Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2017 March 10 to 2019 March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

光纤环形谐振腔的频率锁定及其特性

基于可调分束比的光纤分束器,制作了光纤环形谐振腔并通过调节分束比实现了对光纤环形谐振腔的欠耦合、临界耦合和过耦合的状态控制.实验测量了腔最小反射率与腔损耗之间的关系,获得光纤环形谐振腔的腔内衰减率为κ_0=2π×(1.60±0.03)... 详细信息

基于可调分束比的光纤分束器,制作了光纤环形谐振腔并通过调节分束比实现了对光纤环形谐振腔的欠耦合、临界耦合和过耦合的状态控制.实验测量了腔最小反射率与腔损耗之间的关系,获得光纤环形谐振腔的腔内衰减率为κ_0=2π×(1.60±0.03) MHz ,品质因子为Q=(1.10±0.02)×10.8.在此基础上,结合了压电陶瓷拉伸光纤以控制腔长和Pound-Drever-Hall锁频两大技术优势,克服了之前温度反馈控制等方法的反馈带宽窄、噪声大和稳定性差等问题,实现了对光纤环形谐振腔共振频率的快速、灵敏的控制和锁定.结果表明,锁频过程中相位调制功率与相位调制引起腔反射光的强度调制之间的关系为线性关系,进而通过降低相位调制信号的功率以减小相位调制对腔反射光强度调制的影响.当调制功率设定最低为–9 dBm时,光纤环形谐振腔仍能被稳定锁定.该光纤环形谐振腔为其与原子、金刚石色心等发光粒子相互作用的腔量子电动力学实验研究奠定了坚实的基础.

光学法布里-珀罗(F-P)谐振腔、粒子、微纳机械振子三者结合的复合腔光力学系统在基本物理问题、量子信息、精密测量等方面的研究和应用中越来越引起大家的重视.本文将纳米光纤置于光学F-P谐振腔的腔模中,探究了纳米光纤对光学F-P谐振腔精细度的影响,并通过测量纳米光纤引起的光学F-P谐振腔内腔损耗随纳米光纤位置的关系直接获得光学F-P谐振腔的腰斑半径,从而进一步实现了对光学F-P谐振腔腔内模场分布的无损表征.此方法可以用于在纳米光纤表面装载的发光粒子与光学F-P谐振腔耦合的精确控制,也为集合光子、粒子、声子的复合腔光力学研究提供了良好的平台.

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

半导体激光器由于波长覆盖范围大、易调谐、体积小、重量轻、结构简单、功耗低、寿命长等优势,在量子信息、精密测量、光学传感等领域均有广泛应用。由于自由运转的半导体激光器输出频率起伏较大,在应用中需要对其频率进行反馈控制。然而传统反馈控制系统存在结构复杂、体积庞大、稳定性差等缺点,因此我们搭建了一套基于FPGA的外腔半导体激光器稳频系统。该系统以铯原子饱和跃迁线为参考频率,以FPGA电路模块代替信号发生器、锁相放大器、PID、示波器等器件,对激光器工作电流施加反馈,成功将激光器的输出频率分别稳定到|6^(2)S_(1/2),F=4→|6^(2)P_(3/2),F=4,5交叉峰和|6^(2)S_(1/2),F=4→|6^(2)P_(3/2),F=5跃迁线对应的频率。80 s内激光器输出频率起伏为3.0(0.3)MHz。该系统简单易用,集成度高,可用于多种锁定系统。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)通过无切口理念与常规手术器械的结合,表现出极佳的微创效果,并带给患者全新的就医感受.目前,尽管NOSES已广泛用于结直肠肿瘤治疗,大量研究也表明相比常规腹腔镜手术,NOSES具有恢复快、创伤小、疼痛轻等优势,但绝大多数研究均为小样本、单中心回顾性研究.本研究旨在通过分析我国5055例结直肠肿瘤NOSES患者数据,进一步探讨NOSES的短期疗效与预后.研究对象中,经直肠NOSES占整体比例的90.3%,经阴道NOSES占9.7%.NOSES术后短期并发症发生率为14.1%,吻合口瘘发生率为4.9%,腹盆腔感染率为1.9%.患者3年总生存率为93.2%,无病生存率为82.2%,局部复发率为3.6%.研究结果提示NOSES具有较好的安全性与可行性,为其应用于结直肠肿瘤治疗提供了证据.
