In this article,the Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid（NAPL）transport in the single filled fracture was studied with the Shan-Chen multi-component multiphase Lattice Boltzmann Method（LBM）with special consideration of wettability *** the help of the model,the contact angle of the non-wetting phase and wetting phase interface at a solid wall could be *** considering a set of appropriate boundary conditions,the fractured conductivity was investigated in condition that the NAPL blocks the channels in the single filled *** order to study the wettability effects on the NAPL transport,a constant driving force was introduced in the Shan-Chen multi-component multiphase *** regimes with different wettabilities were *** results show that the LBM is a very instrumental method for simulating and studying the immiscible multiphase flow problems in single filled fracture.

In this paper, the accuracy of estimating stained non-wetting phase saturation using digital image processing is examined, and a novel post-processing approach for calculating threshold is presented. In order to remove the effect of the background noise of images and to enhance the high-frequency component of the original image, image smoothing and image sharpening methods are introduced. Depending on the correct threshold, the image binarization processing is particularly useful for estimating stained non-wetting phase saturation. Calculated saturation data are compared with the measured saturation data during the two-phase flow experiment in an artificial steel planar porous media model. The results show that the calculated saturation data agree with the measured ones. With the help of an artificial steel planar porous media model, digital image processing is an accurate and simple method for obtaining the stained non-wetting phase saturation.

A method of fracture boundary extraction was developed using the Gaussian template and Canny boundary detection on the basis of the collected digital images of natural fractures. The roughness and apertures of the fractures were briefly discussed from the point of view of digital image analysis. The extracted fractured image was translated into a lattice image which can be directly used in numerical simulation. The lattice Boltzmann and modified moment propagation mixed method was then applied to the simulation of solute transport in a natural single fracture, and this mixed method could take the advantages of the lattice Boltzmann method in dealing with complex physical boundaries. The obtained concentrations was fitted with the CXTFIT2.1 code and compared with the results obtained with the commercial software Feflow. The comparison indicates that the simulation using the mixed method is sound.

This work reports a SO2 derivative-detecting and colorful hyperbranched polymeric ionic liquid （HBPIL） vesicle through aqueous self-assembly. By a simple anion-exchange, we achieved the combination of functional small-molecule probe of acid fuchsin with HBPILs. The obtained HBPIL vesicle displayed ultraviolet absorption at 544 nm, and was used as a novel SO2 derivative sensor with high sensitivity and visualization. Due to the functional ion pairs enriching on the surface, the SO32 detection limit of the HBPILs vesicles was as low as 0.138 gmol/L, which was about 1.5 orders of magnitude lower than that of acid fuchsin.

Triptolide(TP),an active component of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.(TWHF),has been widely used for centuries as a traditional Chinese ***,the clinical application of TP has been restricted due to multitarget toxicity,such as *** this study,28 days of oral TP administration(100,200,or 400μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))induced the occurrence of cholestasis in female Wistar rats,as evidenced by increased serum levels ofγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and hepatic total bile acids(TBAs).In addition,the heptocyte polarity associated with the strcture of tight junctions(TJs)was disrupted in both rats and sandwich-cultured primary *** revealed decreased expression of the TJ-associated proteins occludin,claudin^(-1),and zonula occludens protein(ZO^(-1)),and downregulated m RNA levels of these TJs was also detected by real-time *** immunofluorescence analysis showed abnormal subcellular localization of occludin,claudin^(-1) and ZO^(-1),which was also confirmed by transmission electron ***,the concentration of FITC-dextran,a marker of paracellular penetration,was found to increase rapidly in bile increased rapidly(within 6 minutes)after treatment with TP,which indicated the functional impairment of *** together,these results suggest that the administration of TP for 28 consecutive days to rats could induce cholestatic injury in the liver,and the increased paracellular permeability might play an important role in these pathological changes.

Total reaction cross sections σR for some proton-rich isotones (N = 10) near ^(23)Al on a carbon target have been measured at intermediate energies in the experiment performed at the Radioactive Ion Beam Line of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou. The Z-dependence of σR shows a remarkable enhancement for ^(23)Al relative to its neighbours. The difference factor d has been deduced from the measured σR by using the Glauber or Boltzmann-Uehling-Uhlenbeck models. From the above analysis, a possible one-proton halo structure is suggested for ^(23)Al.
