Registrations based on the manual placement of spherical targets are still being employed by many professionals in the ***,the placement of those targets usually relies solely on personal experience without scientific evidence supported by numerical *** paper presents a comprehensive investigation,based on Monte Carlo simulation,into determining the optimal number and positions for efficient target placement in typical scenes consisting of a pair of *** demonstrates new check-up statistical rules and geometrical constraints that can effectively extract and analyze massive simulations of unregistered point clouds and their corresponding *** than 6×10^(7)sets of the registrations were simulated,whereas more than 100 registrations with real data were used to verify the results of *** results indicated that using five spherical targets is the best choice for the registration of a large typical registration site consisting of two vertical facades and a ground,when there is only a box set of spherical targets *** a result,the users can avoid placing extra targets to achieve insignificant improvements in registration *** results also suggest that the higher registration accuracy can be obtained when the ratio between the facade-to-target distance and target-to-scanner distance is approximately 3:***,the targets should be placed closer to the scanner rather than in the middle between the facades and the scanner,contradicting to the traditional ***,the results reveal that the accuracy can be increased by setting the largest projected triangular area of the targets to be large.

目的探讨IGF2/JAK2/STAT3通路在麦芽酚铝致大鼠学习记忆损害中的作用机制。方法将32只SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组和低、中、高麦芽酚铝染毒组(10、20和40μmol/kg)四组，腹腔注射，隔天染毒，连续三个月。染毒结束后，采用Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力，HE染色检测大鼠海马神经元形态。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测海马组织中IGF2 mRNA水平，Western Blotting检测海马组织中Cleaved Caspase3、IGF2、p-JAK2(Tyr1007/1008)、p-STAT3(Ser727)蛋白的相对表达水平。结果随着染铝剂量的升高，各组大鼠同一天逃避潜伏期逐渐延长，目标象限停留时间和穿越平台次数都逐渐减少(F=7.900,P=0.001;F=6.693,P=0.002)。HE染色结果显示，随着染铝剂量的升高海马组织CA1区神经元个数逐渐下降且排列明显松散(F=25.947,P<0.001)。随着染铝剂量增高，凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2水平逐渐下降(F=83.235,P<0.001),Bax(F=153.189,P<0.001)和Cleaved Caspase3(F=11.636,P<0.01)蛋白的相对表达量逐渐增高，IGF2 mRNA和IGF2、p-JAK2(Tyr1007/1008)、p-STAT3(Ser727)蛋白相对表达量均逐渐减少(F=18.423,P<0.001;F=11.072,P=0.001;F=55.161,P<0.001;F=10.481,P=0.001)。结论麦芽酚铝通过抑制IGF2/JAK2/STAT3通路引起细胞凋亡从而损伤大鼠的学习记忆能力。

In addition to non-radiative guided modes, two-dimensional photonic-crystal slabs support guided resonant ones which can radiate into free space. From the polarization states of these guided resonances, a polarization field on a photonic band can be constructed in momentum space. Momentum-space polarization fields display complicated configurations and patterns with different types of polarization singularities inside, shedding new light on the manipulations of light *** this review, we summarize the recent research progress on momentum-space polarization fields and singularities in two-dimensional photonic-crystal slabs, focusing on their unique optical properties and potential applications as well.

1病例介绍患者女性,38岁,因“查体发现左侧乳腺结节2月”于2021年10月7日入院。患者2个月前于当地查体发现左侧乳腺结节。我院门诊复查乳腺彩超示:左侧乳腺7~8点位10.1 mm×23.9 mm低回声,边界清楚,形态规则,内部回声不均匀,未见明显血流信号(图1)。查体:双乳大致对称,腺体质软,左乳内下扪及2 cm×3 cm肿块,质韧,表面光滑,边界清楚,活动度可,与皮肤无粘连,无压痛;双乳头无凹陷、无溢液;双腋窝及锁骨上下未扪及明显肿大淋巴结。实验室检查:肝肾功、血常规等未见异常。CEA、CA15-3、CA19-9均在正常范围。乳腺X射线摄影:左侧乳腺腺体呈不均匀致密型,内下象限见团块状高密度影,长径约2.4 cm,提示左乳结节BI RADS 3类(图2)。胸部CT示:左侧乳腺内软组织结节影,大小约2.1 cm×1.2 cm(图3)。临床诊断:左乳占位性病变,左乳腺纤维腺瘤?

