为解决在IIoT(industrial internet of things)环境下,现有的调度算法调度工作流中通信频繁、数据传输量大的任务所带来的完工时间上升、成本增加等影响的问题,提出一种基于聚类的工作流多雾协同调度算法。通过二分K均值算法对工作流中的任务进行聚类,基于聚类结果,在多个雾服务器之间使用改进的免疫粒子群优化算法进行任务调度。实验结果表明,该算法相比其它一些传统的调度算法在完工时间、成本、负载均衡方面都有一定提升。

研究了反向衬底偏压VB下纳米N沟道金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管中栅调制界面产生(GMG)电流IGMG特性,发现IGMG曲线的上升沿与下降沿随着|VB|的增大向右漂移.基于实验和理论模型分析,得出了VB与这种漂移之间的物理作用机制,漂移现象的产生归因于衬底偏压VB调节了表面电势φs在栅电压VG中的占有比重:|VB|增大时相同VG下φs会变小,φs的变化继而引发上升沿产生率因子gr减小以及下降沿产生率因子gf增大.进一步发现IGMG上升沿与下降沿的最大跨导GMR,GMF在对数坐标系下与VB成线性关系,并且随着|VB|增加而增大.由于漏电压VD在IGMG上升沿与下降沿中的作用不同,三种VD下GMR-VB曲线重合而GMF-VB曲线则产生差异.增大VD会增强gf随VG的变化,因此使得给定VB下的GMF变大.同时这却导致了更大VD下GMF-VB曲线变化的趋势减缓,随着VD从0.2 V变为0.6 V,曲线的斜率s从0.09减小到0.03.

Typhoon Usagi(1319) was simulated by using the Advanced Weather Research and Forecasting numerical model(WRF) with different horizontal resolution to understand the impact of horizontal resolution on the intensity and characteristics of typhoon's microstructures(including dynamic and microphysical structure). The simulated results show that the improvement of horizontal resolution from 5 km to 1 km has little impact on the track which is comparable to real results, but has a significant impact on the intensity and microstructures, and especially, the impact on wind speed at 10 m height, the vertical movement and precipitation intensity is the greatest. When the resolution is increased to 1 km, the intensity and characteristics of typhoon's microstructures can be simulated better. In lower resolution simulations, some structural characteristics, including more asymmetrical and more outward tilted eyewall, and less water vapor flux on sea surface, work together to weaken typhoon intensity.

Four new sesquiterpene quinone meroterpenoids,dysideanones F—G(1—2)and dysiherbols D—E(3—4),were isolated from the marine sponge Dysidea avara collected from the South China *** new structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data including HR-MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectra,and their absolute configurations were assigned by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and ECD ***-inflammatory evaluation showed that dysiherbols D—E(3—4)exhibited moderate inhibitory activity on TNF-α-induced NF-κB activation in human HEK-293T cells with IC_(50)values of 10.2 and 8.6μmol·L^(-1),respectively.

由豆薯层锈菌引起的大豆锈病是热带、亚热带地区大豆的主要病害,可造成大豆严重减产。了解大豆锈菌的侵染特征有利于更好地开展抗锈育种研究。本研究利用番红固绿、DAPI(4′,6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚)、荧光增白剂和麦胚凝集素WGA488(wheat germ agglutinin,Alexa Fluor^(TM)488 conjugate)四种染料对接种锈菌叶片进行染色观察,比较4种染色方法的效果。结果显示:采用番红固绿染色可清晰地观察到叶肉组织排列特征、孢子堆和新生夏孢子等;DAPI染色适于观察细胞核的状态和数量;荧光增白剂可将菌丝和植物细胞明确区分开,利于观察孢子入侵以及菌丝在叶肉组织内的分布特征;WGA488染料只能使真菌着色,适合观察菌丝在叶肉组织中扩展的整体性和连续性。根据研究目的及需要选取适合的染色方法,有助于精准地掌握大豆锈菌的显微结构特征及其侵染过程。

