Features and trends of the environmental change in the arid areas in Central Asia

RS-monitoring index systems of ecological environment changes at a large scale, based on empirical data and trends in environmental change in Central Asia, are developed using NOAA and MODIS data. Moreover, with the help of mathematical statistics and GIS spatial analysis, the degrees, hazards and distribution extent of various possible ecological problems are discussed, environmental changes in Central Asia in 1.90 and 2.05 are separately evaluated, and dynamic changes in the environment in Central Asia over a 1.-year period are analyzed. The results reveal that during the 1.-year period from 1.90 to 2.05, areas of degenerated vegetation in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kirghizstan and Tadzhikistan were enlarged by 0.069×1.5 km2. 0.081.1.5 km2. 0.2.6×1.5 km2. 0.02.×1.5 km2.and 0.1.2.1.5 km2. respectively. The ecological environment in Central Asia was in the state of significant degeneration and even deterioration. This study proves that NOAA and MODIS data can be used to successfully monitor the environment and provide useful results.

The continually-discovered large volumes of marine hydrocarbons indicate a huge exploration potential within the carbonate rocks of Ordovician in the Tarim Basin,northwestern *** Middle-Upper Ordovician(O2.3)carbonate source rocks are at a highly mature *** rocks presently contain a low amount of total organic carbon(TOC_(pd)≤0.5%)(TOC_(pd) means the present-day TOC).A mass balance approach is used to identify the source rocks that have expelled *** characteristics and origin of hydrocarbon expulsion from low-TOC_(pd) source rocks are studied,which are significant for oil exploration in the *** results showed that a low-TOC_(pd) O2.3 source rock having expelled hydrocarbons was type I and had a very narrow oil *** a high rock maturity and a high original TOC(TOCo)value exceeding 1.,nearly 80%of the generated hydrocarbons were *** content of gammacerane and C2. steranes in the oil and source rock extracts were relatively lean,with a V-shaped distribution of regular steranes,suggesting a possible genetic relation between the low-TOC_(pd) source rocks and the marine oil in the Tabei *** planktonic algae or acritarchs were the main hydrocarbon parent materials,distributed in the subsiding platform-slope *** matter was preserved under reducing conditions,and source rocks were formed with a favorable kerogen type and a moderate hydrocarbon generation *** study illustrates the hydrocarbon expulsion of low TOC_(pd) source rocks in northern Tarim Basin,which is greatly significant for analyzing the genesis of marine crude oil in Tarim Basin,and evaluating the distribution of marine source *** research method is theoretically significant for oil and gas exploration in the same type of highlymature carbonate paleobasins.

Metastatic pancreatic cancer(mPC)has a dismal ***,we conducted a prospective,multicentre,single-arm,phase II trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of penpulimab and anlotinib in combination with nab-paclitaxel/gemcitabine(PAAG)in patients with first-line mPC(NCT05493995).The primary endpoints included the objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR),while secondary endpoints encompassed progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and *** 66 patients analysed for efficacy,the best response,indicated by the ORR,was recorded at 50.0%(33/66)(95%CI,37.4–62.6%),with 33 patients achieving partial response(PR).Notably,the DCR was 95.5%(63/66,95%CI,87.3–99.1.).The median PFS(mPFS)and OS(mOS)were 8.8(95%CI,8.1.1..6),and 1..7(95%CI,1.0}4 to not reached)months,*** 3/4 treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)were reported in 39.4%of patients(2./66).In prespecified exploratory analysis,patients with altered SWI/SNF complex had a poorer ***,low serum CA72. level,high T-cell recruitment,low Th1. cell recruitment,and high NK CD56dim cell scores at baseline were potential predicative biomarkers for more favourable *** conclusion,PAAG as a first-line therapy demonstrated tolerability with promising clinical efficacy for *** biomolecular findings identified in this study possess the potential to guide the precise clinical application of the triple-combo regimen.

The crystallization of chiral molecules is of great significance to understand the origin and evolution of hierarchical chirality and reveal the relationships between structural chirality and circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)***,we report two pairs of chiral metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)(DCF-1./LCF-1.,DCF-1./LCF-1.)by utilizing tetradentate ligands tetra(3-imidazoylphenyl)ethylene(TIPE)and 4,4'-[4',5'-bis[4-(4-pyridinyl)phenyl][1.1.:2.,1.-terphenyl]-4,4”-diyl]bis[pyridine](TPPP)as *** can be observed that the spontaneous resolution of the achiral ligands is converted into the induced resolution,and the ligands form the absolute configuration by using enantiopure camphoric acid(cam)as chiral induced reagent(CIR).As a result,the racemate MOFs can be driven to generate absolute homochiral *** two achiral MOFs[Cd(D-cam)(TPPP)_(0.5)](AF-1.AF=achiral framework)and[Cd(L-cam)(TPPP)_(0.5)](AF-2.were *** position disorder of D/L-cam skeleton causes the generation of nonchiralization,further leading to disappearance of symmetry breaking of *** the perspective of structure,this is the first report which reveals the chiral transfer and nonchiralization between chiral induced agents and tetradentate ***,DCF-1. and LCF-1. show CPL with luminescence dissymmetry factor(glum)of–1.0×1.^(-2.and+9.2.1.^(–3),*** work provides the useful evidences to reveal the induced chiral crystallization and the construction of CPL-active crystalline materials.

分别对神华煤和神华煤直接液化残渣的水蒸气和CO2.化反应性进行了研究。结果表明,水蒸气气化反应中,煤半焦的反应性强于残渣半焦;CO2.化反应中,残渣半焦的反应性强于煤半焦。这主要是影响煤和残渣水蒸气和CO2.化反应性的关键因素不同。水蒸气气化反应受煤化程度的影响较大,而CO2.化反应受煤化程度的影响较小,受矿物质催化作用的影响大。
