Western Sichuan and its vicinity are located in the juncture of three big active blocks, namely, the Chuandian （Sichuan and Yunnan）, the Bayan Har and the South China blocks, on the eastern margin of the Qinghai-Xizang（Tibet） Plateau. Many groups of active faults that are capable of generating earthquakes are developed there. Because there exist lateral secondary active faults, the Chuandian block can be further divided into the central Yumlan and northwestern Sichuan sub-blocks; while the Longmenshan sub-block can be divided on the east end of the Bayan Har block. Joint exploration of deep crustal structure shows that there exist low-velocity and high-conductivity layers in the crust of the Chuandian and Bayan Har blocks, which are one of the important factors that make the upper crust prone to earthquake. The results of geological study and modern GPS observation show that blocks of different orders all have SE- or SSE-trending sliding, clockwise rotation and upwelling movement; but there are some differences in amplitude. This paper has also given the geological or GPS slip rates of main active fault zones and discussed the main scientific problems still existing now.

Phytohormones,epigenetic regulation and environmental factors regulate fruit ripening but their interplay during strawberry fruit ripening remains to be *** this study,bagged strawberry fruit exhibited delayed ripening compared with fruit grown in normal light,correlating with reduced abscisic acid(ABA) *** of the key ABA catabolism gene,ABA 8′-hydroxylase FaCYP707A4,was induced in bagged *** light exclusion whole genome DNA methylation levels were up-regulated,corresponding to a delayed ripening process,while DNA methylation levels in the promoter of FaCYP707A4 were suppressed,correlating with increases in transcript and decreased ABA *** indicated FaCRY1,a blue light receptor repressed in bagged fruit and FaAGO4,a key protein involved in RNA-directed DNA methylation,could bind to the promoter of *** interaction between FaCRY1 and FaAGO4,and an increased enrichment of FaAGO4 directed to the FaCYP707A4 promoter in fruit grown under light suggests FaCRY1 may influence FaAGO4 to modulate the DNA methylation status of the FaCYP707A4 ***,transient overexpression of FaCRY1,or an increase in FaCRY1 transcription by blue light treatment,increases the methylation level of the FaCYP707A4 promoter,while transient RNA interference of FaCRY1 displayed opposite *** findings reveal a mechanism by which DNA methylation influences ABA catabolism,and participates in light-mediated strawberry ripening.

华北克拉通破坏区是历史破坏性地震频发区,震源机制解和地震地表破裂带等反映出历史地震的发震断层为新生走滑断层,很难用地壳的伸展构造系统来合理解释.首先对1679年三河-平谷M8.0级地震的大厂隐伏凹陷西边界夏垫断裂进行高分辨率地震勘探和上盘钻孔地层进行标定,然后在河套断陷盆地带大青山南麓晚更新世湖相地层中识别出2期角度不整合面(UC1和UC2),并进行了系统测年,综合近年来活动断层比例尺填图和城市活动断层探测成果,明确指出,在华北克拉通破坏区,代表新生代早期地壳伸展运动的铲形正断层的活动性在上新世至第四纪早期逐渐减弱,到晚更新世早期基本停止活动;晚更新世中期以来大青山构造运动为华北克拉通破坏区最新一期构造运动,主要表现为区域剪切应变条件下新生走滑断层形成和扩展,并伴随相关地震活动.最新构造运动的主要动力来源于青藏高原物质东向挤出,以及其对鄂尔多斯块体西南缘强烈东向推挤作用.这些新认识对深化华北克拉通破坏区地震发震机理研究,理解板内最新变形动力学,均具有十分重要的科学价值.

针对当前各平台接入船舶自动识别系统(AIS)提供水上船舶信息服务所面临的海量数据二维显示、加载数据冗余、种类单一等问题,本文提出了一种优化的AIS船舶三维可视化制图综合关键方法。该方法从AIS船舶三维可视化处理、动态数据解析、依比例显示加载技术、船舶属性可视化等方面进行阐述,提高了AIS数据的加载、更新速度,以及船舶识别度;运用制图综合的方法,科学地处理了不同显示比例尺下AIS数据与其他图面要素的屏幕载荷量,有效提升了船舶种类的识别度与合理美观的可视化效果。

With the dawn of organ donation after a citizen's death in China,the use of split-liver transplantation(SLT)can effectively increase the source of donor liver,reduce the waiting time for organ transplantation in patients,and particularly solve the problem of organ shortage in *** recent years,many transplantation centers have been performing SLT to varying degrees and *** the current stage,the experiences of countries with advanced transplantation techniques should be used to establish an SLT consensus that is suitable for China to further increase the ratio and efficacy of *** this paper,we combined expert experiences to generate an SLT expert consensus that included donor and donor liver evaluation,recipient selection criteria,donor and recipient matching,selection of splitting form and tools,blood vessels and bile ducts dissection and allocation,perioperative management of SLT,and organ allocation.

为了有效动用强水敏性稠油油藏储量,在室内试验的基础上,利用油藏数值模拟技术开展了强水敏稠油油藏的动用界限研究。对比评价了天然能量开发、常规注水、注蒸汽吞吐及蒸汽驱等开发方式的开发效果,对各种开发方式的转化时机进行了优化,并确定井距为283m,注汽强度为200t/m,初步形成了强水敏稠油油藏的开发技术政策界限。在王庄油田郑36块沙一段进行应用后,累积产油量为17.9×104t,实现了强水敏稠油油藏大规模工业化开发。