The anaerobic acid production experiments were conducted with the pretreated kitchen waste under pH *** results showed that pH 8 was considered to be the most suitable condition for acid production,especially for the formation of acetic acid and propionic *** average value of total volatile fatty acid at pH 8 was 8814 mg COD/L,1.5 times of that under blank *** average yield of acetic acid and propionic acid was 3302 mg COD/L and 2891 mg COD/L,*** activities of key functional enzymes such as phosphotransacetylase,acetokinase,oxaloacetate transcarboxylase and succinylcoA transferase were all *** further explore the regulatory mechanisms within the system,the distribution of microorganisms at different levels in the fermentation system was obtained by microbial sequencing,results indicating that the relative abundances of Clostridiales,Bacteroidales,Chloroflexi,Clostridium,Bacteroidetes and Propionibacteriales,which were great contributors for the hydrolysis and acidification,increased rapidly at pH 8 compared with the blank ***,the proportion of genes encoding key enzymes was generally increased,which further verified the mechanism of hydrolytic acidification and acetic acid production of organic matter under pH regulation.

Background Laparoscopic splenectomy （LS） has been considered as the standard approach to remove a normal-sized spleen, but it is facing technical challenges when applied to splenomegaly. Hand-assisted laparoscopic technique was designed to facilitate the performance of difficult laparoscopic procedure. This study was aimed to evaluate the efficacy and superiority of hand-assisted laparoscopic splenectomy （HALS） for splenomegaly. Methods From November 1994 to January 2006, 36 patients with splenomegaly （final spleen weight 〉700 g） were treated with laparoscopic operations for splenectomy in our hospital. Conventional LS was performed in 16 patients （7 men and 9 women, group 1） and HALS in the other 20 patients （12 men and 8 women, group 2）. The patients＇ features, intraoperative details and the postoperative outcomes in the both groups were compared. Results The both groups were comparable in the terms of patient＇s age （（38±12） years vs （43±14）years, P〉0.05）, the greatest splenic diameter （（24±5）cm vs （27±7）cm, P〉0.05）, preoperative platelet count （（118±94）×10^9/L vs （97±81）×10^9/L P〉0.05） and diagnosis. Compared with LS group, operation time （（195±71） minutes vs （141±64） minutes, P〈0.05） was shorter, intraoperative blood loss （（138±80）ml VS （86±45）ml, P〈0.05） and conversion rate （4/16 vs 0/20, P〈0.05） were lower, but hospital stay （（5.3±3.8） days vs （7.4±1.6） days, P〈0.05） was longer in HALS group. There was no significant difference in the aspects of intraoperative and postoperative complication rate （2/16 vs 0/20, P〉0.05） or recovery time of gastrointestinal function （（16.3±11.6） hours vs （18.7±8.1）hours, p〉0.05） between the two groups. Conclusions In the cases of splenomegaly, HALS significantly facilitates the surgical procedure and reduces the operational risk, while maintaining the advantages of conventional LS. HALS is more feasible and more effective than conventional LS for the removal of splenomegaly of splenomegaly.

Catalytic destruction is an ascendant technology for the abatement of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)originating fromsolvent-based industrial *** varied composition tends to influence each VOC’s catalytic behavior in the reaction *** investigated the catalytic destruction of multi-component VOCs including dichloromethane(DCM)and ethyl acetate(EA),as representatives from pharmaceutical waste gases,over co-supported HxPO_(4)-RuOx/CeO_(2) catalyst.A mutual inhibitory effect relating to concentrations because of competitive adsorption was verified in the binary VOCs oxidation and EA posed a more negative effect on DCM oxidation owing to EA’s superior adsorption *** adsorption of EA on acidic sites(HxPO_(4)/CeO_(2))promoted DCM activation on basic sites(O^(2−))and the dominating EA oxidation blocked DCM’s access to oxidation centers(RuOx/CeO_(2)),resulting in boosted monochloromethane yield and increased chlorine deposition for DCM *** impaired redox ability of Ru species owing to chlorine deposition in turn jeopardized deep oxidation of EA and its by-products,leading to increased gaseous by-products such as acetic acid originating fromEA ***,DCM at low concentration slightly promoted EA conversion at low temperatures with or without water,consistent with the enhanced EA adsorption in co-adsorption *** was mainly due to that DCM impeded the shielding effect of hydrolysate deposition from rapid EA hydrolysis depending on the decreased ***,water benefited EA hydrolysis but decreased CO_(2) selectivity while the generated water derived from EA was likely to affect DCM *** work may provide theoretical guidance for the promotion of applied catalysts toward industrial applications.
