针对遥感图像中汽车的识别和提取问题,分析大规模数量汽车的分布和排列,提出基于长方形点过程的汽车分布概率模型.采用先验模型刻画汽车在空间中的分布规律,采用数据项表达模型与图像的联系.采用模拟退火策略结合可逆跳马尔科夫链蒙特卡洛采样方法,对模型进行优化求解,实现图像中汽车的自动识别和提取.实验结果表明,所提方法能很好地用于道路和停车场等规则场景,提取精确度达到99%,回收率达到90%;由于先验模型的约束可以很好地解决汽车相互重叠和方向摇摆的问题,汽车提取的效果比传统算法更好.

一种整体的视频匹配方法(英文)

给出一种视频时空配准的整体方法,提出一种视频内匹配与视频间匹配相结合的空间配准策略,改进动态时间扭曲方法以用于时间维的对齐.视频内匹配跟踪视频内各帧图像的特征点并记录其轨迹,视频间匹配配准不同视频的帧图像,使用轨迹对应提供图像配准所需的初始特征点对应,根据图像配准得到的特征点对应建立和更新轨迹对应.该匹配策略充分利用了视频的连贯性提高了匹配的稳定性和效率,同时提高了配准视频的连贯性.改进的动态时间扭曲方法通过极小化两段视频的整体距离建立视频之间的帧对应关系,保持视频内部各帧之间的时序关系并能处理非线性偏移.给出的方法能成功匹配独立运动相机在不同时刻拍摄关于同一场景不同目标的视频.实验结果表明利用整体匹配方法,匹配的稳定性与效率和配准视频的连贯性都得到很大的提高.

In this study,endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress inducer tunicamycin(TM)and inhibitor 4-phenylbutyric acid(4-PBA)were used to treat postmortem chicken breast muscle to investigate changes in tenderness and effects on apoptosis and autophagy during 5 days ***-induced ER stress reduced shear force,enhanced myofibril fragmentation index(MFI),disrupted myofibril structure,increased desmin degradation,and activatedμ-calpain and *** addition,TM-induced ER stress increased the expression of Bax,Bim,and cytochrome c,and decreased the expression of Bcl-x ***,TM-induced ER stress improved the conversion of LC3I to LC3II,raised the expression of Beclin-1,and decreased the expression of p62,PI3K,and m *** opposite results were observed after 4-PBA *** results suggested that ER stress could improve chicken tenderness,promote apoptosis and autophagy during chicken postmortem ageing.

It has always been challenging to determine the ancient sedimentary environment and associated energy in deep-buried marine *** energy represents the hydrodynamic conditions that existed when the carbonates were *** energy includes light and chemical energies in compounds and kinetic energy in currents and mass ***-buried marine carbonates deposited during the Ordovician depositional period in the eastern Tarim Basin result from a complex interplay of tectonics,sedimentation,and *** a result,determining the ancient sedimentary environment and associated energy is *** natural gamma-ray spectrometry(GRS)log(from 12 wells)is used in this paper to conduct studies on the sedimentary environment and associated energy in deep-buried marine *** findings show that the values of thorium(Th),uranium(U),potassium(K),and gamma-ray without uranium(KTh)in a natural GRS log can reveal lithological associations,mineral composition,diagenetic environment,stratigraphic water activity,and ancient climatic *** the Ordovician,quantitative analysis and determination of sedimentary environment energy are carried out using a comprehensive calculation of natural GRS log parameters in typical wells(penetrating through the Ordovician with cores and thin sections)of well GC4,well GC6,well GC7,and well *** results show that GRS log can determine different lithology associations in typical wells than a sieve residue ***,cores and thin sections can be used to validate the determination of lithology *** on the determination of lithology associations,the lithology associations that reflect the sedimentary environment and associated energy can be analyzed in a new ***,the sedimentary environment energy curve derived from a natural GRS log can reveal hydrodynamic fluctuations during depositional periods,which will aid in the discovery of carbonate reservoirs,establishing sequence stratigra

Methanol is one of the characteristic gases that distinguish between healthy individuals and lung cancer(LC)lesions in exhaled human *** concentration in exhaled breath is generally below one part per million(1×10^(-6)).The second-phase composite is widely regarded as one of the methods to improve the gas-sensing perfor-mance of metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)*** this study,LaF_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4) was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method to enhance its low-concentration methanol gas-sensing performance.5 at%LaF_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4) nanorods exhibited excellent methanol detection performance,including a wider linear detection concentration range(0.2×10^(-6)~5×10^(-6)),a response value exceeding 4.0 for 1×10^(-6)methanol at 275°C and 75%relative humidity(RH),long-term stability(maximum deviation within 15%over 2 weeks),and excellent *** mechanism of performance enhancement was studied using various techniques,and density functional *** special spinel structure of Co_(3)O_(4),the high ionic migration of F-in LaF_(3),the larger specific surface area of 5 at%LaF_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4) nanorods,and the generated crystal defects all explain the excellentmethanol gas-sensing *** work provides a novel route to prepare MOS composite materials for low-concentration methanol gas detection.

