A new planar split dual gate （PSDG） MOSFET device, its characteristics and experimental results, as well as the three dimensional device simulations, are reported here for the first time. Both theoretical calculation and 3D simulation, as well as the experiment data, show that the two independent split dual gates can provide dynamical control of the device characteristics, such as threshold voltage （Vt） and sub-threshold swing （SS）, as well as the device saturated current. The PSDG MOSFET transistor leakage current （loft） can be reduced as much as 78% of the traditional single gate MOSFET. The PSDG is fabricated and fully compatible with our conventional 0.18 μm logic process flow.

An internal-external fixator for stabilization in three cases with unstable pelvic fractures were reported. Compared with external fixation, the internal-external fixator, which is placed in the subcutaneous layer, decreased the risk of pin-track infection, pin site pain, and bowel obstruction; meanwhile, it had the advantage of external fixation： it was easy to apply, controlled damage, and resulted in minimal injury.

Zinc metabolism at the cellular level is critical for many biological processes in the body.A key observation is the disruption of cellular homeostasis,often coinciding with disease *** an essential factor in maintaining cellular equilibrium,cellular zinc has been increasingly spotlighted in the context of disease *** research suggests zinc’s involvement in promoting malignancy and invasion in cancer cells,despite its low tissue *** has led to a growing body of literature investigating zinc’s cellular metabolism,particularly the functions of zinc transporters and storage mechanisms during cancer *** transportation is under the control of two major transporter families:SLC30(ZnT)for the excretion of zinc and SLC39(ZIP)for the zinc ***,the storage of this essential element is predominantly mediated by metallothioneins(MTs).This review consolidates knowledge on the critical functions of cellular zinc signaling and underscores potential molecular pathways linking zinc metabolism to disease progression,with a special focus on *** also compile a summary of clinical trials involving zinc *** the main localization of zinc transporters at the cell membrane,the potential for targeted therapies,including small molecules and monoclonal antibodies,offers promising avenues for future exploration.

Cancer remains a major cause of mortality worldwide,and urological cancers are the most common cancers among *** therapeutic agents have been used to treat urological cancer,leading to improved survival for ***,this has been accompanied by an increase in the frequency of survivors with cardiovascular complications caused by anticancer medica***,we propose the novel discipline of uro-cardio-oncology,an evolving subspecialty focused on the complex interactions between cardiovascular disease and urological *** this comprehensive review,we discuss the various cardiovascular toxicities induced by different classes of antineoplastic agents used to treat urological cancers,including androgen deprivation therapy,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors,immune checkpoint inhibitors,and *** addition,we discuss possible mechanisms underlying the cardiovascular toxicity associated with anticancer therapy and outline strategies for the surveillance,diagnosis,and effective management of cardiovascular compli***,we provide an analysis of future perspectives in this emerging specialty,identifying areas in need of further research.

In recent years,a great deal of attention has been focused on the environmental impact of plastics,includ-ing the carbon emissions related to plastics,which has promoted the application of biodegradable *** worldwide have shown high interest in replacing traditional plastics with biodegradable ***,no systematic comparison has been conducted on the carbon emissions of biodegrad-able versus traditional plastic *** study evaluates the carbon emissions of traditional and biodegradable plastic products(BPPs)over four stages and briefly discusses environmental and economic *** scenarios-namely,the traditional method,chemical recycling,industrial composting,and anaerobic digestion-are considered for the disposal of waste BPPs(WBPPs).The analysis takes China as a case *** results show that the carbon emissions of 1000traditional plastic products(plastic bags,lunch boxes,cups,etc.)were52.09-150.36 carbon emissions equivalent of per kilogram(kg CO_(2)eq),with the stage of plastic production contributing 50.71%-50.77%.In comparison,1000 similar BPPs topped out at 21.06-56.86 kg CO_(2)eq,approximately 13.53%-62.19%lower than traditional plastic *** difference was mainly at the stages of plastic production and waste disposal,and the BPPs showed significant carbon reduction potential at the raw material acquisition *** disposal plays an important role in environmental impact,and composting and anaerobic digestion are considered to be preferable disposal methods for ***,the high cost of biodegradable plastics is a challenge for their widespread *** study has important reference significance for the sustainable development of the biodegradableplastics industry.

Leptosphaeria maculans is a serious concern for canola production *** effective disease management,knowledge of the pathogen’s genetic variability and population structure is a *** this study,whole-genome sequencing was performed for 162 of 1590 *** isolates collected in the years 2007e2008 and 2012e2014 in Western *** variants in genome-wide and specific regions including avirulence(Avr)genes were characterized.A total of 31,870 high-quality polymorphic DNA variants were used to study *** genetic diversity and population *** analysis showed that 150 isolates were clustered into 2 main groups and 4 subgroups by DNA variants located in either Avr or small secreted protein-encoding genes and into 2 main groups and 6 subgroups by genome-wide *** analysis of nucleotide diversity and differentiation also confirmed genetic variation within a population and among *** component analysis with genome-wide variants showed that the isolates collected in 2012e2014 were more genetically diverse than those collected in *** structure analysis discovered three distinct *** isolates from Saskatchewan and Alberta were of similar genetic composition,Manitoba isolates were highly ***-wide association study detected DNA variants in genes AvrLm4-7,Lema_T86300,and Lema_T86310 associated with the years of collection.
