High-emitter identification for heavy-duty vehicles by temporal optimization LSTM and an adaptive dynamic threshold

Heavy-duty diesel vehicles are important sources of urban nitrogen oxides(NOx)in actual applications for environmental compliance,emitting more than 80%of NOx and more than 90%of particulate matter(PM)in total vehicle *** detection and control of heavy-duty diesel emissions are critical for protecting public ***,vehicles on the road must be regularly tested,every six months or once a year,to filter out high-emission mobile sources at vehicle inspection ***,it is difficult to effectively screen high-emission vehicles in time with a long interval between annual inspections,and the fixed threshold cannot adapt to the dynamic changes of vehicle driving *** on-board diagnostic device(OBD)is installed inside the vehicle and can record the vehicle’s emission data in real *** this paper,we propose a temporal optimization long short-term memory(LSTM)and adaptive dynamic threshold approach to identify heavy-duty high-emitters by using OBD data,which can continuously track and record the emission status in real ***,a temporal optimization LSTM emission prediction model is established to solve the attention bias discrepancy problem on time steps that is caused by the large number of OBD data streams in ***,the concentration prediction error sequence is detected and distinguished from the anomalous emission contexts using flexible criteria,calculated by an adaptive dynamic threshold with changing driving ***,a similarity metric strategy for the time series is introduced to correct some pseudo anomalous *** on three real OBD time-series emission datasets demonstrate that our method can achieve high accuracy anomalous emission identification.

Hypoxia is a disorder in which the tissues are not oxygenated *** lack of oxygen may cause irreversible damage to the major organs such as the brain,heart and *** severe cases,coma,seizures,and death may *** addition to the routine medication,*** has been applied as a complementary treatment to counter *** this paper,the optical fiber acupuncture needle was fabricated using the optical fiber imbedding into the metal capillary tube with needle tip,therefore made it easy to insert into the body for the laser *** laser optical fiber needle treatment to the ST36 acupoint conducted with the *** intra *** normobaric hypoxia tolerance test results in mice show that the optical fber needle treatment to the ST36 acupoint with laser acupuncture appears to improve the tolerance to *** mice treated with laser acupuncture expressed high level of IL-1βin *** results suggest that laser optical fiber needle acupuncture may serve as a potential treatment for hypoxia.

【研究目的】二叠纪—三叠纪是中亚造山带演化的关键阶段,形成了一系列不同性质、机制和时代的变形,可能代表了古亚洲洋俯冲-碰撞-陆内3个重要演化阶段的产物。近年来的工作在中亚造山带中段的阿拉善地区识别出大量的二叠纪—三叠纪变形,但是对这些变形的解释和认识存在很多争论,导致对古亚洲洋关闭时限产生不同认识。【研究方法】系统介绍目前已知阿拉善不同地区二叠纪—三叠纪变形,厘定了该时期阿拉善地区的构造序列和特点。【研究结果】中二叠世晚期(270~260 Ma),在阿拉善北部形成广泛分布的线性褶皱与逆冲构造。晚二叠世末—三叠纪初,形成卷入整个阿拉善地块与中亚造山带的大型韧性剪切变形;晚三叠世,形成了切割造山带的大型左行走滑变形。以上3期变形的切割关系在阿拉善东北部狼山、中部杭乌拉、西部霍布哈尔等地区最典型。系统分析碰撞阶段和陆内阶段的变形特点,认为晚二叠世变形代表了古亚洲洋关闭碰撞阶段的变形,晚二叠世末—三叠纪初的变形代表了造山带形成之后,Pangea超大陆形成的巨型剪切变形,是中亚造山带形成后经历的第一期陆内变形,而晚三叠世变形代表了受控于板块周缘陆陆碰撞的远程效应。【结论】古大洋消失后的碰撞阶段变形与陆内变形有一定的差异,从变形角度可以有效限定古亚洲洋不同阶段的演化。以阿拉善地区为代表的中亚造山带在洋陆转换阶段内连续经历不同性质、不同方向变形的叠加,也是增生型造山带的重要特征。

