和增加了更多的水田耕层土壤机械性大团聚体和微团聚体有机碳贡献率。粉垄深旋耕提高了旱地耕层土壤水稳性大团聚体和微团聚体有机碳贡献率,但不利于水田土壤水稳性大团聚体有机碳的积累,其含量降低了32.6%,中小、微团聚体有机碳贡献率成倍增加。此外,粉垄深旋耕降低了耕层土壤团聚体含量及有机碳贡献率、团聚体稳定性的相关性,而水田耕层土壤中各指标的相关系数高于旱地耕层土壤。可见,粉垄深旋耕改变黏性红壤农田土壤结构,利于土壤机械性微团聚体形成和土壤结构性碳稳定,但对水田土壤团聚体形成具有负效应,不利于稻田土壤大团聚体形成。研究结果有助于土壤结构耕性不良逆境的调控,有利于改善土壤疏松状态,促进黏性红壤团聚体的形成和结构性碳的稳定性,为粉垄耕作在农业中的应用提供理论支撑。
