Coordination Mechanism and Empirical Research on Marine Science Technology Innovation and Marine Eco-civilization:A Case Study of Coastal Areas of China

Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology ***,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal *** the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)*** results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over *** is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine *** overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles.

Comprehensive Summary Polymer mechanochemistry on reactive species has attracted more and more attentions over the past 20 years,as the mechanochemical generation of reactive species has a great potential in developing different polymeric materials for various purposes,such as stress detection,self-healing,self-strengthening,controllable degradation and release of small *** this review,we first discuss the recent progress on polymer mechanochemistry of the reactive species that are generated from the mechanochemical reactions of *** types of reactive species,including radical,zwitterion,ionic,carbene and neutral intermediates,and their applications were reviewed in *** mechanochemical reactions are sensitive to the mechanophore structure and polymer framework,we then discuss how mechanophore isomerism,polymer structure,polymer attachment point,and polymer architecture influence the mechanophore *** last,we provide our perspectives on the polymer mechanochemistry of reactivespecies.

Effect of matrix resin components on properties of the semi-conductive shielding material for high-voltage cable

The semi-conductive shielding layer is an important part of the high-voltage cable,playing a role in uniform electric field and reducing the air gap at the *** overall performance of the cable is affected by the semi-conductive shielding layer with different base resin *** matrix resins of ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA),ethylene-ethyl acrylate(EEA)and ethylene-butyl acrylate(EBA)were used to prepare the semi-conductive shielding materials of CB/EVA,CB/EEA and CB/*** influences of different matrix resins on the chemical,electrical,thermal and mechanical properties of the shielding materials were *** results show that CB has the best dispersion in EBA resin and the worst dispersion in EEA *** temperature in-flection points of CB/EVA,CB/EEA and CB/EBA shielding materials are 90°C,100°C and 110°C,respectively,and the CB/EBA shielding material has the lowest resistivity and the weakest positive temperature coefficient effect at room *** thermal conductivity of all three matrix resins is smaller than that of the shielding material,the thermal conductivity of CB/EVA and CB/EBA shielding materials show a slow increase with temperature,and the CB/EEA shielding material is the least affected by the *** mechanical properties of the three matrix resins and the three shielding materials are EBA>EVA>EEA,among them the stress of CB/EBA shielding material is 31.0 MPa and the strain is 570%.This work has important reference significance for the selection of shielding layer matrix resin and material formulation in engineering applications.

Unsignalized intersections pose a challenge for autonomous vehicles that must decide how to navigate them safely and *** paper proposes a reinforcement learning(RL)method for autonomous vehicles to navigate unsignalized intersections safely and *** method uses a semantic scene representation to handle variable numbers of vehicles and a universal reward function to facilitate stable learning.A collision risk function is designed to penalize unsafe actions and guide the agent to avoid them.A scalable policy optimization algorithm is introduced to improve data efficiency and safety for vehicle learning at *** algorithm employs experience replay to overcome the on-policy limitation of proximal policy optimization and incorporates the collision risk constraint into the policy optimization *** proposed safe RL algorithm can balance the trade-off between vehicle traffic safety and policy learning *** intersection scenarios with different traffic situations are used to test the algorithm and demonstrate its high success rates and low collision rates under different traffic *** algorithm shows the potential of RL for enhancing the safety and reliability of autonomous driving systems at unsignalized intersections.

Sensors with a small footprint and real-time detection capabilities are crucial in robotic surgery and smart wearable *** device footprint while maintaining its high performance is a major challenge and a significant limitation to their ***,we proposed a monolithic integrated micro-scale sensor,which can be used for vector force *** sensor combines an optical source,four photodetectors,and a hemispherical silicone elastomer component on the same sapphire-based AlGaInP *** chip-scale optical coupling is achieved by employing the laser lift-off techniques and the flip-chip bonding to a processed sapphire *** hemispherical structure device can detect normal and shear forces as low as 1mN within a measurement range of 0–220 mN for normal force and 0–15 mN for shear *** packaging,the sensor is capable of detecting forces over a broader range,with measurement capabilities extending up to 10 N for normal forces and 0.2 N for shear *** has an accuracy of detecting a minimum normal force of 25 mN and a minimum shear force of 20 ***,this sensor has been validated to have a compact footprint of approximately 1.5 mm^(2),while maintaining high real-time *** also demonstrate its promising potential by combining this sensor with fine surface texture perception in the fields of compact medical robot interaction and wearable devices.

