In recent times,the impact of typhoon disasters on integrated energy active distribution networks(IEADNs)has received increasing attention,particularly,in terms of effective cascading fault path prediction and enhanced fault recovery *** this study,we propose a modified ORNL-PSerc-Alaska(OPA)model based on optimal power flow(OPF)calculation to forecast IEADN cascading fault *** first established the topology and operational model of the IEADNs,and the typical fault scenario was chosen according to the component fault probability and information *** modified OPA model consisted of two layers:An upper-layer model to determine the cascading fault location and a lower-layer model to calculate the OPF by using Yalmip and CPLEX and provide the data to update the upper-layer *** approach was validated via the modified IEEE 33-node distribution system and two real *** results showed that the fault trend forecasted by the novel OPA model corresponded well with the development and movement of the typhoon above the *** proposed model also increased the load recovery rate by>24%compared to the traditional OPA model.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of sources and health risks of trace elements in an area of China with high population densities and low PM_(2.5)concentrations,15 trace elements(Al,K,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Sn,Ba,Pb)in PM_(2.5)were monitored from December 2020 to November 2021 in a representative city,*** concentrations of trace elements in Xiamen displayed an obvious seasonal variation and were dominated by K,Fe,Al,Ca and *** on Positive Matrix Factorization analysis,source appointment revealed that the major sources of trace elements in Xiamen were traffic,dust,biomass and firework combustion,industrial manufacture and shipping *** to health risk assessment combined with the source appointment results,it indicated that the average noncarcinogenic risk was below the threshold and cancer risk of four hazardous metals(Cr,Ni,As,Pb)exceeded the threshold(10^(-6)).Traffic-related source had almost half amount of contribution to the health risk induced by PM_(2.5)-bound trace *** the dust transport period or Spring Festival period,the health risks exceeded an acceptable threshold even an order of magnitude higher,suggesting that the serious health risks still existed in low PM_(2.5)environment at certain *** risk assessment reminded that the health risk reduction in PM_(2.5)at southeastern China should prioritize traffic-related hazardous trace elements and highlighted the importance of controlling vehicles emissions in the future.

Anaerobic digestion(AD)of waste activated sludge(WAS)is usually limited by the low generation efficiency of ***(Ⅲ)-loaded chitosan composite(CTS-Fe)have been reported to effectively enhanced the digestion of WAS,but its role in promoting anaerobic sludge digestion remains *** present study,the effects of CTS-Fe on the hydrolysis and methanogenesis stages of WAS anaerobic digestion were *** addition of CTSFe increased methane production potential by 8%-23%under the tested conditions with the addition of 5-20 g/L ***,the results demonstrate that the addition of CTS-Fe could effectively promote the hydrolysis of WAS,evidenced by lower protein or polysaccharides concentration,higher soluble organic carbon in rector adding CTS-Fe,as well as the increased activity of extracellular hydrolase with higher CTS-Fe ***,the enrichment of Clostridia abundance(iron-reducing bacteria(IRBs))was observed in CTS-Fe adding reactor(8.9%-13.8%),which was higher than that in the control reactor(7.9%).The observation further suggesting the acceleration of hydrolysis through dissimilatory iron reduction(DIR)process,thus providing abundant substrates for ***,the presence of CTS-Fe was inhibited the acetoclastic and hydrogenotrophic methanogenesis process,which could be ascribed to the Fe(Ⅲ)act as electron acceptor coupled to methane for anaerobic ***,coenzyme F420 activity in the CTS-Fe added reactor was 34.9% lower than in the blank,also abundance of microorganisms involved in hydrogenotrophic methanogenesis was *** from this study could provide theoretical support for the practical applications of CTS-Fe.

Unilateral motor impairment can disrupt the coordination between the joints,impeding the patient’s normal *** assist such patients to walk normally and naturally,an adaptive control algorithm based on inter-joint coordination was proposed in this work for lower-limb *** control strategy can generate the reference trajectory of the affected leg in real time based on a motion coordination model between the joints,and adopt an adaptive controller with virtual windows to track the reference *** Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network was also adopted to establish the coordination model between the joints of both lower limbs,which was optimized by preprocessing angle information and adding gait phase *** the adaptive controller,the virtual windows were symmetrically distributed around the reference trajectory,and its width was adjusted according to the gait phase of the auxiliary *** addition,the impedance parameters of the controller were updated online to match the motion capacity of the affected leg based on the spatiotemporal symmetry factors between the bilateral *** LSTM coordination model demonstrated good accuracy and generality in the gait database of seven individuals,with an average root mean square error of 3.5 and 4.1 for the hip and knee joint angle estimation,*** further evaluate the control algorithm,four healthy subjects walked wearing the exoskeleton while additional weights were added around the ankle joint to simulate an asymmetric *** the experimental results,it was shown that the algorithm improved the gait symmetry of the subjects to a normal level while exhibiting great adaptability to different subjects.

Macrophage inflammatory protein-l, a recentlycharacterized chemokine, consists of two chains (αand β). MIP-lα has been shown to exert strongchemotactic effect on neutrophils, monocytes and Tlymphocytes. In the present study, the B16 melanomacells were transfected with recombinant adenoviruscontaining MIP-lα gene. The biological characteri-zation of the MIP-1α gene transfected B16 melanomacells was investigated. The level of MIP-1α in thesupernatant of gene-transfected melanoma cells was368±24 ng/ml/10~6/24hr.. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in recent years,applying various learning techniques to solve mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)problems has emerged as a burgeoning research *** from constructing end-to-end models directly,integrating learning approaches with some modules in the traditional methods for solving MILPs is also a promising *** cutting plane method is one of the fundamental algorithms used in modern MILP solvers,and the selection of appropriate cuts from the candidate cuts subset is crucial for enhancing *** to the reliance on expert knowledge and problem-specific heuristics,classical cut selection methods are not always transferable and often limit the scalability and generalizability of the cutting plane *** provide a more efficient and generalizable strategy,we propose a reinforcement learning(RL)framework to enhance cut selection in the solving process of ***,we design feature vectors to incorporate the inherent properties of MILP and computational information from the solver and represent MILP instances as bipartite ***,we choose the weighted metrics to approximate the proximity of feasible solutions to the convex hull and utilize the learning method to determine the weights assigned to each ***,a graph convolutional neural network is adopted with a self-attention mechanism to predict the value of weighting ***,we transform the cut selection process into a Markov decision process and utilize RL method to train the *** experiments are conducted based on a leading open-source MILP solver *** on both general and specific datasets validate the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed approach.
