A double acid corrosion and subsequent hydrothermal treatment were used to fabricate a micro–nano-structured Ti substrates(Ti–M–N).Afterward,the mesoporous polydopamine(MPDA)nanoparticles as photothermal agent were prepared and immobilized on the surface of Ti–M–N samples,in order to obtain Ti–M–NMPDA *** micro–nanostructure properties and the photothermal effect of the modified Ti implant caused physical stress on the bacteria and the bacterial membrane damage,and eventually led to bacteria *** importantly,based on excellent bioactivity and cytocompatibility of mussel-inspired materials,MPDA promoted adhesion,proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells in ***,animal experiments in vivo further confirmed that the modified Ti implants could enhance osseointegration.

Objective Ultrasound imaging is well known to play an important role in the detection of thyroid disease, but the management of thyroid ultrasound remains inconsistent. Both standardized diagnostic criteria and new ultrasound technologies are essential for improving the accuracy of thyroid ultrasound. This study reviewed the global guidelines of thyroid ultrasound and analyzed their common characteristics for basic clinical screening. Advances in the application of a combination of thyroid ultrasound and artificial intelligence (AI) were also presented. Data sources An extensive search of the PubMed database was undertaken, focusing on research published after 2001 with keywords including thyroid ultrasound, guideline, AI, segmentation, image classification, and deep learning. Study selection Several types of articles, including original studies and literature reviews, were identified and reviewed to summarize the importance of standardization and new technology in thyroid ultrasound diagnosis. Results Ultrasound has become an important diagnostic technique in thyroid nodules. Both standardized diagnostic criteria and new ultrasound technologies are essential for improving the accuracy of thyroid ultrasound. In the standardization, since there are no global consensus exists, common characteristics such as a multi-feature diagnosis, the performance of lymph nodes, explicit indications of fine needle aspiration, and the diagnosis of special populations should be focused on. Besides, evidence suggests that AI technique has a good effect on the unavoidable limitations of traditional ultrasound, and the combination of diagnostic criteria and AI may lead to a great promotion in thyroid diagnosis. Conclusion Standardization and development of novel techniques are key factors to improving thyroid ultrasound, and both should be considered in normal clinical use.

汽车产业一直是我国国民经济重要支柱,随着我国经济结构转型升级和环境保护综合治理的力度持续加大,新能源汽车普及已势在必行,但新能源汽车销量的陡增给未来城市功能结构调整带来动力和挑战,特别是新能源汽车充电站在城市的选址布局优化问题尤为突出。以城市新能源汽车充电站布局为研究对象,使用IE优化理论方法与技术工具,针对充电站选址过程中忽略人的出行需求,导致其选址结果不精确的现状,应用Logit回归分析确定居民出行新能源汽车分担率,从而判断使用充电桩的需求数量,提高了计算结果精准度;再应用联合覆盖模型,确定充电场站选址位置,优化充电场站中充电桩的配置数量,用户使用充电桩最大距离缩短至2 km。实现了以低成本高效率满足新能源汽车用户的充电需求,对城市未来新能源充电场站选址与布局具有一定借鉴意义。

The effects of chitosan treatment and inoculation on dry rot in tubers and slices of potato were studied. The results showed that chitosan treatment significantly reduced the lesion diameter of potato inoculated with Fusarium sulphureum. The treatment at 0.25% showed the best effect. Chitosan at 0.25% increased the activities of peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase, and the contents of flavonoid compounds and lignin in tissues. Increased activities of 13-1,3-glucanase, and phenylalanine ammonialyase were observed, but there were no significant differences between the treated and the control. These findings suggested that the effects of chitosan could be associated with the induced resistance against Fusarium dry rot in potato.

