本文主要分析当前阿威罗大学孔子学院管理体系下中文课程的特点、中文教学的开展情况和教学成果,概括总结孔子学院在海外汉语教学活动中所起到的作用。本项调查研究主要通过归纳目前在葡萄牙参与对外汉语教育的这一群体(学生、老师)的特点,分析当前葡萄牙小学汉语教学的特殊性,对目前阿威罗大学孔子学院小学汉语教学项目提出建设性的教学建议并提供促进其教学管理工作发展的可行性数据信息。作者以葡萄牙阿威罗大学孔子学院小学汉语教学项目为调查对象,针对教学项目中的教学规模、学生人群、教师备课、课堂教学、教学效果、教辅人员反馈以及孔子学院的管理等方面,对项目进行全方位的调查研究。通过实地访谈、参与课程、调查问卷、文献研究以及数据分析等多种调研方法,以教师、学生及教学管理者为研究对象,对于课程的开展、运行及效果进行阶段性的考查。我们的调查主要是将语言与文化放在同样的高度审视,在语言教学的同时追溯其文化内涵。对外汉语教学中文化教学研究的问题从二十世纪八十年代开始逐渐得到了中国对外汉语教学界的重视。所以本文所阐述的大部分教学方法,均来自于实践教学课堂的数据和信息搜集,也是最接近目前葡萄牙小学汉语教学实际情况的信息。

Thalidomide was indicated as a sedative and antiemetic and prescribed for pregnant women. Its tragic teratogenic effects culminated in withdrawal from the market. Since the discovery of its anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory actions, thalidomide has been used in the treatment of leprosy and multiple myeloma, which justify studies of its stability. We investigated the effects of irradiation of thalidomide up to 100 kGy （fourfold the usual sterilizing dose for pharmaceutics）. The polymorph of thalidomide was obtained in an isothermal experiment at 270℃. All samples underwent gamma irradiation for specific times. At different doses, decomposition of the pharmaceutical was not observed up to 100 kGy. The observed effect was angle turning between the phthalimide and glutarimide rings modulated by repulsion towards the carbonyl group, leading to a stable energetic configuration, as measured by the equilibrium in the torsion angle after irradiation. The thalidomide molecule has a center of symmetry, so a full turn starting from 57.3° will lead to an identical molecule. Further irradiation will start the process again. Samples irradiated at 30 and 100 kGy have more compact unit cells and a lower volume, which leads to an increase in the intermolecular hydrogen interaction within the unit cell, resulting in higher thermal stability for polymorph α.

Numerical Study of Spray Dispersion in a Premixing Chamber for Low-NOx Engines

＜正＞This paper addresses the problem of segmenting image sequences by means of a multiple resolution *** proposed technique makes use of a sequence image model relying on compound random fields.A hierarchical stochastic image model is extended to characterize the behavior of image sequences on the time domain. Segmentation is performed by assuming that image sequences are realizations of the upper random field（X = x）. Thus,the objective is to determine the realization of the lower random field （Q = q） that more likely has given rise to *** carry out this procedure in a feasible amount of time,a deterministic maximization approach is *** has been shown that deterministic approaches,being provided with correct initial conditions,yield similar results to stochastic techniques,while requiring very less *** obtained such initial conditions, multiresolution approaches have been proposed. In this paper,the multiresolution decomposition of the image sequence is performed using a 3D Gaussian pyramid. The sequence segmentation is carried out starting from the coarsest level of the sequence *** a level has been segmented,the result is used as initial condition for segmenting the following finer resolution *** procedure is iterated down to the finest resolution （the original sequence） is reached.

The present work describes a numerical study of a confined two-phase flow under high-pressure conditions, typical of gas turbine combustors. An Eulerian frame was used for the gas phase together with a Lagrangian approach to describe the dispersed phase. The computational method was extended to high-pressure environments, which are more representative of the practical gas turbine operating conditions. The results are compared with experimental data, and revealed the ability of the model to increase the knowledge of the turbulent dispersion phenomena for this type of practical conditions (high pressure and confined flow).

