重质碳酸钙是符合现代工业发展要求的绿色环保的非金属矿产品,在传统产业和新兴产业领域都发挥着重要作用。分析我国重质碳酸钙矿物原料资源特点,梳理当前重质碳酸钙产业现状和资源高效开发利用情况,提出提升资源高效开发利用水平的建议,对于促进我国重质碳酸钙产业高质量发展具有重要意义。中国是世界重质碳酸钙生产大国和消费大国,近年来我国重质碳酸钙产量年复合增长率超过19%,产业呈现出大型化、集聚化的趋势。为提升重质碳酸钙资源高效开发利用水平,应立足于贯彻新发展理念,实施“提升资源利用水平、加快产业技术创新、加强绿色体系建设、优化集群集约模式”等各项举措,从而推动重质碳酸钙产业高质量发展。

FastSLAM is a popular framework which uses a Rao-Blackwellized particle filter to solve the simultaneous localization and mapping problem（SLAM）. However, in this framework there are two important potential limitations, the particle depletion problem and the linear approximations of the nonlinear functions. To overcome these two drawbacks, this paper proposes a new FastSLAM algorithm based on revised genetic resampling and square root unscented particle filter（SR-UPF）. Double roulette wheels as the selection operator, and fast Metropolis-Hastings（MH） as the mutation operator and traditional crossover are combined to form a new resampling method. Amending the particle degeneracy and keeping the particle diversity are both taken into considerations in this method. As SR-UPF propagates the sigma points through the true nonlinearity, it decreases the linearization errors. By directly transferring the square root of the state covariance matrix, SR-UPF has better numerical stability. Both simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can improve the diversity of particles, and perform well on estimation accuracy and consistency.

An efficient extrapolation technique of Radar cross-section(RCS) combines with Poggio-MillerChang-Harrington-Wu-Tsai(PMCHWT) formulation is presented for the fast analysis by arbitrary shaped threedimensional homogeneous lossy dielectric objects. The PMCHWT formulation obtained in a well-known manner is discretized to matrix equations using the Method of moments(Mo M). For the RCS is highly angular dependent as well as frequency, a novel rational function scheme is extended to the induced currents associated with PMCHWT,which can provide fast and accurate radar cross-section computation in both the frequency domain and spatial domain simultaneously. Numerical results are presented for two canonical dielectric scatterers.

Fluorescent organic nanoparticles(NPs)based on aggregation-induced emission(AIE)-active molecules,are widely applied as non-invasive tools in bio-imaging and demonstrate great potential for studying physiological and pathological *** this paper,we report the synthesis of highly emissive AIEgen-based NPs(SCA NPs)via reprecipitation without any carriers as long-term cell *** sized SCA NPs enjoy the advantages of high brightness,good stability,large Stokes shift,good biocompatibility,and high *** SCA NPs were successfully applied for in vitro bio-imaging of HeLa cells with an excellent cancer cell *** addition,a strong fluorescence from SCA NPs can still be clearly observed in HeLa cells after incubation for six generations over 15 ***,the SCA NPs could be ideal fluorescent probes for non-invasive long-term cellular *** AIE-active NPs display superior performance and provide a basis for the development of fluorescent organic probes for monitoring biological processes.

In this paper, we propose a set of algorithms to design signal timing plans via deep reinforcement learning. The core idea of this approach is to set up a deep neural network(DNN) to learn the Q-function of reinforcement learning from the sampled traffic state/control inputs and the corresponding traffic system performance output. Based on the obtained DNN,we can find the appropriate signal timing policies by implicitly modeling the control actions and the change of system *** explain the possible benefits and implementation tricks of this new approach. The relationships between this new approach and some existing approaches are also carefully discussed.

We theoretically study the band structures and the valley Chern numbers of the AB-AB and AB-BA stacked twisted double bilayer graphene under heterostrain *** the absence of heterostrain,due to the constrains by the spatial symmetries,the central two flat bands of the AB-AB are topological trivial bands,while in the AB-BA they have a finite Chern *** heterostrain breaks all the point group symmetries and the constrains are lifted,hence the topological properties of the two arrangements can be tuned by different strain magnitudesεand directionsφ.The heterostrain has dissimilar impacts on the Chern numbers of the AB-AB and AB-BA,owing to their different band gaps,and these gaps can be modified by a vertical electric *** results show that the topological transitions for both arrangements occur in theεrange of 0.1%-0.4%,which can be realized in the graphene-based sample.