Induced resistance was studied in muskmelons （cv. Yindi） inoculated Trichothecium roseum with postharvest 1,2,3- benzothiadiazole-7-carbothioic acid S-methyl ester （ASM）（100 mg L^-1） or harpin （50 mg L^-1） treatment. Both ASM and harpin significantly reduced lesion diameter in inoculated fruit. Lesion diameter was limited in the treated and untreated halves of the same fruit, indicating that the local and systemic resistance was induced. Inhibiting efficacy of elicitors lasted 7 and 5 days in the treated and untreated halves. The resistance increased by the chemicals was associated with the activation of peroxidase （POD） and chitinase （CHT）. The elicitors induced a significantly and progressively increasing activity of POD and CHT in the treated and untreated halves, and the activation lasted at least 5 days. The activities of POD isoenzymes increased in the treated fruit. However, no new enzyme band was found in the treated and untreated halves.

Objective： To verify whether the 30 Gy preoperative radiotherapy regimen is effective to advanced rectal cancer, and whether the preoperative chemoradiation offers an advantage in sphincter preservation and tumor control compared with irradiation alone. Methods： A total of 141 patients administered neoadjuvant treatment with resectable lower rectal carcinoma from 2002 to 2006 were collected retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups： preoperative radiotherapy alone （30Gy by 10 fractions）（PRT group） and preoperative chemoradiotherapy （PCRT group）. All patients underwent radical surgery after neoadjuvant treatment. Results： The overall sphincter-preservation rate was 68.8% （97/141）, with no significant difference between the two groups. The overall downstaging rate was 48.2% （68/141）, including 4 patients completely response （2.8%）. The T and N downstaging rate were 30.5% （43/141） and 53.8% （57/106） respectively, showing no statistically difference between the two groups. The 2-year overall survival rate was 93.6%; no survival benefit were observed in PCRT group. The 2-year cumulative local recurrence rates were similar as well （4.2% vs 6.7%, P=0.63）. Two patients with severe marrow suppression higher than grade 3 and 1 patient with severe perineum ulcer was observed in PCRT group, which did not occur in PRT group. Conclusion： The preoperative adjuvant treatment of 30Gy radiotherapy alone may be an optional treatment for Chinese lower rectal carcinoma. Preoperative chemoradiotherapy does not show actual superiority compared with radiotherapy alone.

The distribution of dense molecular gas around the supernova rem- nant G40.5-0.5 has been investigated by radio spectroscopic observations in the CO （J=1 - 0） transition. The molecular gas is found to extend over the entire region of G40.5-0.5. A molecular shell, with a diameter of ～ 26′, coincides with the ionized gas as revealed by the cm-radio observations. This coincidence, along with the velocity discontinuity following the shell, provides direct evidence for interaction between the ionized gas and the dense molecular gas. No clear evidence for cosmic-ray accelera- tion can be identified from this SNR as previously suggested, due to positional uncertainty in relating the SNR shell defined by CO to the EGRET gamma-ray sources, GRO J1904＋06, from the gamma-ray observations.

Single particle-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (SP-ICP-MS) is a powerful tool for size-characterization of metal-containing nanoparticles (MCNs) at environmentally relevant concentrations,however,coexisting dissolved metal ions greatly interfere with the accuracy of particle size *** purpose of this study is to develop an online technique that couples hollow fiber ultrafiltration (HFUF) with SP-ICP-MS to improve the accuracy and size detection limit of MCNs by removing metal ions from suspensions of *** systematic optimization of conditions including the type and concentration of surfactant and complexing agent,carrier pH,and ion cleaning time,HFUF completely removes metal ions but retains the MCNs in *** optimal conditions include using a mixture of 0.05 vol.%FL-70 and 0.5 mmol/L Na2S2O_(3)(pH=8.0) as the carrier and 4 min as the ion cleaning *** these conditions,HFUF-SP-ICP-MS accurately determines the sizes of MCNs,and the results agree with the size distribution determined by transmission electron microscopy,even when metal ions also are present in the *** addition,reducing the ionic background through HFUF also lowers the particle size detection limit with SP-ICP-MS (e.g.,from 28.3 to 14.2 nm for gold nanoparticles).This size-based ion-removal principle provided by HFUF is suitable for both cations (e.g.,Ag+) and anions (e.g.,AuCl_(4)^(-)) and thus has good versatility compared to ion exchange purification and promising prospects for the removal of salts and macromolecules before single particle analysis.
