3D reconstruction based on single view aims to reconstruct the entire 3D shape of an object from one *** existing methods reconstruct the mesh surface of complex objects,the surface details are difficult to predict and the reconstruction visual effect is poor because the mesh representation is not easily integrated into the deep learning framework;the 3D topology is easily limited by predefined templates and inflexible,and unnecessary mesh self-intersections and connections will be generated when reconstructing complex topology,thus destroying the surface details;the training of the reconstruction network is limited by the large amount of information attached to the mesh vertices,and the training time of the reconstructed network is too *** this paper,we propose a method for fast mesh reconstruction from single view based on Graph Convolutional Network(GCN)and topology *** use GCN to ensure the generation of high-quality mesh surfaces and use topology modification to improve the flexibility of the ***,a feature fusion method is proposed to make full use of the features of each stage of the image *** use 3D open dataset ShapeNet to train our network and add a new weight parameter to speed up the training *** experiments demonstrate that our method can not only reconstruct object meshes on complex topological surfaces,but also has better qualitative and quantitative results.

This study is performed to investigate the mitochondrial carrier gene family in silkworm genome. In total, 30 genes are identified and claded into eight well-conserved groups. Gene duplication contributes to the expansion and complexity of this family. Diverse expression patterns suggest their functional differentiation. Analyses of the sitespecific profiles reveal critical amino acid residues for functional divergence. This study highlights the molecular evolution of the mitochondrial carrier gene family in silkworm and may provide a starting point for further experimental verification.

Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(dTGCT) is a destructive but rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm. Although surgery is currently the main treatment modality for dTGCT, the recurrence risk is up to 50%. Therefore, there is a great need for effective drugs against dTGCT with minor side effects. The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling plays a central role in rheumatoid arthritis(RA), a disease with similar characteristics as dTGCT, but its function in dTGCT remains *** fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) and macrophages were isolated from 10 synovial tissue samples from dTGCT patients for the screening and validation of the five clinically approved JAK inhibitors to treat RA against dTGCT. Cell viability, cell death, inflammation and the activity of the JAK family members of cultured dTGCT FLS(both 2-D and 3-D) and macrophages were investigated for the efficacy of the JAK inhibitors. Here, we found that similar to RA, JAK/STAT signaling was markedly activated in the dTGCT synovium. Of the 5 JAK inhibitors, peficitinib was shown to have the most potency in addressing some of the pathological responses of dTGCT FLS and *** potency of peficitinib was much higher than pexidartinib, which is the only FDA-approved drug for dTGCT. Mechanistically, peficitinib inhibited tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2), a JAK family member necessary for the pathological progression of dTGCT FLS and macrophages. In summary, we not only revealed JAK/STAT(especially TYK2) signaling as the major mechanism underlying dTGCT, but also identified peficitinib as a promising drug against dTGCT.

Based on the latest submarine topography data of the China 908 Project （China offshore marine environmental comprehensive investigation and assessment）,we analyzed the general China offshore submarine topographical characteristics and the factors influencing its *** submarine topography off the coast of China follows the NW-SE trend of the land *** gradient of the submarine topography ranges from 0.2％ to 1.6％ with an average gradient of about 0.8％.The depth contours run mostly parallel to the coast,and extend out to sea in estuary *** submarine topography is dominated by the geological structure,which shows the typical characteristics of two uplifts and two subsidence events from north to *** geological structure combined with the different sedimentary environments and complex hydrodynamic conditions produced topography that can be characterized by three types：sedimentary basins,compressionuplift,and transition *** the sedimentary basin and compression-uplift regions,the topographical undulation is small,sediments are fine-grained,and the currents flow in a single direction,leading to bays with sedimentary plains and underwater accumulation slopes,which are of the same tectonic ***-type topography is characterized by strong undulations and mixed-size sediment particles,terraces and scarps inshore and shelf plains and erosion-deposition landforms *** is a result of incomplete fault block development and repeated *** the deposition reformation regions （transition form type）,the topography has strong undulations,the sediments are coarse,tidal sand ridges are well-developed at terrigenoussupplied estuaries and convergence zones,and the Holocene sediments are thick,transformed by tides,river runoff,and currents.