Retaining or improving periodontal ligament （PDL） function is crucial for restoring periodontal defects. The aim of this study was to evaluate the physiological effects of low-power laser irradiation （LPLI） on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of human PDL （hPDL） cells. Cultured hPDL cel Is were irradiated （660 nm） daily with doses of O, 1, 2 or 4 J .cm-2. Cell proliferation was evaluated by the 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay, and the effect of LPLI on osteogenic differentiation was assessed by Alizarin Red S staining and alkaline phosphatase （ALP） activity. Additionally, osteogenic marker gene expression was confirmed by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Our data showed that LPLI at a dose of 2 ***-2 significantly promoted hPDL cell proliferation at days 3 and 5. In addition, LPLI at energy doses of 2 and 4 ***-2 showed potential osteogenic capacity, as it stimulated ALP activity, calcium deposition, and osteogenic gene expression. We also showed that cyclic adenosine monophosphate （cAMP） is a critical regulator of the LPLI-mediated effects on hPDL cells. This study shows that LPLI can promote the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of hPDL cells. These results suggest the potential use of LPLI in clinical applications for periodontal tissue regeneration.

A seed-directed approach to synthesizing Fe ZSM-22 zeolite without organic structure directing agent(OSDA)was developed by using Fe-rich diatomite as all aluminum and iron *** Fe ZSM-22zeolite with optimal crystallinity and purity can be obtained by systematically adjusting feed composition and synthesis *** show that Fe ZSM-22 zeolite synthesized with OSDA-free owns high crystallinity,obvious thin needle-shaped morphology and high Bronsted/Lewis acid ***,when used for n-octane hydroisomerization reaction,its derived catalyst exhibits the best catalytic performance reflected by the highest selectivity to C_(8)isomers compared to the two reference catalysts prepared based on a Fe-containing and a Fe-free ZSM-22 synthesized through an OSDA-directed route from natural diatomite and conventional chemicals,*** work provides an alternative route to sustainably synthesizing heteroatomic zeolites with high performance.

Developing electrocatalysts with fast kinetics and long-term stability for alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is of considerable importance for the industrial production of green and sustainable ***,an ultrathin Ir-Sb nanowires(Ir-Sb NWs)protected by antimony oxides(SbO_(x))was synthesized as an efficient bifunctional catalyst for both HOR and HER under alkaline *** from the much higher mass activities of Ir-Sb nanowires than those of Ir nanowires(Ir NWs)and commercial Pt/C,the SbO_(x) protective layer also contributes to the maintenance of morphology and anti-CO poisoning ability,leading to the long-term cycling performance in the presence of ***,the Ir-Sb NW/SbO_(x) exhibits the highest catalytic activities,which are about 3.5 and 4.8 times to those of Ir NW/C and commercial Pt/C toward HOR,*** work provides that the ultrathin morphology and H_(2)O-occupied Sb sites can exert the intrinsic high activity of Ir and effectively optimize the absorption of OH*both in alkaline HER/HOR electrolysis.

Bound states in the continuum(BICs)can confine light with a theoretically infinite Q ***,in practical on-chip resonators,scattering loss caused by inevitable fabrication imperfection leads to finite Q factors due to the coupling of BICs with nearby radiative *** multiple BICs can improve the robustness of BICs against fabrication imperfection by improving the Q factors of nearby states over a broad wavevector *** date,the studies of merging BICs have been limited to fundamental BICs with topological charges±*** we show the unique advantages of higher-order BICs(those with higher-order topological charges)in constructing merging *** multiple BICs with a higher-order BIC can further improve the Q factors compared with those involving only fundamental *** addition,higher-order BICs offer great flexibility in realizing steerable off-T merging BICs.A higher-order BIC at F can split into a few off-T fundamental BICs by reducing the system *** split BICs can then be tuned to merge with another BIC,e.g.,an accidental BIC,at an off-Γ*** the in-plane mirror symmetry is further broken,merging BICs become steerable in the reciprocal *** BICs provide a paradigm to achieve robust ultrahigh-Q resonances,which are important in enhancing nonlinear and quantum effects and improving the performance of optoelectronic devices.
