Pore-scale investigation of forced imbibition in porous rocks through interface curvature and pore topology analysis

Forced imbibition,the invasion of a wetting fluid into porous rocks,plays an important role in the effective exploitation of hydrocarbon resources and the geological sequestration of carbon ***,the interface dynamics influenced by complex topology commonly leads to non-wetting fluid ***,the underlying mechanisms under viscously unfavorable conditions remain *** study employs a direct numerical simulation method to simulate forced imbibition through the reconstructed digital rocks of *** interface dynamics and fluid–fluid interactions are investigated through transient simulations,while the pore topology metrics are introduced to analyze the impact on steady-state residual fluid distribution obtained by a pseudo-transient *** results show that the cooperative pore-filling process promoted by corner flow is dominant at low capillary *** leads to unstable inlet pressure,mass flow,and interface curvature,which correspond to complicated interface dynamics and higher residual fluid *** forced imbibition,the interface curvature gradually increases,with the pore-filling mechanisms involving the cooperation of main terminal meniscus movement and arc menisci *** topology with small diameter pores may result in the destabilization of interface *** residual fluid saturation is negatively correlated with porosity and pore throat size,and positively correlated with tortuosity and aspect ratio.A large mean coordination number characterizing global connectivity promotes ***,high connectivity characterized by the standardized Euler number corresponding to small pores is associated with a high probability of non-wetting fluid trapping.

Evolution of the elastic properties of lacustrine organic shales under different thermal maturity conditions

Research on the elastic responses of organic-rich shales during thermal evolution has predominantly focused on North American marine shales. However, the rock physics properties of lacustrine(continental) organic-rich shales with varying maturities, particularly under the unique geological conditions in China, have not yet been comprehensively explored. Therefore,characterizing the elastic properties of lacustrine organic-rich shales across various maturity stages is crucial for understanding their seismic rock physics responses and for enabling the identification of sweet spots in continental shale reservoirs using logging and seismic data, as well as facilitating geophysical monitoring of the in-situ conversion of oil shales. In this study,hydrous pyrolysis experiments were conducted on immature shales from the Chang 7 member of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin and the Jijuntun Formation in the Fushun Basin. Compressional and shear wave velocities, along with elastic anisotropy, were measured at various stages of thermal maturity to observe the evolution of the elastic properties. For the Chang7 shale(compacted shale), both P-and S-wave velocities perpendicular to the bedding decreased significantly during the oil and gas generation stages, with the S-wave velocity perpendicular to the bedding decreasing by over 40%. Meanwhile, the elastic anisotropy increased significantly, likely because of microcracks formed by hydrocarbon expulsion from the bedding-parallel organic matter. In contrast, the Jijuntun Formation shale(cemented shale) exhibited an increase in both P-and S-wave velocities during the oil generation stage. This trend could be attributed to early-stage cementation, which suppressed microcrack formation, while the increase in the elastic modulus of the organic matter became dominant. 山东省土地利用碳排放变化的时空特征及影响因素分析

探究土地利用碳排放时空演化特征及其影响因素,对土地利用结构优化、减排政策制定以及区域低碳经济发展具有重要意义.基于土地覆被与能源消费数据,构建多元参数土地利用碳排放核算体系,计算2000~2020年山东省土地利用碳排放,并采用基尼系数和对数平均迪氏指数法(LMDI)确定土地利用碳排放的时空演变特征及其影响因素.结果表明:①2000~2020年山东省建设用地、林地和水体面积增加,耕地、草地和未利用地面积减少.其中耕地减少1.15万km^(2),建设用地增加了1.16万km^(2),土地利用类型间转移最突出的是耕地向建设用地的转入(1.09万km^(2)).②山东省土地利用碳排放量从2000年的52.70×10^(6)t增加到2020年的352.97×10^(6)t,但年均增长率从13.40%下降到7.28%,建设用地和耕地是主要的碳源和碳汇.③山东省土地利用碳排放整体呈东高西低的空间格局,在栅格尺度上具有显著的空间不均衡性(Gini>0.5).④经济发展是导致山东省土地利用碳排放增长的主要因素,贡献率达到121.33%,其次是建设用地规模效应(33.39%),而能源结构(-11.12%)、能源效率(-20.16%)与人口密度效应(-23.44%)抑制土地利用碳排放增加.