Effects of calculation approaches for thermal conductivity on the simulation accuracy of billet continuous casting

An unsteady, two-dimensional, explicitly solved fmite difference heat transfer model of a billet caster was presented to clarify the influence of the thermal conductivity of steel on model accuracy. Different approaches were utilized for calculating the thermal conductivity of solid, mushy and liquid steels. Model results predicted by these approaches were compared, and the advantages of advocated approaches were discussed. It is found that the approach for calculating the thermal conductivity of solid steel notably influences model predictions. Convection effects of liquid steel should be considered properly while calculating the thermal conductivity of mushy steel. Different values of the effective thermal conductivity of liquid steel adopted could partly be explained by the fact that different models adopted dissimilar ap- proaches for calculating the thermal conductivity of solid and mushy steels.

稠油热采对完井设计提出了特殊的要求。结合渤海某稠油油田的实践经验,指出了稠油热采完井设计的技术热点,建立了热采井井筒温度剖面分析模型和生产管柱热载荷伸长量的计算方法。分析了不同注热温度和油管保温措施对注热效果的影响,对注热造成的油管、筛管伸长进行了评估,为完井管柱设计采取相关的技术措施提供定量参考。通过算例表明采用保温措施能大大改善注热效果,尤其是在注热温度较高的情况下,保温措施能显著降低沿程热量损失;采用具有低传热保温效果的管柱,可以缓解伸长量增加对井口预留空间的需求。

The structure and electrochemical characteristics of La_(0.7)Mg_(0.3)Ni_(2.875)Co_(0.525)Mn_(0.1)-boron composite was studied *** AB_(3) type hydrogen storage alloys La_(0.7)Mg_(0.3)Ni_(2.875)Co_(0.525)Mn_(0.1) were successfully synthesized by means of inter-media alloy La_(2)Mg_(17).The alloys were composited with boron at different weight *** the XRD analyses,each alloy of this series is mainly composed of(La,Mg)Ni_(3) phase and the LaNi_(5) phase,and the phase abundance of each phase varies with the boron weight rate,moreover,after composition,the c and cell volumes of(La,Mg)Ni_(3) phase increase,and the LaNi_(5) phase keep the same,which indicate that the boron may enter(La,Mg)Ni_(3) *** electrochemical studies show that the maximum discharge capacity of the composites decreases,but the cycling life *** the high rate discharge ability and exchange impendence spectroscopy(EIS)of the AB_(3) alloys and its composite were also studied.

Network slicing is envisioned as one of the key techniques to meet the extremely diversified service requirements of the Internet of Things(IoT)as it provides an enhanced user experience and elastic resource *** the context of slicing enhanced IoT networks,both the Service Provider(SP)and Infrastructure Provider(InP)face challenges of ensuring efficient slice construction and high profit in dynamic *** challenges arise from randomly generated and departed slice requests from end-users,uncertain resource availability,and multidimensional resource *** and resource allocation for distinct demands of slice requests are the key issues in addressing these challenges and should be handled effectively in dynamic *** this end,we propose an Opportunistic Admission and Resource allocation(OAR)policy to deal with the issues of random slicing requests,uncertain resource availability,and heterogeneous *** key idea of OAR is to allow the SP to decide whether to accept slice requests immediately or defer them according to the load and price of *** cope with the random slice requests and uncertain resource availability,we formulated this issue as a Markov Decision Process(MDP)to obtain the optimal admission policy,with the aim of maximizing the system ***,the buyer-seller game theory approach was adopted to realize the optimal resource allocation,while motivating each SP and InP to maximize their *** numerical results show that the proposed OAR policy can make reasonable decisions effectively and steadily,and outperforms the baseline schemes in terms of the system reward.

This article addresses the leader-following output consensus problem of heterogeneous linear multi-agent systems with unknown agent parameters under directed *** dynamics of followers are allowed to be non-minimum phase with unknown arbitrary individual relative *** is contrary to many existing works on distributed adaptive control schemes where agent dynamics are required to be minimum phase and often of the same relative degree.A distributed adaptive pole placement control scheme is developed,which consists of a distributed observer and an adaptive pole placement control *** is shown that under the proposed distributed adaptive control scheme,all signals in the closed-loop system are bounded and the outputs of all the followers track the output of the leader *** effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated by one practical example and one numerical example.
