老年常见慢性病患者基本药物使用分析

目的了解国家基本药物目录在老年常见慢性病患者中使用的适用性,为加强国家基本药物使用管理、遴选以及完善政策提供参考。方法对中国7地区15家不同等级医疗机构中患有慢性病的老年患者开展问卷调研,了解老年常见慢性病患者的基本信息... 详细信息

目的了解国家基本药物目录在老年常见慢性病患者中使用的适用性,为加强国家基本药物使用管理、遴选以及完善政策提供参考。方法对中国7地区15家不同等级医疗机构中患有慢性病的老年患者开展问卷调研,了解老年常见慢性病患者的基本信息、疾病信息以及用药清单等资料,对数据进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷1053份,患者平均患病种数为2.8种,共使用药品3952例次,平均每人使用3.8种,其中使用基本药物2761例次(69.9%,2761/3952),使用至少1种基本药物例数占总例数的92.6%(975/1053)。患者使用例次较高的药物主要包括抗血小板药、降糖药、降压药和调脂药;排名前10位的药品分别为阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、二甲双胍、美托洛尔、氨氯地平、硝苯地平、瑞舒伐他汀、氯吡格雷、阿卡波糖和胰岛素,绝大多数为国家基本药物目录品种。结论国家基本药物目录药品在老年患者中使用比例较高,是其治疗药物管理中的核心药物,加强国家基本药物的遴选、动态调整和使用管理对安全、有效、合理、经济用药具有重大意义。

Intrinsic graphene features semi-metallic characteristics that limit its applications in electronic devices,whereas graphene nanoribbons(GNRs) are promising semiconductors because of their bandgap-opening feature. However, the controllable mass-fabrication of high-quality GNR arrays remains a major *** particular, the in situ growth of GNR arrays through template-free chemical vapor deposition(CVD) has not been realized. Herein, we report a template-free CVD strategy to grow large-area, high-quality and self-aligned GNR arrays on liquid copper surface. The width of as-grown GNR could be optimized to sub-10 nm with aspect ratio up to 387, which is higher than those of reported CVD-GNRs. The study of the growth mechanism indicates that a unique comb-like etching-regulated growth process caused by a trace hydrogen flow guides the formation of the mass-produced self-aligned GNR arrays. Our approach is operationally simple and efficient, offering an assurance for the use of GNR arrays in integrated circuits.

Three new monophenanthrene compounds were isolated from an acetone extract of the tubers of Monomeria barbata Lindl. (Orchidaceae). Using spectroscopic methods, the structures of compounds 1 – 3 were determined as 1,4,7-trihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene ( 1 ), 1-( p -hydroxybenzoyl)-2-methoxy-4,7-dihydroxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene ( 2 ), 1,3,8-tri( p -hydroxybenzyl)-4-methoxy-phenanthrene-4,7-diol ( 3 ). These compounds showed cytotoxicities on four tumor cell lines (HepG2, HL-60, Skov-3, A431).

Conformal invariance and conserved quantities for a nonholonomic system of Chetaev＇s type with variable mass are studied. The conformal factor expressions are derived. The necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to make the system＇s con- formal invariance Lie symmetrical. The conformal invariance of the weak and strong Lie symmetries for the system is given. The corresponding conserved quantities of the system are derived. Finally, an application of the result is shown with an example.

In the present study, three new aconitine-type diterpenoid alkaloids brochyponines A–C(1–3) were isolated from the roots of Aconitum brevicalcaratum. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses(IR, HR-ESI-MS, and 1D and 2D NMR). The NMR data of salt form for compound 1 in CDCl_3 were also measured.