目的了解湖北省重大食物中毒特点及发生规律,探讨防治对策。方法对湖北省各市(州)、县(区)1997-2005年上报的重大食物中毒事件报告卡进行统计分析。结果1997-2005年全省共报告重大食物中毒事件57起,中毒2512人,死亡86人,中毒死亡率为3·42%。其中死亡1人以上重大食物中毒事件45起,中毒582人,主要为农村家庭发生的化学性、有毒植物性食物中毒;发病100人以上的重大食物中毒事件12起,中毒1930人,主要为城区集体食堂、饮食服务单位发生的生物性食物中毒。结论因地制宜加强农村及城区的食物中毒预防工作是控制重大食物中毒事件的主要措施。

基于粗集与聚类投票机制的光谱双星特征分析

光谱双星通常是指光谱中呈现双主导成分特征,由于该双成分复杂多样,其成因也多种多样,同时光谱信噪比相对比较低,现有许多分析方法将双成分系统光谱分离成两条光谱进行分析,而分离方法无法保证光谱的准确性,现有聚类方法的单次聚类可靠性比较低。提出一种基于粗集与聚类投票机制的光谱双星分析与评估方法,采用多次聚类和投票思想,给出每条光谱属于相应类别的梯度可靠性。该方法包含两个部分:(1)采用不同思想的聚类算法,将光谱双星数据集进行重构,将每种聚类算法标签采用匈牙利算法将聚类标签对齐作为光谱属性,从而重构数据集。(2)利用投票机制,得票数反映聚类结果的一致程度,获得每条光谱的类别,定义粗集示踪每类光谱特征,采用上/下近似集给出每条光谱所归类别的可靠性。选择郭守敬望远镜(LAMOST)DR10发布光谱双星集作为分析对象,采用基于划分的K-means、基于模型的GMM(Gaussian mixture model)、谱聚类(spectral clustering)和层次聚类(agglomerative clustering)四种聚类算法重构光谱数据集,选择得票数下界μ为2,通过投票得到1、0.75、0.5为可靠性梯度的聚类结果。其中大约1/3的样本可靠性为1,说明这批样本的四种聚类结果完全一致;对每类光谱和投票数的信噪比进行统计分析,投票数低的样本的信噪比相对较低,是它们被不同的聚类算法划分到不同类别的原因之一;对可靠性为1的6类光谱样本进行了物理成因的分析,其中以双星、河内星云+目标恒星两种为主,聚类标签的差异可能由于两种成分流量差异或拼接、定标等数据处理所导致。也有可能由于光谱质量较低导致pipeline误判的因素,其天区位置分布与低质量数据分布特征的研究基本一致。

Storage time affects the level and diagnostic efficacy of plasma biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases

Several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the Sino Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.

基于识别竞争策略和金十二面体(AuNDs)阵列,构建了表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)传感器,并实现了健康人和结直肠癌(CRC)患者血清中两种miRNA的高效检测。通过将拉曼信号分子和适配体互补链修饰到金纳米双锥(AuNBP)表面,制备了两种标记探针,并将其结合在适配体功能化AuNDs阵列上构建SERS传感器。目标miRNAs能够特异性结合适配体,使标记探针从AuNDs阵列表面竞争性脱落,进而使得SERS信号降低。该方法对血清中miR-21和miR-92a的检出限分别低至5.7 pmol/L和8.4 pmol/L,反应时间仅需6 min。临床检测结果显示,相对于健康人,CRC患者血清中miR-21和miR-92a的表达水平显著升高。SERS结果与实时定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)一致,证实了其准确性。该方法为miRNA的快速、高灵敏、同时检测提供了新的策略,在CRC的早期诊断中具有巨大的临床潜在价值。