A viral protein orchestrates rice ethylene signaling to coordinate viral infection and insect vector-mediated transmission

Arthropod-borne viruses cause serious threats to human health and global agriculture by rapidly spreading via insect vectors. Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) is the most damaging rice-infecting virus that is frequently transmitted by planthoppers. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying its propagation in the host plants and epidemics in the field are largely unknown. Here, we showed that the SRBSDV-encoded P6 protein is a key effector that regulates rice ethylene signaling to coordinate viral infection and transmission. In early SRBSDV infection, P6 interacts with OsRTH2 in the cytoplasm to activate ethylene signaling and enhance SRBSDV proliferation;this also repels the insect vector to reduce infestation. In late infection, P6 enters the nucleus, where it interacts with OsEIL2, a key transcription factor of ethylene signaling. The P6-OsEIL2 interaction suppresses ethylene signaling by preventing the dimerization of OsEIL2, thereby facilitating viral transmission by attracting the insect vector. Collectively, these findings reveal a novel molecular mechanism by which an arbovirus modulates the host defense system to promote viral infection and transmission.

PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is used as a carrier for electrical interconnection of electronic components. With the rapid development and wide application of integrated circuits, the volume of electronic equipment is becoming smaller and smaller, and the density and difficulty of circuit wiring are becoming more and more large. In industrial production and manufacturing, hundreds of components are often stuck on a PCB board, which requires high accuracy. This method uses VGG as the encoding backbone network to extract features, and connects two different tasks at the decoder, namely defect area detection task and defect binary classification task, and mutually improves the detection effect through multi-task mechanism. The motivation of this paper is on the one hand to exploit the useful information contained in multiple related tasks to improve segmentation and classification performance, and on the other hand to deal with the problem of small data, since each task can have relatively small datasets. The experiment results show that compared with the single task results, the proposed method improves the defect area detection performance by 5% to 10% in the case of small samples. According to whether there are defects, the final classification accuracy reaches 98%, and the recall rate of defect samples reaches 100%,which meets the needs of actual production.

With the rapid development of economy,environmental problems caused by various pollutants have become increasingly prominent,and air pollution become a hot topic of social *** the amount of SO and NO in the atmosphere requires a large-scale,rapid response pollution detecting device as well as a real-time signal processing *** this paper,we try to classify lidar signals to calculate the concentrations of nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide by comparing several machine learning methods ***,Logistic Regression(LR),Random Forest(RF),and BP Neural *** the comparison,we can conclude that the original data extraction characteristics to build a data set,run on the above model can get good results while RF in constructing individual data set to achieve good results.

With the development of ship transportation and economic globalization,burning oil on ships causes more and more serious air *** use of lidar to measure ship exhaust pollution has the advantages of large measurement range,non-contact monitoring,real-time measurement and high *** echo acquired by traditional lidar consists of three parts:the on signals,the off signals and the flag signals used only to distinguish between the on and the off *** data volume of flag signal is the same as the sum of on and off signal data,resulting in a large amount of storage waste and affecting the processing efficiency of real-time *** this paper,PCA is used to reduce the stored data dimensions of the on and the off signals,and binary classification methods such as decision tree,SVM and BP neural network are proposed to distinguish between the on and the off signals so as to reduce the storage waste of flag *** the supervised learning binary classification methods,we can get the classification performance with AUC value of 100%,and the original data volume is reduced from 82500*801 to 55000*8,which proves that the machine learning method has an effective application value in the laser radar echo signal processing.

Based on an electromechanical energy harvesting suspension, this paper investigates high-frequency reversing impact and analyses its causes based on an equivalent parallel large inerter suspension model. A dynamic structure diagram of the dynamical coupling relationship of the system in semi-active energy-feeding mode is established, and a tunable equivalent damping coefficient is derived. Simulation studies show that the parallel large inerter suspension in semi-active mode still suffers from reversing impact at high frequencies and that the improvement of vibration performance by semi-active modulation is minimal. The electromechanical energy harvesting actuator was bench-tested for semi-active regulation.
