Personal desktop platform with teraflops peak performance of thousands of cores is realized at the price of conventional workstations using the programmable graphics processing units(GPUs).A GPU-based parallel Euler/Navier-Stokes solver is developed for 2-D compressible flows by using NVIDIA′s Compute Unified Device Architecture(CUDA)programming model in CUDA Fortran programming *** techniques of implementation of CUDA kernels,double-layered thread hierarchy and variety memory hierarchy are presented to form the GPU-based algorithm of Euler/Navier-Stokes *** resulting parallel solver is validated by a set of typical test flow *** numerical results show that dozens of times speedup relative to a serial CPU implementation can be achieved using a single GPU desktop platform,which demonstrates that a GPU desktop can serve as a costeffective parallel computing platform to accelerate computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations substantially.

On the basis of measuring the magnetic parameters of sediment in Core YDZ1, combined with a grain size analysis and Carbon-14 dating, the magnetic properties of sediment and sedimentary environment in the Huanghe（Yellow River） Delta area after the last glacial maximum have been studied. The results show that the ferrimagnetic minerals of a pseudo single domain and multi domain particles dominate the magnetic properties of sediment in Core YDZ1. The imperfect anti ferrimagnetic minerals have more contribution on sediment in a depth of 24.0–22.1 m, and more stable-single domain and pseudo single domain particles exist. The susceptibility of anhysteretic remanent magnetization and the ratio of the susceptibility of anhysteretic remanent magnetization to saturation isothermal remanent magnetization show a decrease trend below depth of 24 m, a marked increase trend in a depth of 24.0–13.5 m, and a rapid decrease at depth of 13.5 m, then a fluctuation trend upward. The above two magnetic parameters and the ratio of the susceptibility of anhysteretic remanent magnetization to the mass susceptibility can be regarded as the proxy indicators for the content of clay（〈4 μm）and the fine-grained size（〈32 μm）. The sedimentary environment after the last glacial maximum in the Huanghe Delta area has experienced the fluvial facies, the tidal flat facies, the neritic facies, the pro delta facies, the delta front facies and the floodplain facies. Thickness of the Holocene transgression layer is 10.5 m and the depth of substrate is about 24 m according to the YDZ1 core. The sedimentary dynamic has a variation trend with strongweak-strong, which has been proved by the Flemming triangular schema.

In this paper,preconditioned gridless methods are developed for solving the threedimensional(3D)Euler equations at low Mach *** preconditioned system is obtained by multiplying a preconditioning matrix of the type of Weiss and Smith to the time derivative of the 3D Euler equations,which are discretized under the clouds of points distributed in the computational domain by using a gridless *** implementations of the preconditioned gridless methods are mainly based on the frame of the traditional gridless method without preconditioning,which may fail to have convergence for flow simulations at low Mach numbers,therefore the modifications corresponding to the affected terms of preconditioning are mainly addressed in the *** explicit four-stage Runge–Kutta scheme is first applied for time integration,and the lower-upper symmetric Gauss-Seidel(LU-SGS)algorithm is then introduced to form the implicit counterpart to have the further speed up of the *** the resulting explicit and implicit preconditioned gridless methods are validated by simulating flows over two academic bodies like sphere or hemispherical headform,and transonic and nearly incompressible flows over one aerodynamic ONERA M6 *** gridless clouds of both regular and irregular points are used in the simulations,which demonstrates the ability of the method presented for coping with flows over complicated aerodynamic *** results of surface pressure distributions agree well with available experimental data or simulated solutions in the *** numerical results also show that the preconditioned gridless methods presented still functions for compressible transonic flow simulations and additionally,for nearly incompressible flow simulations at low Mach numbers as *** convergence of the implicit preconditioned gridless method,as expected,is much faster than its explicit counterpart.