Background:Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)remains a common complication during liver transplantation(LT)in *** a key downstream effector of the Hippo pathway,Yes-associated protein(YAP)has been reported to be involved in various physiological and pathological ***,it remains elusive whether and how YAP may control autophagy activation during ***:Human liver tissues from patients who had undergone LT were obtained to evaluate the correlation between YAP and autophagy *** an in vitro hepatocyte cell line and in vivo liver-specific YAP knockdown mice were used to establish the hepatic ischemia-reperfusion models to determine the role of YAP in the activation of autophagy and the mechanism of ***:Autophagy was activated in the post-perfusion liver grafts during LT in patients,and the expression of YAP positively correlated with the autophagic level of ***-specific knockdown of YAP inhibited hepatocytes autophagy upon hypoxia-reoxygenation and HIRI(P<0.05).YAP deficiency aggravated HIRI by promoting the apoptosis of hepatocytes both in the in vitro and in vivo models(P<0.05).Attenuated HIRI by overexpression of YAP was diminished after the inhibition of autophagy with *** addition,inhibiting autophagy activation by YAP knockdown exacerbated mitochondrial damage through increasing reactive oxygen species(P<0.05).Moreover,the regulation of autophagy by YAP during HIRI was mediated by AP1(c-Jun)N-terminal kinase(JNK)signaling through binding to the transcriptional enhanced associate domain(TEAD).Conclusions:YAP protects against HIRI by inducing autophagy via JNK signaling that suppresses the apoptosis of *** Hippo(YAP)-JNK-autophagy axis may provide a novel strategy for the prevention and treatment of HIRI.

作为世界上最大的蔬菜生产国和消费国,蔬菜产业是我国“大食物观”下重要的食物保障供给体系。该研究立足于将发展蔬菜生产作为调整农业产业结构和增加农民收入重要举措的内蒙古,通过分析内蒙古蔬菜产业发展现状及面临的风险状况,进而识别内蒙古蔬菜产业保险保障体系的成效与不足,以期为内蒙古蔬菜产业发展提供参考依据。结果表明:当前内蒙古蔬菜产业保险保障体系存在着露地蔬菜保险小范围试点与大范围种植的保险需求不匹配、统一化费率与区域风险不匹配、承保机构频繁变动与保险精深细作的要求不匹配、政策性蔬菜保险的保障水平较低的问题,并提出以下措施进一步完善内蒙古蔬菜保险保障体系,扩大露地蔬菜保险试点范围,推动农牧业保险与现代农业深度融合;进行风险区划,科学设定保险费率;建立完善的农业保险机构服务考评机制,适当延长优秀保险机构的服务期限;提高政策性蔬菜保险的保障水平,助力多元化蔬菜保险供给体系建设。

The Mechanism by Which Pereskia aculeata *** Ferroptosis and Interferes with Colon Cancer Based on Network Pharmacology

[Objectives]The paper was to investigate the mechanism by which Pereskia aculeata *** ferroptosis and interferes with colon cancer using network pharmacology.[Methods]The effect of *** on HCT116 cells was observed by examining cell *** intersection of ***,colon cancer,and ferroptosis targets was determined using the Venny 2.1.0 online *** database was used to perform GO and KEGG enrichment ***_v3.10.0 was used for network mapping and PPI analysis.[Results]The observation of cell morphology indicated that *** suppressed the growth of HCT116 *** and KEGG analysis identified 67 genes involved in potential pathways,including the MAPK signaling pathway and Apoptosis,18 of which were located on the MAPK *** conducting PPI visualization analysis and ranking based on Degree values,we identified TP53,TNF,EGFR,MAPK14,and AKT1 as the top five targets with the highest Degree values.[Conclusions]*** may activate the p53 gene through the MAPK signaling pathway,inducing ferroptosis and ultimately resulting in tumor cell death.