The aim of this study was to analyze the chemical composition of landrace seeds of rice, maize and cassava grown in traditional communities in file state of Maranchao. The sample collection was based on file description of the farmers for identification of varieties of plants, based on protein content, lipids, carbohydrates and mineral through Association of Official Analytical Chemists （AOAC） methods. Landrace seeds of nine maize cultivars, 13 rice and 40 cassava, with differences in centesimal composition in all varieties were analyzed. For maize landrace seeds file lipid values, carbohydrates and ash are in the average for the species. The protein contents and ash to file surveyed rice varieties were high, while the levels of lipids and carbohydrates are within average in relation to conventional varieties. The results obtained for cassava showed high percentages of protein, with a significant level for the feeding of the people of the community who consume their byproducts. Thus, differences in file chemical composition of file varieties studied showed file interference of genotype, management and environmental factors in their chemical and physiological quality, reinforcing file importance of file study of creole varieties for the development of new germplasm and for file guarantee of food sovereignty of traditional communities.

Control Method of the DFIG Connected to a DC Link through a Diode Bridge

This paper presents a control method for the Doubly-fed Induction Generator connected to a dc link through a diode bridge on the stator. In this system, the rotor is fed, at the slip frequency, by a PWM electronic converter and the stator is directly connected to the dc link using a simple diode bridge. The cost of power electronics is reduced in this system when compared with the classic DFIG machine because the system uses less one PWM inverter and additionally it uses a diode bridge. The application in mind is for microgrids. Microgrids need several elements that should work together. The usual way to connect these elements is to use power electronic devices in a common dc link. This paper presents a new form for the DFIG for this application and presents a control system for the inner control loop. Simulation and experimental results show that the system can work acceptably using a stator frequency near the rated frequency of the machine.

Members of the Botryosphaeriaceae are well known fungi associated with dieback,canker and fruit rot on various hosts worldwide,including *** aim of this study was identify a large collection of Botryosphaeriaceae species associated with dieback and stem-end rot of mango in the semi-arid region of Northeastern Brazil,and compare the species in relation to mycelial growth,pathogenicity and virulence.A total of 115 isolates were sampled and based on morphology and DNA sequence data(ITS and EF1-α)seven taxa were identified,namely,Botryosphaeria dothidea,***,Fusicoccum fabicercianum,Neofusicoccum parvum,*** ***,Neoscytalidium dimidiatum and Pseudofusicoccum *** and *** were the most commonly isolated species,which represented 37%and 33%of all isolates *** is reported for the first time in association with mango diseases *** were significant differences among the species obtained in this study in relation to optimum temperature for mycelial growth and mycelial growth *** species were pathogenic on mango *** were significant differences in virulence among the species,with *** and *** being the most virulent species,while *** was the least virulent.

Objective: To evaluate the acaricidal activity of the essential oil obtained from roots of Derris floribunda(D. floribunda)(Miq.) Benth, and its main constituent nerolidol against the Mexican mite Tetranychus mexicanus(T. mexicanus)(Mc Gregor).Methods: The essential oil from the roots of D. floribunda collected in the Amazon region(Brazil) was obtained by hydrodistillation. Its chemical composition was determined by GC–MS analysis. The acaricidal activities of this essential oil and nerolidol,were evaluated by recording the number of dead females(mortality) and eggs(fertility).Results: The essential oil showed sesquiterpenes as major volatile components. Nerolidol, the main component, represented 68.5% of the total composition of the essential oil. D. floribunda essential oil and nerolidol showed acaricidal activity, with LC_(50) of9.61 mg/m L air and 9.2 mg/m L air, respectively, over a 72 h period. In addition, both the essential oil and nerolidol significantly reduced the fecundity of T. ***: Due to the economic importance of T. mexicanus and the lack of new pesticides, our data are very promising in the search for efficient and safer acaricidal products. Furthermore, this is the first report about the chemical composition and bioactivity of the essential oil of the Amazon plant species D. floribunda.
