The compressed ready-only-memory （ROM） file system （CramFS） has been widely used in Linux-based devices. However, it is a read-only filesystem which can not meet the requirement of today＇s smart mobile devices because most of them require updating the software on the air （OTA）. This paper presents a design and implementation of write-enabled CramFS which only introduces minor architecture changes and very limited space filesystems also proves the feasibility of this solution. cost. The modified version of Yahalom protocol improved by Burrows, Abradi, and Needham （BAN） still has security drawbacks. This study analyzed such flaws in a detailed way from the point of strand spaces, which is a novel method of analyzing protoeol＇s security. First, a mathematical model of BAN-Yahalom protocol is constructed. Second, penetrators＇ abilities are restricted with a rigorous and formalized definition. Moreover, to increase the security of this protocol against potential attackers in practice, a further improvement is made to the protocol. Future application of this re-improved protocol is also discussed.

Rapid and large area acquisition of nitrogen(N)deficiency status is important for achieving the optimal fertilization of *** existing studies,however,focus on the use of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)remote sensing to diagnose N nutrition in rice,while there are fewer studies on the quantitative description of the degree of N deficiency in rice,and the effects of the critical N concentration on the spectral changes in rice have rarely been ***,based on the canopy spectral data obtained by remotely-sensed UAV hyperspectral images,the N content in rice was obtained through field *** construction method of the rice curve for the northeastern critical N concentration was studied,and on this basis,N deficiency was *** the spectrum of the critical N concentration state as the standard spectrum,the spectral reflectivity data were transformed by the ratios and differences,and the feature extraction of the spectral data was carried out by the successive projections algorithm(SPA).Finally,by taking the characteristic band as the input variable and N deficiency as the output variable,a set of multivariate linear regression(MLR),long short-term memory(LSTM)inversion models based on extreme learning machine(ELM),and the nondominated sorting genetic algorithmⅢextreme learning machine(NSGA-Ⅲ-ELM)were *** results showed two key aspects of this system:1)The correlation between the N deficiency data and original spectrum was poor,but the correlation between the N deficiency data and N deficiency could be improved by a difference change and ratio transformation;2)The inversion results based on the ratio spectrum and NSGA-Ⅲ-ELM algorithm were the best,as the R2values of the training set and validation set were 0.852 and 0.810,and the root mean square error(RMSE)values were 0.291 and 0.308,*** the perspective of the spectral data,the inversion accuracy of the ratio spectrum was better than the accuracy of the original s

AIM: To explore the efficacy and mechanism of a novel therapeutic method of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with refractory cirrhotic ascites complicated with azotemia. METHODS: Seventy-five cases of refractory cirrhotic ascites complicated with azotemia were randomly divided into 3 groups: comprehensive treatment (n = 29), simple treatment (n = 24), and control (n = 22). The basic treatment methods were the same in all groups, including liver protecting medicines, diuretics and supportive drugs. The control group underwent only the basic treatment. Shehuang Paste (SHP) was applied to the navels of the two treatment groups once a day for 30 d. Colon dialysis with Chinese herbs was administered to the comprehensive treatment group once every two days. Before and after treatment, we measured abdominal circumference, BUN, Cr, serum Na+, urine Na+/K+, liver function, endotoxin content, NO, and ET-1. Color Doppler ultrasonography was conducted to measure the portal vein blood flow. RESULTS: The total effective rate for ascites was 72.4% in the comprehensive treatment group, 45.8% in the simple treatment, contrasting with 18.2% in the controls. Between the two treatment groups and the controls, there were significant differences in the effective rates (P 0.05).

