The Xiaolangdi Hydro-Project is one of the large projects on the main stem of the Middle Yellow River. It has been operated for more than 10 years, since its impoundment in October, 1999. The reservoir has trapped 2.833 × 10^9 m3 of sediment, and caused the total erosion of 1.891 × 10^9t in the Lower Yellow River from October, 1999 through October, 2010. Not only the serious atrophied situation of the Lower Yellow River （LYR） has been resuscitating, but also many new phenomena of sediment transport and behaviors of channel re-establishing are coming into being. They are illustrated and discussed in detail in this paper.

焙炒工艺对葵花籽仁油风味及微观结构的影响

以葵花籽仁为原料制备葵花籽仁油。在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验优化葵花籽仁油的焙炒工艺,并对其挥发性物质和微观结构进行分析。结果表明:最佳焙炒工艺为焙炒温度150℃、焙炒时间30 min、入榨水分含量3.5%,在此条件下制备的葵花籽仁油含有56种挥发性物质,其中吡嗪、醛类物质含量较高。微观结构分析表明,焙炒过程中细胞结构完整性被破坏,结晶度降低,蛋白质类和糖类物质含量增加。

Study on Floral and Pollen Characters of Tetraploid Rice

Polyploidization is the evolution trend of many crops, and the yield increased obviously after polyploidization. The polyploidization of rice often brings ＂gigas＂ of both vegetative organs and seeds. Howevere, in rice breeding, it is required for restoring lines to have not only big anthers but also abundant pollens. People often doubt that the enlargement of the floral organ may just be enlargement of cell size in polyploid rice. So, it is of significance to study characteristics of floral organs and pollens of several tetraploid rice varieties or lines. Floral organ and pollen characteristics of Sg99012 and HN2026 were studied comparatively by stages and different ploidy levels, with the materials 9311, HD9802S, and PA64S as the control. The results showed that chromosome doubling had much more influence on floral characteristics of every lines than seeding by stages, and the tetraploids of every lines displayed ＂gigas＂. In correlation analysis, spikelet length, spikelet width, and anther length had significant correlation; spikelet width and anther width had significant correlation, too. Both seeding by stages and chromosome doubling made the correlations of characters between every floral organ changed to some extent. Seeding by stages had little effect on pollen diameter and fertility of HN2026-4X and Sg99012-4X. But chromosome doubling increased pollen size of every lines remarkably, and also increased the pollen quantity of PMeS （polyploid meiosis stability） restoring line HN2026-4X and gene map restoring line 9311-4X remarkably, whereas only had little effect on that of sterile lines. Moreover, chromosome doubling changed pollen fertility and made the number of fertility pollen of 9311 reduced significantly, but the pollen fertility of HN2026 （PMeS restoring line） and PA64S （sterile line） almost had no change after chromosome doubling. A novel approach was developed for the determination of ultratrace amounts of copper in water samples by using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry （ETAAS） after cloud point extraction （ CPE ）. 1-（ 2-Pyridylazo ） -2- naphthol was used as the chelating reagent and Triton X-114 as the mieellar-forming surfactant. CPE was conducted in a pH 8. 0 medium at 40 ℃ for 10 rain. After the separation of the phases by contrifugafion, the surfactant-rieh phase was diluted with 1 mL of a methanol solution of 0. 1 mol/L HNO3. Then 20μL of the diluted surfactant-rieh phase was injected into the graphite furnace for atomization in the absence of any matrix modifier. Various experimental conditions that affect the extraction and atomization processes were optimized. A detection limit of 5 ng/L was obtained after preconeentration. The linear dynamic range of the copper mass concentration was found to be 0-2.0 ng/mL, and the relative standard deviation was found to be less than 3. 1% for a sample containing 1.0 ng/mL Cu （ Ⅱ ）. This developed method was successfully applied to the determination of uhratraee amounts of Cu in drinking water, tap water, and seawater samples.

Learning and memory not only provide the foundations of cognition, but are also closely related to sensory and motor function. Neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease are accompanied by deficits in synaptic function and cognition to varying degrees. The discovery of long-term potentiation (LTP) of hippocampal synaptic transmission, which has been recognized as a classical model of learning and memory at the cellular level, has spurred substantial progress in the development of cognitive enhancers in the past 20 years. Following intensive investigations into LTP, a variety of compounds and biologically active substances have been found to modulate hippocampal LTP via numerous molecular mechanisms including regulating presynaptic neurotransmitter release, postsynaptic N-methyl D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor activity, postsynaptic signal transduction and gene transcription. This review focuses on the progress of investigations into the overarching mechanisms of LTP, the drugs modulating LTP and prospects for the development of new drugs for treating cognitive impairments in the future.

We prove a Maschke type theorem for Doi-Hopf π-modules. A sufficient condition for having a Maschke type property is that there exists a suitable total integral map for the Doi-Hopf π-modules in question. The applications of the results are considered. Finally, As an application of the existence of total integral, we prove that α∈π Ca A is a generator in the category π-Cu（H）A.

Studies on the Growth Habits and Characteristics of Two Polyploid Indica-Japonica Hybrid Rice with Powerful Heterosis

Based on a series of polyploid indica-japonica hybrid plant lines obtained from a new breeding strategy of using double predominance of wide cross and polyploidization to breed super flee, two polyploid indica-japonica hybrids, PSR073 and PSR120 were studied in their growth periods to show the powerful heterosis in a larger scale and to study the characteristics of polyploid indica-japonica hybrids more elaborately. The leaf age, tiller growth, flowering habits, and agronomic traits of them were observed to analyze their growth habits and characteristics. The results showed that *** traits of PSR073 and PSR120, such as the plant height, panicle length, grain length, grain width, and 1000-grain weight, all acquired obvious predominance of polyploidy, and that the seed setting rate was more than 83%. No significant difference was observed between the two tetraploids and common diploids in the leaf age, tiller growth, and flowering habits. It was concluded that the characteristics of the two powerful heterosis polyploid hybrids were different from those of the polyploid rice reported earlier. Wide cross and polyploidization had no negative effects on their growth habits and characteristics; on the contrary these had powerful heterosis. This had provided theoretic and practical evidences for their application to agricultural production.
