AIM:To explore the brain mechanism of acupuncture for children with anisometropic amblyopia using the voxelmirror homotopic connectivity(VMHC)analysis method of resting functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)technology based on clinical ***:Eighty children with anisometropic monocular amblyopia were randomly divided into two groups:control(40 cases,1 case of shedding)and acupuncture(40 cases,1 case of shedding)*** control group was treated with glasses,red flash,grating,and visual stimulations,with each procedure conducted for 5min per *** on routine treatment,the acupuncture group underwent acupuncture of“regulating qi and unblocking meridians to bright eyes”,Jingming(BL1),Cuanzhu(BL2),Guangming(GB37),Fengchi(GB20)acupoints were taken on both sides,with the needle kept for 30min each *** groups were treated once every other day,three times per week,for a total of *** the treatment,the overall curative effect of the two groups and the latency and amplitude changes of P100 wave of pattern visual-evoked potential were *** the same time,nine children with left eye amblyopia were randomly selected from the two groups and were scanned with rsfMRI before and after *** differences in the brain regions between the two groups were compared and analyzed with ***:Chi-square test showed a notable difference in the total efficiency rate between the acupuncture(94.87%)and control groups(79.49%).Regarding the P100 wave latency and amplitude,the acupuncture group had significantly shorter latency and higher amplitude of P100 wave than the control ***,the VMHC values of the bilateral temporal lobe,superior temporal gyrus,and middle temporal gyrus were notably increased in the acupuncture group after ***:Acupuncture combined with conventional treatment can significantly improve the corrected visual acuity and optic nerve conduction in children with anisometropic ***

Objective To explore the application effect of time tracking platform in improving the reperfusion treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke in primary hospitals. Methods and Results Patients with acute ischemic stroke who carried out emergency intravenous thrombolysis and arterial thrombectomy in our hospital in 2021, 2022 and 2023 were selected. The time tracking mode was implemented, and the patients were recorded at each time node of the hospital and the whole-process digital management was conducted. Compared the mean DNT (Door to Needle Time) of intravenous thrombolysis in emergency stroke patients in 2021, 2022 and 2023, the total number of hospital cases within 4.5 h of onset, the total number of thrombolysis cases within 4.5 h of onset, the number of intravenous thrombolysis in 60 minutes of acute ischemic stroke, and the number of thrombolysis cases. The results show that from 2021 to 2023 our emergency stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis average DNT shortened year by year, to the hospital within 4.5 h after the onset of the difference is statistically significant (all P < 0.05) conclusion through the application of stroke time tracking platform, is beneficial to shorten the treatment time of each link, can effectively reduce the hospital time delay, improve the rate of thrombolysis, improve the reperfusion of stroke centers in primary hospitals.

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills combined with butylphthalide capsules on cognitive dysfunction in patients after acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and its impact on serum cytokines CRP, IL-6, and Hcy. Methods: This study selected 76 patients with cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke who were hospitalized at Zhuji People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024. The patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with butylphthalide capsules, while the combination group received Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The neurological function, cognitive function, activities of daily living, and levels of serum cytokines CRP, IL-6, and Hcy were compared between the two groups after 1 month and 3 months of treatment. Results: The NIHSS scores, MMSE scores, ADL scores, and levels of CRP, IL-6, and Hcy in both groups showed statistically significant differences compared to before treatment (P Conclusion: The combination of Ginkgo biloba extract dropping pills and butylphthalide capsules has a better therapeutic effect on cognitive dysfunction in patients after ischemic stroke. It can improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients, enhance their ability to perform daily activities, and reduce inflammatory responses.

生物矿化加固土体方式目前呈现多样化,不同矿化方式又有其各自的局限性,酶诱导碳酸盐沉淀(EICP)缺乏成核位点,而靶向激活产脲酶微生物诱导矿化(生物刺激)加固周期较长、强度较低。针对这些问题,提出生物刺激联合EICP加固土体的矿化方法。以厦门翔安国际机场吹填海砂为试验对象,通过无侧限抗压强度测试(UCS)、碳酸钙生成量测定、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和微生物多样性检测等试验评价并分析联合方法的加固效果。结果表明:(1)生物刺激联合EICP的矿化方式得到更高的UCS,可以达到2300 kPa,大于两者单独矿化的强度之和;(2)生物刺激联合EICP的矿化方式可以促进碳酸钙沉淀生成的同时提高其分布均匀性,并优化碳酸钙的晶体结构;(3)微生物的群落分析表明,生物刺激可以高度激活产脲酶细菌,EICP对部分物种有轻微的刺激作用,生物刺激联合EICP的物种丰富程度、均匀程度则介于EICP和生物刺激之间。

As the search for effective treatments for COVID-19 continues,the high mortality rate among critically ill patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU)presents a profound *** study explores the potential benefits of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as a supplementary treatment for severe COVID-19.A total of 110 critically ill COVID-19 patients at the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of Vulcan Hill Hospital between Feb.,2020,and April,2020(Wuhan,China)participated in this observational *** patients received standard supportive care protocols,with a subset of 81 also receiving TCM as an adjunct *** characteristics during the treatment period and the clinical outcome of each patient were closely monitored and *** findings indicated that the TCM group exhibited a significantly lower mortality rate compared with the non-TCM group(16 of 81 vs 24 of 29;0.3 vs 2.3 person/month).In the adjusted Cox proportional hazards models,TCM treatment was associated with improved survival odds(P<0.001).Furthermore,the analysis also revealed that TCM treatment could partially mitigate inflammatory responses,as evidenced by the reduced levels of proinflammatory cytokines,and contribute to the recovery of multiple organic functions,thereby potentially increasing the survival rate of critically ill COVID-19 patients.

晚近“话语权”表述的出现与流行适应了中国政府在国家实力不断增强背景下调整对外关系政策的需要。不过,这一表述的妥当性值得商榷,从国际法角度看更是如此。提高中国国际话语权的实质是中国寻求提高特定话语的国际影响力。中国提高国际法律话语影响力对于维护中国国家利益、建设更加公正合理的国际法律秩序都是有益的。考虑到国际法的特殊性以及中国国际法实践的特征,论辩理论可以为中国在提高国际法律话语影响力方面提供重要的方法指引。不过,既有论辩理论主要关注论辩对于实现论辩一方之目标的工具性功能而不考虑论辩可能的消极影响,这使得论辩本质上属于一种“器”。作为负责任的发展中国家,中国一方面应当从“器”的层面重视论辩,即通过论辩提高中国国际法律话语影响力,维护国家利益;另一方面,应当从“道”的层面理解或超越论辩,即中国提高中国国际法律话语影响力不只是为了维护中国国家利益,也是服务于推动构建人类命运共同体和建设更加公正合理的国际法律秩序;同时,在强化论辩的同时,应当采取切实的行动。