We present a numerical method based on genetic algorithm combined with a fictitious domain method for a shape optimization problem governed by an elliptic equation with Dirichlet boundary condition. The technique of the immersed boundary method is incorporated into the framework of the fictitious domain method for solving the state equations. Contrary to the conventional methods, our method does not make use of the finite element discretization with obstacle fitted meshes. It conduces to overcoming difficulties arising from re-meshing operations in the optimization process. The method can lead to a reduction in computational effort and is easily programmable. It is applied to a shape reconstruction problem in the airfoil design. Numerical experiments demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.

Temporal and spatial evolution of coastline and subaqueous geomorphology in muddy coast of the Yellow River Delta

Based on measured data of coastline and bathometry, processed by softwares of Surfer and Mapinfo, and combined with sediment loads in different phases at Lijin gauging station, temporal and spatial evolution of coastline and subaqueous geomorphology in muddy coast of the Yellow River Delta is analyzed. The results show that ~68% of sediments were delivered by the Yellow River deposited around the river mouth and in the littoral area from 1953 to 2000. Coastline in different coasts had distinctive changes in response to shifts of river course. Coastline was stable in the west of the Diaokou river mouth. Coastline from the east of the Diaokou river mouth to the north of the Gudong oilfield had experienced siltation, then serious erosion, and finally kept stable with sea walls conservation. Generally, coastline of the survived river mouth of the Qingshuigou river course stretched seaward, whereas the south side of sand spit at the Qingshuigou old river mouth was eroded after the Yellow River inpouring near the position at the Qing 8. The subaqueous geomorphology off the survived river mouth exhibited siltation from 1976 to 1996, with flat topset beds and steeper foreset beds. From 1996 to 2005, the subaqueous geomorphology off the Qingshuigou old river mouth was eroded in the topset and foreset beds, but silted in the bottomset beds. The subaqueous geomorphology off the new river mouth sequentially performed siltation with small degree compared to that of 1976-1996.

With the rapid development of information technology in contemporary times,the blended teaching mode that blends online and offline courses has become an international trend in higher *** blended tourism management courses at Chongqing Three Gorges University as an example,we explored the impact of such teaching reform on student satisfaction based on the SERVPERF *** analysis of 179 valid questionnaires revealed that five elements of the reform,namely,reliability,assurance,valuableness,responsiveness,and empathy,have a significant positive impact on students’learning ***,in the context of blended courses,factors such as a stable and reliable teaching environment,comprehensively guaranteed educational conditions,teaching content that highly aligns with students’demands and value expectations,prompt responses to students’needs and feedback,and empathetic consideration of students’perspectives are critical for enhancing student *** on these conclusions,we propose several strategies and methods for improving the effectiveness of blended teaching in the hope of propelling its continuous improvement and optimization,thus further elevating the quality of higher education.

发展出一种用于求解欧拉方程的预处理隐式无网格算法.该算法对守恒型欧拉方程进行Weiss-Smith型矩阵预处理,并在无网格点云上离散求解.求解大体是基于传统无网格算法展开的,为此,先对矩阵谱半径、人工耗散项、远场边界条件等受预处理影响的部分进行了具体的讨论.接着,结合LU-SGS算法,通过点云重排与分割,给出了预处理隐式无网格算法的具体实施过程.典型翼型和机翼算例与文献或实验结果进行了验证比较,表明所发展的隐式算法比相应显式算法收敛更快,已从单纯模拟可压缩流动拓展到模拟几乎不可压的低马赫数流.最后,给出了翼身组合体的低马赫数绕流算例,进一步展示出算法处理实用三维气动外形的潜力.

1 Introduction Megaprojects are a critical aspect of socio-economic development that can have huge effects on local communities,the environment,society,politics,or locals9 way of life(Zeng et al.,2015;Denicol et al.,2020).Megaproject social responsibility(MSR)refers to “the policies and practices of stakeholders through the whole project lifecycle that reflect responsibilities for the well-being of the wide society”(Zeng et al.,2015).MSR governance refers to socially responsible actions of relevant stakeholders to alleviate and eliminate a megaprojecfs negative effects on socio-economic and environmental outcomes during the megaprojecfs entire lifecycle(Lin et al.,2017;Ma et al.,2017).