Background Breast conserving surgery （BCS） has been the standard surgical procedure for the treatment of early breast cancer. Endoscopic subcutaneous mastectomy （ESM） plus immediate reconstruction with implants is an emerging procedure. The objective of this prospective study was to evaluate the clinical outcomes of these two surgical procedures in our clinical setting. Methods From March 2004 to October 2007, 43 patients with breast cancer underwent ESM plus axillary lymph node dissection and immediate reconstruction with implants, while 54 patients underwent BCS. The clinical and pathological characteristics, surgical safety, and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the age, clinical stage, histopathologic type of tumor, operative blood loss, postoperative drainage time, and postoperative complications between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. The postoperative complications were partial necrosis of the nipple and superficial skin flap in the ESM patients, and hydrops in the axilla and residual cavity in the BCS patients. There was no significant difference in the rate of satisfactory postoperative cosmetic outcomes between the ESM （88.4%, 38/43） and BCS （92.6%, 50/54） patients （P 〉0.05）. During follow-up of 6 months to 4 years, all patients treated with ESM were disease-free, but 3 patients who underwent BCS had metastasis or recurrence -- one of these patients died of multiple organ metastasis. Conclusions After considering the wide indications for use, high surgical safety, and favorable cosmetic outcomes, we conclude that ESM plus axillary lymph node dissection and immediate reconstruction with implants -- the new surgery of choice for breast cancer -- warrants serious consideration as the prospective next standard surgical procedure.

目的比较晶体停搏液与含血停搏液在成人心脏手术心肌保护的效果，为优化心肌保护策略提供理论依据。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆（2011年第3期）、MEDLINE、EMBase、PubMed、HighWire、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）及中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）等中外生物医学数据库，收集关于比较晶体与含血停搏液在成人心脏手术中心肌保护的效果的临床随机对照试验，检索日期为1985年1月至2011年12月。按Cochrane系统评价方法，评价所纳入研究的文献质量，并提取有效数据后采用RevMan5．1软件进行meta分析。结果纳入16项研究，共计3934例患者，其中含血停搏液组2004例，晶体停搏液组1930例。各研究间无统计学异质性，采用固定效应模型。Meta分析显示：晶体停搏液与含血停搏液组在术后30d病死率（OR=1．11，95％CI：0．59～2．08，P=0．74）、术后低心排血量综合征发生率（OR=0．98，95％CI：0．41～2．33，P=0．85）、围手术期心肌梗死发生率（OR=0．85，95％CI：0．55—1．29，P=0．44）、术后正性肌力药物使用率（OR=1．05，95％CI：0．81—1．38，P=0．70）方面，差异均无统计学意义。结论在中低风险择期成人心脏手术中，含血停搏液与晶体停搏液心肌保护效果无差异。

目的探讨小分子干扰RNA(siRNA)对绒毛膜癌(绒癌)细胞中人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)基因表达的影响,了解HLA-G基因在绒癌发生、发展中的作用。方法设计并合成HLA-GsiRNA,分为两组。实验组以不同浓度(分别为1.0、2.5、5.0μg/L,下同)的HLA-GsiRNA转染HLA-G基因高表达的绒癌细胞系JEG-3细胞,对照组以等量阴性对照siRNA转染JEG-3细胞。实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测转染后JEG-3细胞中HLA-GmRNA的表达,HLA-GmRNA的表达以PCR循环数阈值(Ct值)表示;蛋白印迹法测定JEG-3细胞中HLA-G蛋白的表达;显微镜观察并计数转染后存活的JEG-3细胞数。结果HLA-GsiRNA转染JEG-3细胞后,明显下调JEG-3细胞中HLA-GmRNA及蛋白的表达水平。实验组不同浓度的HLA-GsiRNA转染后,JEG-3细胞的Ct值[分别为(20.67±0.02)、(21.37±0.03)、(21.43±0.02)个循环数],分别与对照组[分别为(20.33±0.01)、(20.37±0.02)、(20.40±0.03)个循环数]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上述浓度转染后,实验组JEG-3细胞的HLA-G蛋白表达水平[分别为0.42±0.03、0.37±0.02、0.12±0.04],分别与对照组[分别为1.69±0.23、1.62±0.31、1.36±0.22]比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组JEG-3细胞生长较对照组明显受到抑制(P<0.05)。结论HLA-GsiRNA可以下调HLA-GmRNA及蛋白的表达水平,抑制细胞生长,表明HLA-G基因在绒癌的发生、发展中具有重要作用。
