This paper aims to enhance the compression capacity of underwater cylindrical shells by adopting the corrugated sandwich structure of *** cuttlebone suffers uniaxial external compression,while underwater cylindrical shells are in a biaxial compressive stress *** suit the biaxial compressive stress state,a novel bidirectional corrugated sandwich structure is proposed to improve the bearing capacity of cylindrical *** static and buckling analysis for the sandwich shell and the unstiffened cylindrical shell with the same volume-weight ratio are studied by numerical *** is indicated that the proposed sandwich shell can effectively reduce the ratio between circumferential and axial stress from 2 to 1.25 and improve the critical buckling load by about 1.63 *** simulation shows that optimizing and adjusting the structural parameters could significantly improve the advantage of the sandwich ***,the hydrostatic pressure tests for shell models fabricated by 3D printing are carried *** to the experimental results,the overall failure position of the sandwich shell is at the center part of the sandwich *** has been found the average critical load of the proposed sandwich shell models exceeds two times that of the unstiffened shell ***,the proposed bio-inspired bidirectional corrugated sandwich structure can significantly enhance the pressure resistance capability of cylindrical shells.

人机协同裁量是行政裁量数字化发展的新趋势。人机协同裁量的建构逻辑在于，通过人类与机器在行政裁量中的交互式合作，促进二者优势互补，实现行政裁量效用的最大化。现阶段人工智能技术应用已基本实现利用机器优势提高人类裁量效率性、科学性的目标，如何以人类优势弥补机器裁量僵化、缺乏同理心等不足，是进一步探索与推进人机协同裁量的重要内容，技术原理上可通过“人在回路内”(HITL)和“人在回路上”(HOTL)两种形式实现。但人机协同裁量并非毫无风险，人机共存未必能够真正实现“协同”,甚至可能逆向催生行政主体内部人的自主性弱化，决策中机器错误的隐蔽性增强以及裁量程序效率减弱等风险，应在确保人的主导性地位、强化人对机器错误的监督职责以及构建“HITL-HOTL”协同联动机制等制度设计上因应优化。

The total synthesis of majusculamide D(1)was achieved from commercially available *** addition,we synthesized eight analogues including three stereoisomers of majusculamide D that differ in the fatty acid *** analogues including a simplified analogue 29 exhibited significant nanomolar-level IC50 values against Panc-1 cells in MTT assays.A preliminary SAR analysis indicated that the hydroxyl group at C10 and C2−C3 unsaturated double bond of majusculamide D were essential in maintaining the high activity against Panc-1 cells and the orientation of C40-Me and C42-Me groups was tolerable.

The introduction of entropy concept into thermoelectric materials recently has attracted broad ***,we showed the phase diagram of the ternary systems of Bi_(2)Se_(3)-Sb_(2)Se_(3)-In_(2)Se_(3).Among the high entropy compounds (HECs),we have identified an intrinsic p-type region near our previously reported Bi_(0.8)Sb_(0.8)In_(0.4)Se_3 in the phase diagram.

报道1例在广东省第二中医院内分泌科诊治的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者, 基础胰岛素联合口服降糖药血糖控制不佳, 经胰岛素强化治疗后转换为德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液, 取得了良好临床疗效。患者老年女性, 因发现血糖升高3年, 口干、多饮3个月入院, 入院前使用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗, 血糖控制不佳, 糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)9.7%, 体重指数(BMI)29.97 kg/m2, 合并高血压、冠心病。经入院胰岛素泵强化治疗后调整方案为德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液20剂量单位(1次/d)起始治疗, 血糖控制良好, 葡萄糖在目标范围内时间>70%后出院。出院后随访, 5个月逐渐将德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液减量至10剂量单位(1次/d), 患者体重减轻7 kg, BMI为27.06 kg/m2, HbA1c 6.2%。患者无低血糖和明显消化道不良反应。

Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a global health concern with the acid sphingomyelinase(ASM)/ceramide(CE)pathway and the NOD-like receptor family,pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome identified as pivotal players in lipid disorders and *** study explores the interaction mechanism between the ASM/CE pathway and NLRP3 in NAFLD cell models,aiming to understand the impact of amitriptyline(Ami),an ASM inhibitor,on lipid deposition and hepatocyte injury by regulating the ASM/CE-NLRP3 ***:HepG2 and HL-7702 cells were exposed to free fatty acids(FFAs)to establish the NAFLD *** cells were divided into 5 groups:control group,model group,Ami group,tumor necrosis factoralpha(TNF-α)group,and Ami+TNF-α*** lipid droplets were visualized using Oil Red O staining,and Western blot analysis quantified ASM,NLRP3,and caspase 1 protein *** linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was measured CE and ASM levels,while qRT-PCR assessed mRNA *** apoptotic rate was evaluated by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:Following FFAs incubation,significant increases in ASM and CE levels were observed in HepG2 and HL-7702 cells,accompanied by elevated expression of NLRP3,and caspase 1,and IL-1β.TNF-αtreatment further amplified these *** demonstrated a reduction in lipid deposition,suppressed ASM/CE pathway activation,downregulated NLRP3 and caspase 1 expression,and improved ***,MCC950,a selective inhibitor of the NLRP3,mitigated NLRP3,caspase 1,and IL-1βexpression,alleviating lipid deposition and apoptosis in the NAFLD cell ***:The ASM/CE-NLRP3 pathway in NAFLD cells promotes hepatocyte steatosis,inflammation,and cell *** emerges as a promising therapeutic agent by inhibiting the ASM/CE-NLRP3 pathway,underscoring its potential as a key target for NAFLD treatment.

This paper is centered on the extent to which contemporary Chinese science fiction is related to ancient Chinese mythologies according to the previous scholarly discussion and how these ancient mythologies are utilized specifically in the futuristic narratives of modern Chinese science *** referring to academic dialogues,this paper argues that ancient mythologies can be recreated in modern science fiction and create modern mythologies in futuristic narratives to present or deal with modern human *** on this argument,this paper then continues to explore what kinds of modern mythologies science fiction might *** Chinese film The Wandering Earth(2019)will be discussed in terms of its mythological symbols and *** paper proposes a new approach through which to reconnect past stories with futuristic narratives and builds a frame in which to contextualize ancient mythologies in contemporary Chinese culture.

A novel Ni-based superalloy GH4151,with a γ′ volume fraction of about 55%and a service temperature capability up to 8oo oC,was *** to the different cooling conditions of various regions during the solidification of ingots,significant cooling rate variations may lead to the occurrence of hot *** scanning laser microscope was utilised to investigate the solidification process and phase precipitation behaviour of the GH4151 under wide range cooling *** characteristics of L→γ transformation were analysed,and the growth rates of at each stage were *** segregation behaviour was predicted using the Scheil equation,and the predicted results match well with the experimental *** sensitivity coefficient for hot cracking was modified,and cracking sensitivity coefficient values for the alloy under different cooling rates were computed,revealing that the alloy is most susceptible to hot cracking at 10℃/min cooling ***,controlling the cooling rate can reduce the possibility of hot cracking in ingot.

Aberrant changes in the gut microbiota are implicated in many diseases,including inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Gut microbes produce diverse metabolites that can shape the immune system and impact the intestinal barrier integrity,indicating that microbe-mediated modulation may be a promising strategy for preventing and treating *** fecal microbiota transplantation and probiotic supplementation are well-established IBD therapies,novel chemical agents that are safe and exert strong effects on the gut microbiota are urgently ***,we report the total synthesis of heudelotinone and the discovery of 5S-heudelotinone(an enantiomer)as a potent agent against experimental colitis that acts by modulating the gut microbiota.5S-Heudelotinone alters the diversity and composition of the gut microbiota and increases the concentration of short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs);thus,it regulates the intestinal immune system by reducing proinflammatory immune cell numbers,and maintains intestinal mucosal integrity by modulating tight junctions(TJs).Moreover,5S-heudelotinone(2)ameliorates colitis-associated colorectal cancer(CAC)in an azoxymethane(AOM)/dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced in situ carcinoma ***,these findings reveal the potential of a novel natural product,namely,5S-heudelotinone,to control intestinal inflammation and highlight that this product is a safe and effective candidate for the treatment of IBD and CAC.