Ultrafast Laser-Induced Excellent Thermoelectric Performance of PEDOT:PSS Films

Because poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)is water processable,thermally stable,and highly conductive,PEDOT:PSS and its composites have been considered to be one of the most promising flexible thermoelectric ***,the PEDOT:PSS film prepared from its commercial aqueous dispersion usually has very low conductivity,thus cannot be directly utilized for TE ***,a simple environmental friendly strategy via femtosecond laser irradiation without any chemical dopants and treatments was *** optimal conditions,the electrical conductivity of the treated film is increased to 803.1 S cm^(-1)from 1.2 S cm^(-1)around three order of magnitude higher,and the power factor is improved to 19.0μW m^(-1)K^(-2),which is enhanced more than 200 *** mechanism for such remarkable enhancement was attributed to the transition of the PEDOT chains from a coil to a linear or expanded coil conformation,reduction of the interplanar stacking distance,and the removal of insulating PSS with increasing the oxidation level of PEDOT,facilitating the charge *** work presents an effective route for fabricating high-performance flexible conductive polymer films and wearable thermoelectric devices.

Role of submucosal injection in radiofrequency ablation of gastric low-grade dysplasia: Effects on symptoms and outcomes

Background: To date, there is still a lack of standardized management strategies for gastric low-grade dysplasia (LGD), which is a direct neoplastic precancerous lesion and requires specifically superficial destruction. Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is expected to be an effective method for gastric LGD, but post-RFA pain may affect patients’ satisfaction and compliance. The current study aimed to evaluate the value of a submucosal injection prior to RFA (SI-RFA) for postoperative pain and treatment ***: Between October 2014 and July 2021, gastric LGDs without risk factors (size >2 cm, unclear boundary, and abnormal microsurface and microvascularity) undergoing regular RFA and SI-RFA were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative pain scores, wound healing, and clinical efficacy were compared. Propensity score matching, stratified analysis, and multivariable logistic regression were performed to control the confounding ***: One hundred and ninety-seven gastric LGDs in 151 patients received regular RFA. Forty-nine gastric LGDs in 36 patients received SI-RFA. Thirty-six pairs of patients were selected for the assessment of postoperative pain by propensity score matching. Compared to regular RFA, SI-RFA significantly decreased the degree and duration of postoperative pain (OR, 0.32; 95% CI, 0.13-0.84;P = 0.020), improved wound healing rate (80.0% [36/45]vs. 58.9% [89/151],P = 0.012), increased the complete ablation rate (91.8% [45/49]vs. 86.3% [170/197],χ2 = 1.094,P = 0.295), but correlated with higher rates of local recurrence and progression (25.6% [10/39]vs. 13.2% [18/136],χ2 = 3.471,P = 0.062; 8.3% [3/36]vs. 0.9% [1/116],P = 0.042). The multivariable logistic regression model confirmed that submucosal injection was associated with local recurrence (OR, 2.93; 95% CI, 1.13-7.58;P = 0.027).Conclusions: Submucosal injections prior to RFA may reduce postoperative pain and scar formation while ensuring complete ablation of gastric LGD. 利用航空影像生成数字高程模型(DEM)通常包括两个步骤,首先采用特征匹配方法建立稀疏对应并确定其高程,然后采用内插方法生成密集高程数据。匹配过程没有进行整体优化,内插过程往往引入误差,它们都将降低DEM生成质量。将DEM生成表述为像素标号问题,匹配影像直接生成DEM,不但进行整体优化而且去除内插对DEM质量的影响。在此基础上,提出了层次标号策略,首先构造多分辨率DEM,然后确定最低分辨率高度场,并自顶向下逐步确定剩余分辨率高度场。多分辨率表达形式和层次标号策略提高了求解效率,能处理数据量非常大的航空影像。利用较高层标号结果限定较低层节点的状态空间,不但提高搜索效率而且提高求解可靠性。实验结果表明上述方法能够生成高质量DEM。
